Some of the friendliest staff ever, honestly wish i gave them a bigger tip. they were so nice and patient with our order. quick service, we got our drinks in under 5 minutes, and they were delicious, as usual. same goes for the cakepops. the only downside is no restroom, because sometimes, after sitting and drinking a starbucks drink, you need to go. but thats really the only problem. other than that, they were really friendly to us and others that were there, even though they were almost closing. and no matter how tired they were, they didnt show it through their attitude or anything. the interior was gorgeous and im really happy that they had couches to sit on! it was a wonderful experience. also a really spacious starbucks.

This team is awesome! Always friendly and great. I always say be kind to everyone because you never know what a person is going through. This morning I placed a mobile order and a very kind batista chose to write a thoughtful message on my cup which just made a bad morning turn around.. thank you for all you do for your customers ❤. Ethos water, a brand of bottled water acquired by Starbucks in 2003, is sold at locations throughout North America. Ethos bottles feature prominent labeling stating helping children get clean water, referring to the fact that US$0.05 from each US$1.80 bottle sold (US$0.10 per bottle in Canada) is used to fund clean water projects in underdeveloped areas. Although sales of Ethos water have raised over US$6.2 million for clean water efforts, the brand is not incorporated as a charity. Critics have argued that the claim on the label misleads consumers into thinking that Ethos is primarily a charitable organization when it is actually a for-profit brand and only 5 cents per bottle supports clean-water projects.The founders of Ethos have stated that the brand is intended to raise awareness of third-world clean water issues and provide socially responsible consumers with an opportunity to support the cause by choosing Ethos over other brands. Starbucks has since redesigned the American version of the Ethos water bottles, stating the amount of money donated per bottle in the description.Since 2010, Starbucks has been donating leftover pastries in the United States to local food banks through a food collection service named Food Donation Connection. In March 2016, Starbucks unveiled a five-year plan to donate 100 percent of unsold food from its 7,600 company-operated stores in the U.S. to local food banks and pantries. Perishable food will be transported in refrigerated trucks to area food banks through the companys partnerships with the Food Donation Connection and Feeding America. This program, called FoodShare, is expected to provide up to 50 million meals over the next five years. As of 2017, the program was in 10 different markets, including New York City. In New York, Starbucks works with Feeding America and City Harvest, both non-profits, to donate food from 45 locations. It plans to expand the program to all 305 Manhattan stores. In September 2019, 60% of Starbucks stores are participating in FoodShare. This level of participation contributed to 20 million meals served to those in need.

My experience at this Starbucks was so great because of one employee in particular - Miguel. I had ordered a coffee for myself and my husband, and had asked for a tray to carry the two coffees. Miguel saw me struggling with coffees in one hand and stroller in the other, and had the smarts and kindness to take the time to cut one of the trays in half, put it in a bag, and put the two cups in the bag. This made my walk to my final destination 1000% easier. Thank you, Miguel!

Tbh this has got to be my favorite Starbucks in the city, and for one reason only. There is a girl that works there usually in the morning (Im typically there around 6:30) that has a tremendous personality and always brings a smile to my face. Shes extremely personable and loves to interact with the customers. She is truly a breath of fresh air!

Nice music selection playing at this location and friendly smiles when it comes to service. As a smaller Starbucks, theres less seating of course, but what do you expect off Madison ave?Only comment to all Starbucks in general: move your outlets to the same height as the tables so patrons dont have to reach to a dirty floor, plugging in their devices.

So I had a great experience here at Starbucks. The girl name is Ciara at Starbucks NYC 58th ST. On 10/24/2017 300pm great customer service, the service here was above an beyond. I order and I forgot to get two viente. I went back to Ciera to ask want size I order and she said it was tall, I asked her if I can change it to viente and how much was the difference she said it was ok not to worried. To who ever is reading this know that this location is great and that they look out for there guest. Please express my appreciation to Ciera for a great amazing guest service.
