Okay the renovations are tea. We love. I came here for a quick double shot . And Al and his friend whose name I didn’t get I’m so annoyed cause he was just as great made my moment right . It was today 10/7 at 6:30 pm . The partner whose name I didn’t get had glasses and lots of pins on his aprons . He was great . Al was great . Great quick little experience. Will be coming back .

Amazing coffee!!! I find their coffee amazing, and I love every single one of them. Their frappuccinos are exceptional, and their lattes are chefs kiss. The baristas are very nice, and I always love my interactions with them, theres not many as passionate as them. Not to mention theyre FAST, but do it the best!!! Overall, the best coffee comes from this Starbucks location

Best pumpkin spice latte I’ve had in a while. Other Starbucks locations would rush to make your coffee and it’s usually super sweet or not too hot enough, or too watery. However I had one that was made to perfection. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. The music was also amazing. Keep up the good work!

The workers here are very fast and efficient. Ive rarely have a problem with my order, and in the rare instances that I did, they were quick to resolve it. This is my go-to for my coffee runs in the morning. The layout is also very spacious with a lot of seating.

Im not an old head. But the music is too loud, they’re creating a vibe for their work environment but it’s too loud for a customer to order. If you have to repeat yourself twice with both employees… that’s an issue. We have masks to get through now the music too.

I used to live near here and frequently stopped by. Everyone is so friendly here; if you visit more than 2-3 times and say hi to the baristas, they’ll remember you by the time you come back around. They’re always willing to help troubleshoot if you try a new coffee and aren’t liking it.

Starbucks is Starbucks but this one is special. Its in a very cool part of Harlem and the clientele is very diverse and chill. I got into a very interesting conversation with a very nice woman in line about the futility of road rage. It was fun. And our orders came up quickly and they were well made. We were able to sit, talk, and drink our drinks for over an hour and then we left. What more can you ask for on a Starbucks visit?

Its on a corner with lots of big windows and is across from Jackie Robinson Park, so those big windows have a nice view.Great location, in the middle of everything in Hamilton Heights. This Starbucks consistently offers the warmest and most welcoming customer service of any coffee shop/cafe I’ve ever been to. I love this Starbucks and the staff! They always seem to be in a good mood and that they enjoy their job. This Starbucks is right up the street from my house so this is my Starbucks and I’m there almost everyday! My only complaint is that they always seem to be out of stock of the Chestnut Praline latte. It’s frustrating because it’s almost everyday for two weeks they’ve been sold out. Please restock!!!
