    They have a very high demand in the morning, and they honestly work so fast and hard. it shows. Every still very friendly even though you can tell they are extremely busy. They do an amazing job trying their best to get everyone order out as fast as they can. I go there knowing I wont be late to work or wait super long. Great job!

    I’ve been coming here for my beverages and morning breakfast for a couple of months now, and the staff has always been great and attentive. John, in particular, has been incredibly warm and friendly. The food and drinks are always top-notch, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

    Small little Starbucks, but great location. had to stay there for an hour to charge my laptop and phone, the staff was nice and accommodating. the bathroom is super clean. had the juniper latte which was fine for 5.5 dollars.

    Always super packed but today, I absentmindedly left a bag and was six stops away got off the train and called them, and the manager secured my bag. I went back to get it and it was safely on hand. Thank you, Los, for confirming my bag was there and holding on to it for me.

    I usually go to this starbucks because its close to work. But this morning was crazy chaotic. I ordered mobile and by the time I got the the store it was 15 mins later, the croissant was already ready but the shake I ordered wasnt in the place where the mobile order. I saw the lady doing my drink and instead of bring it to the place she left it on the counter top I had to ask another employee to bring it for me because I was going to be late for work. It think 25 mins should he sufficient time to make a drink and warm a croissant. And everybody was touching the drinks to find theirs. They should have a person to give the drinks when u get to the store.

    I love me some starbies and I get it almost every morning.. of course no one likes when there coffee isn’t made the right way and ofc it’s not always perfect to your liking.. now I love going to this Starbucks every morning and my coffee to be made specifically by barista “AL” he always makes my coffee even better than I like it! And welcomes me with a big Goodmorning everytime.. his energy literally will brighten the morning up with whoever he speaks to.. he is a great employer and should lead the way for a lot of baristas! You guys should hire more people like Al! Thank you Al for always making my mornings!

    All Starbucks that I visited on UES never have English Breakfast tea, and this one only had green tea and Chai, thats why 4 Stars. Service was excellent

    I have to shout out Jamone or Jerome, the white (maybe mixed?) dude with curly hair who I believe is a manger - he works so hard even when it’s hecticand I always admire that in someone! He keeps his cool even when it’s hectic! A lot of homeless/drug addicts go there and that’s a big part of the reason why the place can be a little messy but he always does his best to make the store look presentable. I love this guy, he even let me use the bathroom one time when the bathrooms were closed and he was just about to close the shop. Such a sweetheart 💜

    Let me start off by saying this is my first time at Starbucks , so I decided to give it a shot ; I ask the cashier for the Birthday Cake Frappuccino, even though at first he didn’t know what I was talking about , someone did explain to him it was an item on the secret menu , my wife got a Carmel Frappuccino , she didn’t enjoy it at all , and my drink I’ll give it a 6/10 ; very disappointing that it tasted like hazelnut only ; I’ll give it 4 stars only because I don’t want to negative review any store I visit , but this probably will be my first and last time at Starbucks in general let’s see

    Can be super busy during morning rush hour, but they have mobile ordering available. Not a lot of seating as the locals tend to monopolize the seats for hours. Friendly staff.

    09FEB2021. YOU WANT THE BEST SERVICE IN TOWN? GO HERE. I ordered coffee for the hospital staff every day across the street. They always get my order right and never have an issue. every single time my order is always correct if you want the best service look for Saul or Christina. You cant go wrong with those two. I usually get the traveler box and they always have it nice and hot by the time I get there. Best service hands down. No issues at all with this Starbucks.     HelloI was looking for Madeline’s cookies and Tony the cashier was nice enough to go in the stock room to check to see if it’s available and he found the cookies for me.     I try to avoid industrial places, and buy my coffee from places that make the coffee for me, since a cup of coffee is a personal thing ;) But this is Starbucks cam make something i have never experienced before, and i will let you decide if it is good or not (I gave 4 stars review so i guess i think it is good). When i order my Latte here, i get the same taste all the time. You might think that it is not a big deal, but to make thousands of Coffee cups when all of them taste the same is something hard to achieve.But still, it is a Starbucks brunch, so i really cant give them 5 stars ;)

    I love this Starbucks store!!! I was an assistant manager for this company for 6 years and the staff is very sweet and accommodating. I am an employee that works around the corner and the staff knows me very well. But, this morning a Barista by the name of Phylicia was very rude. There was no reason for her to talk to me in the manner that she did. I ordered my usual Iced Green tea Latte with peppermint syrup. She rudely said if you were a partner you would know it does not come with sugar. I stated OK whatever just put peppermint. The atmosphere is store is overall great. This partner needs to go seriously.

    This Starbucks is huge first of all! They really have put together a system for the large amount of customers they have at all hours of the day. I feel like they somewhat make a big effort to keep everyones order correct and not have us wait too long. There is definitely ample seating at this location, even in the busier times of the day. It is relatively clean also! No complaints here! The baristas are really helpful and nice too!!
