Great spot. Staying at a hotel just 2 minutes walk down Lexington Ave so very convenient. Smiling staff were greeting everyone happily at 8:10 AM, very nice. Even though they were busy they had my Americano all hot and ready to go in about 6 minutes. Lots of seating inside, unlike a lot of newer Starbucks I see these days. Metro station is immediately outside the front door, just cant get a better location than this.

Marquee Lopez is a DREAM. So sweet, so complimentary, and even got my order down in 0.5 seconds. SO FAST! Best place for me to go because its so close by and the staff here always make my day.🥺🥺Also the music here is always a bop>

My husband got green tea and when he picked it up to drink, the paper cup popped and spilled hot tea all over his legs. We got a new one and compared the paper cups, the one that popped was thinner and the other one was studier. It was unfortunate, his foot got burned. That was yesterday, 19 july at around 1pm. Nobody asked him how he was. The staff didnt care. My rating is poor.

Lovely and super friendly staff. I had a delicious Matcha Latte (with oatmilk) and recommend you to try. Wifi, clean table and chair.

Just after 7am on a weekday morning and the store was packed. I was able to get my snack and drink in a reasonable amount of time. The drink wasn’t well made but it seems each Starbucks store has a different recipe and presentation for the oatmilk Lavender Matcha 🍵.I do love the design of the store! Glad I got a chance to finally visit

The staff is great in the morning. Of course it gets a little crazy with the rush, but theyre always on top of it. They get to know you if you go regularly and usually have your mobile order ready when you get there. this is my go to Starbucks out of the 5 that are in the area.

This crew at this location is the best! Since the location on 52nd shut down over Covid - I started to go here and they handle a LOT of orders midweek (Mondays are empty) and are professional and work as a team to get those orders through.
