The biggest downside to this shop is that its very tight and small, but it gets crowded and customers from the area. The line is long but moves steadily. Theres very limited seating. Please remember to blend your Frappuccinos before throwing them in the bag for uber eats, starbucks. I had a blender and was able to blend it myself, but not everyone is able to do that. Still delicious though, mistakes happen, no hard feelings!

This is my go to Starbucks since I live nearby, everyone is always so friendly, and my drinks are always made perfectly. One person who stood out was Maria, she was so kind to me today when someone bumped into me right after I got my drink, and it spilled everywhere. she happily remade another, definitely made my day! Came in for an afternoon coffee and just want to highlight the staff at this location, which I had never been to before. They were genuinely interacting with each other, asking about what the other wants to study in school - a departure from some of the busier locations where employees verge on harried and blunt. Someone came in, hungry and in need, and this location fed them, asking for nothing in return. They treated this person with kindness and respect, the employee displaying the humanity that can so easily be lost in large chain coffee shops. Thanks for being kind and human, Friday afternoon shift!

Ive been going to Starbucks since I was a kid (from herbal tea as a kid to everything as an adult) and I have to say this has been my favorite store in my adult life. Staff is friendly, knows how to make my drinks right, and is always very helpful and accomodating if one of my regular food items isnt in stock. This great service has been consistent for about three and a half years since I started going to this store.I appreciate their good customer service so much, that instead of going to a Starbucks further away to increase my step count on lunch, I keep going to this one and just take additional detours on my way there and back. Sounds silly, I know, but its easier to walk more when you have a set destination rather than wandering.

Lots of comfy seating in the back room, though I had to wait a few minutes for a table, and only a few tables have plugs nearby. Also, I was questioned whether I had stayed in the store when I had asked the barista for a refill which hasnt happened at other Starbucks. Id still definitely recommend this location though.

I left an important personal item at this location more than a week ago. I was out of my mind trying to reach the store by phone with no luck. I finally had to drive in. When I got there a young adult quickly said that the item was not turned in, but as I stood there a manager (not sure) came up and asked if he could help me. He said, Oh yes-I remember let me search for it. It is definitely here. I am so grateful that he went out of his way to re-search for me. He really just went the extra mile. The day before I was furious because they did not pick up the phone but I change my review because of this one person. So, I cant review the coffee (lol) but I can say that particular person is amazing. Thank You

Almost like a library, you can almost hear a pin drop.Nice big huge windows to get the great nyc sunshine and it makes the place airy and very bright especially in the late afternoon.The staff is pleasant and friendly, professional and mindful of the customers wants and needs.Nice frozen coffees, after Museum Mile which is 5th Avenue, a block west, drop by for a pick me up.Have the beverages at their outdoor seating, youll enjoy it.

Closet Starbucks to Mount Sinai theres always people here. The staff is quick and courteous and usually doing a mobile order 5 minutes ahead of time is sufficient to have your order ready when you get there in the morning.

I ordered online the order got ready pretty fast. But the coffee tasted pretty strange. Usually Starbucks replaces your coffee no question asked but this one was to go. So I havent replaced it. The other one was fine. The location is pretty close to central park. And you will enjoy sipping your coffee while walking there. Indoor area is pretty good when it is open to public and plenty of space I recommend coming to here but taste your coffee before leaving

You guys never feel when I request a soy miso with a shot of expresso. It literally is my favorite drink but the steepness of the ramp is what gets me a little frightened. Again if there was an automatic button for the wheelchair Community it would be fantastic. wish it was a little more roomier when you are entering that way I dont crash into some kind of stand thats right next to the ramp which completely blocks and has me bumping into things which isnt very cool.
