I popped in Sunday morning around 9 am, only a few people inside, and got coffee to go. It was quiet with limited seating and the staff were ok but honestly not as friendly as other area coffee shops we had visited. The coffee was Starbucks good, well made and strong enough to start the day. Next time I am in New York, though, this visit made me think that I will plan to stick with the mom-and-pops coffee places.

This Starbucks and the staff are wonderful. So friendly, genuinely happy lovely people who care. Always clean, stocked, and quick service. I go every work day and after about 3 weeks, they knew my name and my coffee order. I revently overheard a manager onboarding a new hire and she was having the new employee observe other employees and point out examples when they were being proactive. Amazing leadership .

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff is so kind and fast. The customer service is top notch - they were so helpful when one of the items I ordered on the mobile app was out of stock. Great location!

This was the only Starbucks open past 8 on Saturday. Pretty clean considering its a Starbucks in the city. Bathroom wasnt bad but definitely smelled like pre. My drink was too bitter but my sisters was fine. There was some garbage around from people who couldnt bother picking up after themselves. All in all it was nice. Quiet and a good place to sit and kill an hour before our train arived.

This place is awesome. They seem short staff but they all work well together. Acknowledging every customer as they come in and I’ve been sitting here 2 hours. Joshua special made a dark roast for me. I love the muddy coffee. It was so good. Place is clean and any moment they have they come wipe off the tables for new customers.

You can feel the city vibe in this conner Starbucks located in the 40th & Lex. It has the loud nice music that will make you relax and happy. Its one unisex bathroom is clean and the staff are swiping the floor and cleaning the garbage constantly. I was enjoying my afternoon there during the weekday and looking at people walking in and out. It has great street views and from outside you can see the Chrysler building. I’ll recommend this Starbucks store to anyone who is around mid-town Lexington area looking for a coffee break.

Just want to share experiences for all staffs there. I ordered my coffee and croissant which is my favorite from mobile order. Normally I arrived there just go and take it especially on weekend so fast. But today is something wrong happen. One of Chinese girl just take my order boths coffee and croissant but at that time I thought maybe same name. Ok fine. After few minutes just realized why it take so long so I went to them and asked for my order after that the stuffs said she taked your order but they straight away make me new one and say sorry. First of all, I understand all situations and I still have time to go to work so Im waiting just few minutes I got it. About Chinese girl the staffs asked for recipes but she cant give it to them of course she just steal someone order and play innocent in front of everyone in the shop. Anyway I feel really appreciated to show me your responsible. More than that one of the staff call me and give me gift card and say sorry to Me again and again. Im really appreciated about everything you guys did.

Customer service was top notch. the young men that worked at this store were a prime example of how everyone working in food or retail (whatever customer service it may be) should be treating their customers !! my husband and i are going through real tough times right now and walking into that starbucks brought a smile to my face i haven’t had in so long (as corny as it sounds it’s true). see how great customer service can go a long way. they man who took our order even offered my two pups a pup cup which was so thoughtful !! thanks guys. !!

This store location is nothing but exceptional customer service. The entire morning staff work so efficiently and are very generous when it comes to customers service. Ever since I started working on 45th street I take the time that I have to walk to this store location because of the great customer service. I am not aware of who the manager is at this location, but please keep up the great work. This is a great team of people that actually knows how to make drinks every single day, and are very patient, because serving the public is not easy. Thank you for everything that you do and please keep up the great work.

Great service, weekday staff is extremely helpful, cheerful, going above & beyond to deliver a great coffeehouse experience. I specifically choose this location for the staff, highly recommend this location. There is plenty of seating also, complete with high top window-facing one, large communal table, a couple high top tables, plus extended wall couch and tables area.

Fantastic place. I havent been in many Starbucks so far but this has definitely been a positive addition. Clean, well-run, orderly, with a wonderful atmosphere, it is definitely one of the best Starbucks anywhere in NYC. The barista Joshua should also get a raise; this man was very very helpful and kind throughout the process (without making it sound like a surgical operation). Overall, excellent place.

Close to the airport shuttle bus, so a great place to hang out until your departure time. The staff are also kind. However, there is only one toilet for both men and women, so there may be lines. As a result, they may be used roughly, so I would like store staff to clean them frequently.
