Generally, I dont usually review Starbucks, but I have to shout out the barista who made my Iced Shaken Espresso. The person was so amazing at their job! It was impressive. There was a large wave of people who came in when I did, but the barista wasnt fazed. The person methodically made the drinks one by one, even announcing whose drink was being made and whose was on deck. Then, if that wasnt enough, the person personally greeted each customer. I got a, Happy Tuesday. Really, I was super impressed. I felt valued and appreciated, and the baristas attitude really gave this location a hometown feel, where we were all regulars.

They are very convenient. i work upstairs. the place is always clean, the people are always friendly the wait is usually to long. sometimes i have to leave the line because i can not wait to be served. the latte,chias are always the ways the way i ask the bar is always stocked with the xtras i want as well.

I sit here every monday and tuesday before work and everyone who works here works really hard to get orders out. They havent messed up my order and the employees are also nice. There are just some really entitled people out here and it is a shame to see. We are all humans working hard and struggling. Try to relax a bit, its too early in the morning to be so angry! Good and fast service when I was there (on a Sunday afternoon). The benches in the back have built in wireless charging stations which is convenient. The layout and lighting throw me off, though. Lighting is brighter than most Starbucks and the layout seems really inefficient. Also, the bathroom is always locked and you need a code, but thats the case in most NYC Starbucks locations.
