    On a hot day a cold drink is much needed. Kids wanted their Frappuccinos, they love the double chocolaty chip one. I ordered their drinks and I tried a new drink that they have.Thee iced pumpkin cream chai latte. I’m not really a fan of chai but it wasssssss good. Definitely recommend trying this drink lol.They were super organized as you can see in one of my pics, they were sweet & patient. Loved their decor & their music was popping. There were people there doing their work, not bothering anyone so that’s good. Definitely coming back to this Starbucks whenever I’m around.

    The girl who was making drinks was speedy and great at multitasking. She really wanted to make sure my drink was made correctly due to a printer error. I’m not sure if she was in charge but she was helping her coworkers too. I didn’t get her name but it was nice to see :)

    They’ve been doing a great job handling changes with the pandemic. The space is clean and hand sanitizer is available to use at pick up. To go orders are done quickly and correctly, and the staff are always friendly and attentive, which I really appreciate. Thank you guys!

    My husband is a regular here. He brought our children and me to this location. We received one of the best customer experiences ever. Shout out to the entire staff, most of all... I never got her name, but she knows who she is. She made our daughter happy, and thats all that matters.

    I am usually the type that wants to shop local find your local coffee shop and support the small guy but this Starbucks makes me think differently. They are going above and beyond inside and not just trying to get you out the door. This morning Big AL made sure my order was not only taken care of but also to make sure he was personal and talk with me. Little things go a long way in New York and I would say he is treating customers as if they are friends! I am not a big Starbucks fan!!

    Every time I get off at 51st to go to the E I always go to this Starbucks because I have stomach problems so I always go here to use the bathroom. I’ve used this Starbucks bathroom for my whole freshman year and will keep doing the same for my high school years. Thank you Starbucks for letting me use your bathroom. 10/10

    My friend Jack loves everything to do with Space and also loves money loads and loads and loads. He wanted to try and combine those two passions and was researching both using his tablet that his mom got him. He discovered this place and thought it was an alien currency exchange office. It was actually a coffee shop but i had nice coffee.

    Im a huge fan of this Starbucks. They have a ton of outlets, so if you want to settle in and work on something you have a bunch of options. Even when its super busy, I can usually find a seat with an outlet under it. The music they play isnt your average Starbucks music--its mostly dancehall, so if you have a problem with that maybe try another Starbucks. Overall, I love this location, and its the only one I go to regularly.

    You can find in any corner Starbucks. But this it was a REAL coffee shop. Enjoy your coffee, listen nice music-not the guy next to you, because the music is soo soft,or the drink mixer....The guy with the glasses was so fast,and two other girls so helpful and kind.I will be back for sure.....

    I like my coffee / espresso simple.and being in nyc, practically any none chain coffee shop is better (for my taste) than Starbucks. I got a gift cert over holiday so...feel kinda obligated to use it. My double shot espresso was okay. I enjoyed the wifi and the barista was very attractive (big boost of 4* mainly due to her I think).

    I found myself stuck in the city for most of the day due to being a chauffer for an appt that wasnt mine, and wasnt quite sure how Id be able to work throughout the day. The lovely folk at this Starbucks let me camp out at one of their tables for a good couple hours and kept the pumpkin spice and the wifi flowing. They dont have any outlets, but if you dont carry a battery pack with you I dont know what youre doing. The baristas were all lively and friendly and were quick with both food and drink orders.

    I had a GREAT experience with MELISSA at this location she was attentive and friendly and a heck of a seller. Kudos to Melissa she was awesome. The whole staff was nice as well. This location is very laxed and cozy.

    This Starbucks is one of the best the barista are soo friendly, there so welcoming, and it’s really nice when you walk in they already now your name and what you’ll like to have for the day.
