This location of Starbucks is really nice - I stopped by this weekend while on Columbus Avenue to do some shopping on the Upper West Side, and I had a good experience!! The store is very clean + well-kept, and the staff were kind when I visited. My coffee was made exactly as I ordered it, and the bakery item I purchased was heated accordingly. On another note, this Starbucks is conveniently located by The Strands Upper West Side location, which is a perk!!

My Favorite Starbucks! The outdoor seating is fantastic! The staff is the most friendly and helpful of any Starbucks I have visited! Romantic Jazz music lightly filled the air from the restaurant next door. It created just the right feel for an evening of my favorite Strawberry Frappuccino!

Would you believe that this Starbucks is an inexpensive place for coffee in New York City? As much as I feel I should have been patronizing the local coffee shops more, I constantly felt gouged at those places. Plus I found the service here faster and the staff friendlier.

A small starbucks without a bathroom, so why 5 stars? The baristas. I popped in this morning before a long day of meetings and was greeted with genuine smiling faces and a sense if warmth. Though I have never been there before, I watched the baristas greet the regulars by name. As I picked up my coffee, they asked me to check if I was happy with it. They even said goodbye and have a great day as I walked out the door 15 minutes later.The entire experience was so pleasant and really just sent great positive energy into the world, starting my day off right.

Great snack and coffee option right next to the Nat. Hist. Museum. I typically frequent this location very early in the morning. Service is prompt and pleasant. There is limited seating and no customer bathroom. Can get crowded during the lunch rush.

It is always very clean and the Baristas at this location are always fun and friendly. Because of the smaller cafe size it is much more intimate than most Starbucks in Manhattan and provides a cozy, relaxing environment anytime of the year.

When you ask for something like agave or cream to be added into your coffee, Starbucks usually does it for you and gives you exactly what you asked for... Here they hand you the packets and tell you to do it yourself. It sorta took me back for a second, very New York. LOL. Great place to settle in and get some computer work done when you get cabin fever though.
