It was a quiet Mon afternoon / early evening (coming out of the Easter weekend) , and the whole area wasnt very busy, which made for a nice relaxed environment - that being said, the two young men who were taking and preparing the orders were truly beyond welcoming & attentive; best combination of both flawlessly efficient customer service, AND that personal, extra wonderfully pleasant touch that makes the name hospitality industry, at times at least, a genuine match.

Nice Starbucks, but gets very crowded (especially over the weekends).I am a total dog person (we have one ourselves), but I was very annoyed by the dogs barking and fighting inside the store while ordering and/or then sitting and enjoying my coffee. The staff are lovely and very kind.

I normally love this location, as it has been my go to Starbucks for years, but recently I ordered ice along with my drink and a barista slammed the ice on the counter telling me to order at the register. I always order at the register and she has seen me do that, but I just asked today since I was in a rush!Please note everyone else who works there is super nice!

Starbucks on 84th Street and Madison Ave is the BEST the people I came across there are so kind so far helpful, courtesy, their energy is up beat. The atmosphere is pleasant and helpful service amazing, the Cranberry bless is delicious this was my 4th time getting that. I just want to say Thank You to the staff. I felt very comfortable going there. 🙂

Both employees on shift are so nice and kind, I absolutely loved my experience, but I can’t help but notice as an ex-partner of the company that they are severely understaffed. Wish management would help out such a wonderful team! Thank you to both guys on shift you made our coffee break amazing!

I go here almost every day before work and the weekday staff is always wonderful, attentive, kind, and fun. The weekend staff, however, is always a skeleton crew. Severely understaffed most of the time. Obviously no fault of the wonderful workers there but I feel bad for them as its usually quite busy. Im giving the service two stars because of this. The wait time even for a mobile order is ridiculous due to understaffing.

Highly recommend, the store itself is unlike any other Starbucks since they have a reserve bar. I come here all the time. I frequent so often that the entire staff knows me and my order. The main reason I frequent so often is because the staff is so friendly and really make the experiencable so enjoyable. This friendly atmosphere makes the drink I always get taste 100 times better from this location than almost any other.

I loved this Starbucks. Unlike most that I have seen, this one has a communal table and a very nice space to work. It also boasts a couple of single comfy-chairs paired up with small tables. Genuinely surprised by the quality of this Starbucks! I dont normally care for their coffee, but this branch was the only coffee shop open in this part of the city. The knowledgable staff, the styles of coffee available, and overall vibe made it feel more like an independent coffee shop than a gigantic coffee shop chain.The espresso bar serves excellent coffee, the Wifi is fast and reliable, and the staff were wonderful. Great place to get some work done 👍

Its in a convenient location with lots of nearby things to do and easy access to the M86 SBS, but it is often very crowded and hard to get a seat. The only reason this is a four and not a five is that when I went during a hot spell in June the air conditioner was broken. Besides that, my experiences have generally been good

New Nitro and Marshmallow Wafer Coffee Frappes delighted my friends. My Java Chip Frappe, made me happy. Only one person was making the drinks. But, I watched him multi task by making 3 drinks at a time. So, yes we waited. But, it went quickly, no need to complain. Except, work being done in parking lot. So, finding a parking spot could be challenging, its shared with other businesses and a popular pharmacy.

Might have to add this specific Starbucks into my daily routine, because WOW. The foam was perfect and delicious. It’s hard to make a drink stand out at a chain, but in the 20 years I’ve been consuming Starbucks drinks she made the only one that has ever stood out to me. The seats are amazing, leather, comfortable, and there are plenty of seats. This store felt different than other Starbucks. It felt unique and I had to triple check that I was in a Starbucks.
