The gentleman who helps customers to get their Starbucks drinks is always very kind and helpful. He made us feel so welcome all the time! They usually have what I want to order, such as loafs and cake pops, in the store. The store is spacious. I like this location a lot!

I like this Starbucks.I stopped in on a cold, snowy January afternoon, looking for warmth and coffee and a comfortable chair, all of which I found. The cashier was smiling and personable, and so was my barista. My coffee was indeed good, and I spent my lunch hour in the restaurant, out of the chill. This Starbucks in particular doesnt have the most seating available, but it doesnt have the least, either. I enjoyed my visit, and if ever on the Upper West Side in the future, Ill probably drop by again.A big thank-you to all the good folks of this Starbucks. Keep up the good work :)

I will say, going to Starbucks in the city is usually not pleasant. Employees are awful and frequently mess up orders without caring. Not this location! I encountered one of the nicest baristas at this Starbucks. He was so friendly and pleasant, and our orders were quickly prepared to perfection.I wont lie...I went to this Starbucks because the exterior was used in Youve Got Mail (one of my favorite movies). I love walking by places I recognize from the film. :)

I like my coffee in the mornings when I go jogging. This location is busy during the day but the barista who attended me was personable and treated me nicely, and even chatted with me which was a great point of the day. Nice coffee, great service!

There is a reason why this sbux is one of my favorite. it has mostly to do with the baristas. I believe the managers in this particular location are very nice. they have an awful lot to deal with but they are mostly very friendly and generous as a group. anyway I wanted to give mysupport to them so I took this opportunity to do that.

I am sadly disappointed at the revamp Starbucks has gone through recently. The small tables dotted around feel lost and impersonal. Its not anyones Third Place anymore, a role it used to fill so well. This is no longer a spot to gather with friends - its a soul-less grab and go, and it is sad to see.Their one USP was their cosiness, there were always a couple of comfy chairs or a sofa, and the window bar was revolutionary in getting people to not simply get a coffee and sit staring down at it. You were encouraged to engage with the street outside, instead of disconnecting

So my official Starbucks closed so I was forced to go to this one it was the closest to my train stop on my way home or to work and I am so happy with this location the customer service is amazing my drinks are usually pre ordered and are always ready in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and if you go there enough they know ur name... Definitely one of my favorite stops on my way to work!

This Starbucks is pretty much like other locations, Nice and cozy. I love Starbucks and have been frequenting various locations in NYC for many years now.I must tell you that the only drawback is that Several people come into this Location just to use the restroom. They Buy nothing and feel that its their right to use the Restroom - even rudely bang on the door if you take more than 30 seconds in there.So Im a paying customer a well paying customer and Im forced to wait in a line of 6,7 or even 8 people whom havent spent one thin dime in the store, to use the restroom.

Its a beautiful Starbucks location. I love the simple, bold, and inviting design with a prominent round-shaped vent hood over the espresso machines. This round shaped hood gives this place a lot of character. No sily, tiny round tables here, all tables have rectangular shapes, so its easy to use your laptop if you can find a table. 😜Theres also a clover machine here, if you like to extract all those wonderful coffee aromas from the beans.

At first, they messed up my order because there were two of us with the same name. I only realized when I went back to my office. On my way home (9 hours later), I went back and without a glitch, handed me a new latte and a gift certificate. No questions. BTW: The Vanilla latte is AWESOME!

Good Starbucks with decent number of seating. The staff was helpful and nice and not really rushed. We got chai latte and americano. They were tasty and well made just like any other decent Starbucks.The restroom was open and decent spacious.Barbara D said “this Starbucks is one of my favorites. I love Starbucks! I know that “Bucks” has its detractors, and it is a bit expensive, BUT the food is fresh and delicious, and there are many healthy choices among them. I am a tea drinker and that is about the only place that I have found that makes a delicious cup of tea. (Most places give you a half cup of cooling water with a teabag on the side). Starbucks has premium tea bags and boiling water and many sweetening options, including honey. Their coffee choices are wonderful and they are famous for them. On the negative side, many people come to Starbucks to stay indefinitely to use their WiFi and do office or homework. This impacts the available seating for those who need a place to eat their meal. All in all, you get great affordable food and a convivial atmosphere in which to enjoy it.

I like this store now that the scaffolding is down, its got lots of windows, I get my order quickly in the morning and night, but mid day it seems the slower it is, the longer it takes for drinks to come out. They know my name and drink order, even though Im not there all the time. And I do like the clover, cause Kona is my favorite and they brew it here.
