    Service was awesome. Rob, (I’m pretty sure was his name…) came to the rescue when I nearly had a line of people waiting for me to pay for my order when o was unable to find my wallet for what felt like an hour. He told me that he’d just put my order aside. Truth was, I only bought a scone so I could use the bathroom. I’d enjoyed the day in the park for so long that I failed to consider some people need to do that sometimes. While I was leaving the stall I heard what sounded like a tourist asking Rob how to use the bathroom door with the code even though the code was displayed right in the outside. He was so nice to them. Finally, after I’d finished washing my hands, I told him that there was no TP in one of the stalls. He thanked me and When I turned around I saw him immediately head for the bathroom for what looked like was to replenish the stock. I really hope I got his name right. Either way, That kid’s parents did him right.

    Starbucks always surprises me with its new flavors in drinks. The service was very friendly. There were so many people that there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the drinks

    Spacious Bux in TriBeCa located very close to City Hall Park, Pace and Weill Cornell/NY Presbyterian Hospital. Lots and lots of seating including seating that overlooks the park. Individual tables and a larger communal table if youre looking to spread out or make a friend. Has a restroom with a code, which is nice, if youre in the park.All the usual Bux offerings. Service and music are usually good. Ive had some grumpy experiences but the morning crew right now is pretty great. Keeps me coming back.

    Recent renovation brought this former slop dungeon into a light and airy millennial’s fantasy. The spacing makes much more sense now, you can move around comfortably. Coffee are still quite strong (I hate a watery Starbucks). Good location, especially since they closed down the one by pearl street.

    A nice place to have a coffee. It gets crowded, as does every other Starbucks, but this one has a few more tables to sit and work.

    A group of us, from Brooklyn, were in Manhattan to work at the parade. We were posted down the block from this Starbucks. Any time we entered, the staff was friendly and polite. All our orders were made correctly and in a timely manner. I would go to this Starbucks again.

    Angel always pays attention to the satisfaction of his customers and takes time for them, even if some customers, like the lady in front of us in line, are beyond help.Starbucks can be proud of such employees.

    The Chai Latte was done well and so does the Cranberry Pie which my friend ordered. the place was welcoming and had good feel of coffee and acquaintances to be made. I enjoyed my time and also thank you Star Bucks for helping me charge my phone !!!

    Where I can always get a great cup of coffee for the price of a value meal at some burger joint.Ive had more Starbucks these last days, mostly during my stay in NYC. I really enjoy the Peppermint Mocha very much, and was all I really have been ordering.However, much like many things in NYC, those coffees never came cheap. You paid well over 6 dollars for the privilege of drinking a premium coffee.However, the atmosphere is great, and many of the Starbucks had offered built in wireless chargers for your mobile phones with wireless charging capabilities to charge as you enjoyed a great cup of coffee.

    Very good location. Clo6e to the foot of the famous Brooklyn bridge, on the Manhattan side. Good service. Reasonable seating space. Nice street view from inside.

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks and was fortunate enough to be served by Angel. His professionalism, politeness, and kindness truly made my experience exceptional. As a business owner of various companies, I can confidently say that if Angel ever pursued a career change, I would hire him in a second.     Have fond memories of this Starbucks. Whenever I take trips to NYC, we stop here for a coffee after a walk over the Brooklyn Bridge. Can’t wait to visit again this October and November! ☕️

    This is a very high volume Starbucks so expect long lines during their busy hours plus a mess when there are simply too many customers with overly complicated drinks to handle. Regardless of that, they do a very good job keeping it all working and running fine. Be patient, be polite and you will enjoy yourself :)

    Cool place to spend some time in any season of the year. They always have cool service and a wide variety of products. I am not sure if they do offer products with no sugar for diabetics and hope they start working on products for vegans.

    A great experience for my first visit to a NYC Starbucks! Ive been to others before but this one truly is not only a sweet spot to relax but also has a bit of history behind it as well. The customer service is great and I got my drink in a reasonable amount of time (taking into account the crazy line!) The holiday decor is warming and the smell is beaten by no other place! Definitely visit if your in the seaport area
