Update #3 (11/10/21):Thank you so much for keeping up the barriers during this season & keeping dining in safe, selling the ASL Starbucks product alongside of the classy holiday goodies, being gender affirming, as well as making me the prettiest holiday drink Ive ever seen & with such warmth. I will be in gone for a while, so this is such a sweet treat after many hard days.You are my safe place.Much love & Happy Holidays & Happy New Year!Update #2 (10/25/21):I have been not going to any Starbucks near me lately (due to local law) but this one, in NYC, I adore. For one, they take the safety of their patrons seriously, since they adopt NYC law where you MUST have proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to dine in & that they require you where a mask indoors regardless to protect those who are dining in safe unless you are fully vaccinated. That means a lot to the immune compromised like myself.And more over, once again, the Baristas and staff are very friendly & treat you & your order kindly & with detail, even if something goes wrong in the app! You can also trust me since Im a soy milk guy (due to good ol lactose intolerance).This is the only Starbucks that has earned my trust solidly after a long absence & look around.Thank you everyone!Update #1 (March 2021):Baristas and staff are friendly & patient. Even though you cant dine in at the moment (for obvious reasons), the staff and well-crafted drinks bring me back. :)Original Review:Nice Starbucks. Always get the drinks right. Just dont try to go to the bathroom unless you want to wait for 20 minutes lol. Thats a pretty consistent thing.

Was early for work by about an hour so I decided to stop here and load up on caffeine. The place itself is well taken care of and they care about TV the customers as you can see from the pictures of the signs. The manager I was told has hobby of collecting coffee mugs but unfortunately they are not for sale. The coffee is good and fresh especially in the morning. Was able to charge my phone without an issue and they do ask for proof of vaccinations before dining in which reasonable because it is a private business. Would recommend and come back here again

This is by far one of the most best Starbucks location I’ve been to. People are always smiling, very attentive and always ready to take my order. One young man by the name of Thomas is always awesome and positive & will keep you smiling. This location is very clean and friendly.

I have been going to this particular location on a pretty regular basis for around a year now. Everyone that works there is always friendly, drinks are made quickly even when they are pretty busy, some of the managers and baristas even know the regulars by name. Also drinks i order are always good and not accidentally watered-down and inconsistent etc which has happened at other locations. Also finally got the sbx app after one of the manager’s recommendation last year and reaped the free rewards. 100% recommend this location. Everyone working there deserves bonuses!(if that’s a thing there)

As chains go, its a solid Starbucks. Baristas are mostly friendly and extremely nice. If an item is out, theyre quick to offer a substitution that is available. During the morning coffee rush you may experience a wait. they seemed a little short staffed today, but the employees still provided service with a smile. The area is always frequented by tourists who leave a mess after themselves. however, they try to keep the area free and clean of debris as much as possible. Decent amount of seating, especially if you come early or during an off hour to avoid crowds. Samsung pay and mobile app work. not sure if Apple pay works since I dont own any apple mobile device.

Jeff makes this the best Starbucks in NYC (and I’ve been to a lot), he makes the effort to learn people’s names and has your order in his hand ready to give it you as soon as he sees you walk in. You can tell he’s very committed to his work and is the reason I keep coming back (ok I also work close but still!)Aside from Jeff everyone I have dealt with at this location has been lovely and efficient - I highly recommend !!

This is my first time at this location. I never really wanted to go to Starbucks because of their stance about politics. I finally gotta be fair and review their NYC Chinatown location. The have an assortment of baked goods, cold teas, frappuccinos, and hot coffees. I tried their Mocha chocolate cookie crumble frappuccino, and found it to be pretty darn good! My wife tried the Carmel frappuccino, and while she is not a coffee drinker, she enjoyed hers!! My son had a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie, which he enjoyed as well. The staff were very polite and friendly, and we received our order quickly. You cant judge a place by stuff posted on Facebook. Give them a try!!!
