I have only visited this store twice, the second time was a few weeks ago and I was served by a guy who brightened my day with his attentive, funny and respectful personality.Hours before I got some bad news and had to go to work so I wanted to fix my mood by eating something sweet and this guy made me smile, that is why I give you 4 stars, also my muffin was very good...I apologize because I do not remember the name of the guy nor the muffin, I had a lot to think about at that moment; he is a black boy with fine features and a face that transmits the funny spirit of a little kid, the world needs more people like him!This experience was very different from my first visit to this store, where I was served by two white girls (again my apologies for not knowing their names and referring to their physical characteristics) but their service was not that good to me, they did their job quickly and mechanically as if they wanted to get rid of me quickly and I was the only one buying at that moment.Because of that first experience I had decided not to visit this store again, but due to time constraints I had to do it a second time and this guy changed that decision I had made.

I stopped by this location every weekend with my fiancé and the staffs have been always so pleasant. Shoutout for Jordan and Tyler for their positive energy and efforts to make the customers feel good. This time, I bought giftcards for my students for back to school week.

Absolutely the best Starbucks in Manhattan. I live in the building above it & go there most days. The staff is amazing. Its a real neighborhood place, they know your name, your drink & always take the time to say hi. Drinks & food are always good, orders are correct & fast. All businesses should strive for this level of customer service.

Came in to grab something really quickly while i waited on my Uber. Extremely nice team. Greeted me at the door, was patient while I ordered and conversed with me for awhile after. You can tell the ladies live their job which is always great to see ❤️

Literally the best Starbucks in NYC, NY State, the USA, and quite possibly the world. I stop here on my morning commute, and the staff is remarkably friendly, accommodating, hard working, and clearly just a bunch of incredible human beings. I especially give them props because the majority of customers they have to deal with are business type people and tourists, who have the potential to be entitled, difficult, and soul sucking (no offense). Starbucks HQ, give these employees all the raises/bonuses/pensions/promotions.

Starbucks is Starbucks, some smaller than others but in general consistent. What is becoming a problem though is that they are making restrooms employees only in some locations. This is very disappointing.

Nice Starbucks outlet, quick service. All the usual trimmings. On the corner of Pearl Street & Hanover Square, in the 10 Hanover Square building although the entrance is on Pearl. Great place to grab a quick coffee on the way to work.

First time i went yesterday, great services! The barista made my carmel latte so amazing his name is kent. Great job ! Best starbucks Ive ever been to that actually got my order right. Usually no one at starbucks gets my drink correct . And the cashier was lovely i will definitely go back 💜💜!!!!

This place is my go to during work. The barristers are very friendly. For 4 years I have been going, they have never messed up my orders. And their bagels are always fresh.

This location was very clean and although the service was a bit slow since they were understaffed, the staff and the manager (with locs) were incredibly friendly and engaging. The location is super convenient to the Statue of Liberty and battery park and I would absolutely visit again. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

I love this place, but what happened today just made me feel bad. I placed the order at 6am, the store was opened at 7:30am instead 6am. And my order still wasnt ready. Thats happened a few days ago but a nice guy gave me a card and grande size of coffee. Today there were 3 ppl and nobody cared. I like that place and I like ppl there , but my point is , please care about your regular costumers. I place the order almost every morning.Thank you guys.
