Just wanted to give a big shout out to Richie at this location. My friend and I showed up to the store maybe a hour or so before closing and I really was craving a brownie. They didn’t have anymore for the day but Richie went to the back and grabbed me one for tomorrow’s inventory. And also threw in a freebie !! Ahhh love it ! I had a very long day and he definitely made me feel better! Great customer service ! Never let him go! lol

I love this Starbucks !!! The barista is so friendly always has a smile on her face and I love how she puts these beautiful stickers on your drink that makes u smile. I ordered mobile and when I got there my drink was ready I didn’t have to wait. I love my morning runs to Starbucks.

This Starbucks on Roosevelt Island, NY has the worst service ever! First time I went in. Im the only one on line at 5 PM. No one waited on me for 15 minutes. I asked are you closed? They said no. Then someone rang up my order. Second time I visit this Starbucks. I order a tall hot coffee light. I paid for it. I waited 30 minutes and no coffee. Not a difficult order. Turned out the cashier never put my order in for my coffee. Now the service man asks what I had ordered. A tall hot coffee light I tell him. He gives me black coffee. Only they can add milk to your coffee. This is not self service here. I like Starbucks food but the service is so darn bad Ill never come back!

9/11/2022 WOWWWWWW the staff is amazing especially the boy who was on bar and the girl with braids they were so attentive and fast I got my drink and it was amazing thanks you guys HOWEVER there’s one problem with the girl with the accent EXTREMELY RUDE you could her complaining and complaining while talking to a coworker when I asked for my food she just put it in the basket and didn’t even speak to me RUDE the experience would have been great. 5/5 had she not been there but I have a 4 because you can not fault the other staff on one apple that definitely shouldn’t be there and you can tell by the complaints HATE IT

Great little location next to the subway station on Roosevelt Island. Typically not too busy. Good outdoor seating as well as some cozy seating in the rear of the restaurant. Very few people know about this location. Usually fricative by locals of Roosevelt Island instead of tourists. Staff is very efficient and restaurant is always clean and well-maintained.

I had a good experience here. The cashier was nice. The person who made my coffee was nice. To be honest i was there during a time where it was not busy at all. My over all experience was very good. They also had little tables in the back that were empty.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Reasons are that its 25 yards from the subway on Roosevelt Island right next to a nice park. Amazing views of the upper-east side. Restaurants and apartment towers surround the park- lots of parents with their small children playing. The cafe itself is fairly small, but has the sitting area in the rear, away from the noisy bustle of the waiting line. And it has a full-size window wall facing the park. The staff is ok- not the friendliest Ive seen. But its very busy at the front counter, and their service area is very tight for them- not the best working conditions. The staff is just fine. WiFi is NOT the Google network- it can be a little slow when its crowded, but its reliable.

I stopped by on a Sunday morning on my way into Manhattan to do something before the Yom Tov, which was on my mind. And spied that there was this Starbucks on the way down to the park overlooking a riverside viewpoint of Midtown. In any event I went there afterwards for a medium-sized coffee with extra cream and sugar.The young man helping me looked a lot like Timothée--- from the actors latest film Dune (2021) ... the ibterior is rather pleasant. Smallish and narrowing. Then easily becomes crowded forming a queue from both ends beginning to end. With just handfuls of people there. But sincerely pleasant.Outside on this really pretty day there were tables everywhere. Some had chairs. Others none. The homelessness around poked up seeing seated parked sipping coffee as well it seemed. But the air was filled with this strong notoceanle malodorous stench of sewage coming from the water. So it seems. ThinkingMaybe they should dump more clams, oysters, and mussels into the river to clean it up! Now theres an environmental impact statement starter.In any event, the coffee server was terrific. The dark coffee being overwhelmingly beyond budget again, still, was great to have alongside the outdoor styled Café chairs and tables. A good crowd mix. Between young families with kids or baby strollers. And everyone else in-between. Just a really quaint spot to venture out to.Romanticism naturally came to mind venturing beyond the liquor. Like what a great spot for a date or proposal ... if you took the coffee over to Eleanors Point to sit or lounge during the night or day. How lovely.

The Starbucks is the only Starbucks on the island. The coffee shop is nice and I normally spend my afternoon there doing assignments.It does not have many space to seat (5-6 tables and sometimes those tables are fully occupied).It has one spot with sofa and you can seat there if you are lucky.The baristas are nice. I asked them for coffee ground compose once and they gave me a huge bag of it.Overall great experience.

One of the nicest starbucks locations I have been to which is located in Roosavelt Island. The baristas are very nice and the seating area outside is relaxing and you get a view of the city. Highly recommended. Check it out.
