Vibes and atmosphere is great, dare I say the best at any Starbucks I’ve been to. Service is pretty slow however, you might want to skip on it if you’re in a hurry.

I obviously cannot speak for others, but without considering the amount of customers this place serves in the morning, I salute them for their dedication to quality service. Honestly, their workers seem happy to serve. My drinks are served better than any surrounding Starbucks, and the fact that the AM manager is actively digging in the trenches time and time again shows me a positive atmosphere. This is my preferred Starbucks. They are busy, but have mastered, and continue to advance their procedure for delivery quality service.They sit well above the mentioned 3.5 I see now. Ive been here a hundred times and I always walk out smiling. Thank you for that. You help kickstart my day with positivity that can otherwise be difficult to find in this cold world, at least from strangers.Ill see you again next time,-long term patron of the best Starbucks in times square

Good family style Cuban food, especially the Chuletas and Pernil. Make sure they give you the green sauce.However, the prices have been steadily rising throughout the years likely due to the rising cost of store rentals in the FiDi area from the World Trade Center tourist attraction. The price of the food will soon outweigh the quality of the food.

On 03/08/2024 I went in this Starbucks store with my 2 daughters, the place was outstanding !!! Very clean & the person on the register sparked up the whole business with his warm & inviting smile his name tag read ELI. I ordered my drink & Ray Ray gave me my drink in such a lovely smile!! This experience made my day & also my daughters day!! Will be coming back for this over the TOP EXPERIENCE!! THANK YOU!!! The best Starbucks store 43 street & 6th Avenue!!

I visited this store in May and have never witnessed such a negative attitude from staff and they even got my order wrong. Today (December) it was a great improvement! Staff were friendly and my coffee was great. Sure it’s cramped in the store but speedy, friendly staff who get it right makes up for it. Keep it up, please! Such a great location!

Absolutely love Starbucks!!!! Fantastic staff who are extremely attentive to their customers. Fresh food, although there can be a larger selection in my humble opinion. Otherwise, a very good experience. Fast service and the order did not take long at all even though there were many, many people in the store at the time we were there having lunch.

I always love Starbucks and will after the somewhat bad experience I had this morning. During the week the staff is so friendly and know me well in the store at 43and 6th ave , on the weekend it is totally different, ordered a vinti pike this morning it was cold, I ask her to change it for me she had an attitude and gave me a different blend like dark roast or something! That messed up my whole morning, now I am stuck with a nasty coffee that I dont want!
