After a long travel day to visit a friend here in NYC, Ashley made my day. She was friendly, kind, and very quick with our coffee order. Even when customers were coming in right at closing time she had patience and a good attitude. Thank you for the coffee nightcap and hospitality.

Spacious with good seating. And they have WiFi. Unfortunately, they only have one open electrical socket on a corner to power mobile devices. Like many places in NYC, electrical sockets have been blocked/made inacessible to discourage squatters/homeless users. Wish Starbucks would have official charging stations.

Starbucks is consistent with their coffee -always good. This experience however wasn’t the greatest. Needed to use the restroom and noticed no toilet tissue. I went to tell the cashier and I was told “ we’re all busy right now- you’ll have to grab napkins if it’s urgent” One person was on line for coffee but the bathroom line was 4 person deep. Don’t think priorities were correct here

If iam lucky, ill get there with plenty of time before i have to make my flicker showtime a the nearby Regal...this Starbuck locale is a nice enough place to visit if ever in the area. just a warning, there are quite a few vagabonds in the area however, the times that i have visited, i never encountered any inside the coffee house. i can not guarantee, that on your visit, your experience may differ.other than that, friendly staff. very spacious dining area.

Staff are super kind and my orders are always made quickly & well! my only issue is that they seem to close several hours early multiple times per week. not sure why this is, but it does get frustrating. other than that, no complaints!

I like Starbucks in general . This place the staff are friendly, coffee is great but the music is too dam loud. I was waiting for a while for my frapaccino to realize that they call my name and I didnt hear it because of the music. Also I feel like the glass have to be more clean...for some reason when you go in, you feel that this star bucks is poor on decor and hygiene. This is my personal opinion, still I buy their coffee. But I dont recommend sitting and enjoying your coffee inside with homeless surrounding you from different angles

Today I walked in Starbucks, it seems they only had 2 ppl on deck around 10:45. I ordered a Ribbon crunch , but the cashier did not mention I had to wait close to -15 min . The guy is making the drinks is not multitasking well, I watch him make drinks, pass on to the next while I’m sitting in the chair. I then walked up and asked him (How long is it gonna take to finish my Ribbon Crunch?) he looked behind him to check what was my Cup next to the blender that was sitting there he ignored. His response was Uhh in (2seconds). It’s now 11:20am. I was staying and everyone he was serving was leaving. It should be asked are you. Staying or is this is to go? A few Baristas do that they think that it’s ok to overlook a beverage , but I watch how they pick and choose . I want my PICK ME UP as well as the next person,MULTITASK BETTER or call out for assistance if you’re behind. Delancey is a nice place for coffee: but staff change and the service change my place to chill before I start my day. Thanks for my whipped up to the tilt Ribbon Crunch..,

My go-to spot to get work done on the weekends.Super friendly staff at this location. One staff member tried to be the gatekeeper of coffee refills and deny my purchase of a refill, but I just let him know he cant do that and tried to calm his fragile ego. Felt bad for the kid. Anyway, the other staff are friendly.Can be busy on weekends if youre trying to find a table to sit, but usually something opens up fairly quick.

This location is very clean and organized. The ambiance is comfortable and chill. Ive never had the chance to sit and drink/eat at this spot but it appears to be a common thing here with the crowd. It is usually around 8:00a or 1:00p whenever I pop in to grab a drink. They are efficient, polite, and respectful. Everyone there appears to be happy working there which is a definite plus for any franchise. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick grab-and-go or even a chill sit down and drink/eat.

I started liking Starbucks much more ever since I started using the mobile app. I can order from home or my office and by the time I get to the store my order is ready. Once someone took my order and the employees simply gave me a new order, no questions asked. Those bantam balls are really amazing also. They are two bite size . The only problem with them is if you bite them wrong, the cream cheese squirts out of the other side. However, they are delicious. Coffee is really delicious and I am so glad I can drink it whenever I want how ever I want. Wish I would have thought of Starbucks. On Christmas the employees where santa hats and play great music. Really makes me happy even though Im a Jew.

I love Starbucks. Never usually a long line and you can be in and out in under 10 minutes. The staff here are friendly and Ive never had a issue w my order. I would suggest that they expand the restroom as there is only 1 for the establishment although over 50 seats.

Ive been going to this Starbucks for years. The staff is always friendly and the drink and food is just the way I like it. I love the location right across the bridge from Brooklyn, where I go visit for church when I stop in NYC a few times a year. Ill be back in November.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go when I just need a place to relax. I especially like this one because its where I used to work as a teacher, and always enjoyed their caramel latte. The most beautiful cashier/Batista Monica works here. She makes you wonder why she works here and isnt on the cover of Vogue or on the big screen somewhere. Simply stops your breathe on arrival, devastating your ability to comprehend simple thoughts. You can tell she has a tough persona and isnt easily impressed. I hope you find your calling Monica and that it isnt serving me a latte. Bravo 🙌👏

This Starbucks occupies the corner. It may not be instantly clear from the streets (dark windows? shades?) that there are many seats available, including a communal table.The high chairs facing outsides are the best spot for people watching. You get the front row seat for everyone walking out the subway.

WHen you walk into the starbucks the scent is so extravagent that you want to buy something from their. I always buy the mocho cookie crumble. Great place to study and a quite environment. I have never loved a starbucks the way I love this place!! Everyone is always super nice and helpful! My coffee always tastes great! I am having a Caramel Iced Macchiato w| Sweet Cream Cold Foam right now from here and I am in HEAVEN! They keep it super clean there and I always feel taken care of.
