The staff is very nice. They greet you when you walk in. They say have a good day on your way out. I always appreciate these kind gestures.What makes this location exceptional is their speed. The order is ready very quickly, which allows me to get back to work much faster.Thank you for being amazing!

Ive been to this starbucks a few times. Im never really disappointed…. Yesterday I remember being impressed saying, “this location was impeccable.”Welcoming, patient, efficient, and really organized.But then I remembered how starbucks isn’t even great coffee. Ive never had starbucks and been like “this is the best coffee I had in my life”. I always drink starbucks and say, “fine at least its not dunkin”.But this is why Im impressed with this location. Everyone was professional and really great actors, you would think they really want to work there. To be able to pretend that the food and drinks you serve are really worth anything they charge is true talent.Starbucks stinks but come to this one if you want to pretend it doesn’t.I recommend and I will more than likely probably be back. Im actually considering going now as I write this review.

I havent been to this Starbucks in years. I was pleasantly surprised how revamped it is. Loved the environment. The batista, Maddie was such a sweetheart to my mom and I. She gave my mom extra milk for her coffee. Both her coffee and my fav, hot Chai Latte were delicious! Nice atmosphere, clean, and comfortable place to relax. Will be back 😊😊😊

Always clean. The bathroom is clean as well. Place could use a bit of updating but not at all gruesome. Workers are super pleasant and friendly! Especially as I enter during the morning early rush! They will also go beyond, changing the order,if its not to your liking! Arianna, I believe is her name is a jewel also.

I love it here---hit this place most mornings, sometimes on weekends. They always have my coffee ready for me, know my name, start my day off at the height of hospitality. Super good pickens! When youre out and about, need a break from the mayhem (work, kids, NYC life and love), it is just super nice to have what Hemingway called a Clean, Well-Lighted Place to KB (kick back). So...pour me a red eye, and pull me up a seat!

Starbucks on 1st Avenue & 16th Street right across from Beth Israel Medical Center is the Best, they are warm, friendly employees who work to make their customers happy!!!Unlike the Starbucks on 13th Street, they are rude and wont give you what you ask for, especially their Manager, very rude!!!

A nice East Side retreat, in my opinion.In need of some good coffee to go with a special lunch Id prepared, I settled on this Starbucks, and I was not disappointed. After some minor confusion about my custom-ordered cold-brew, my meal was complete, and from there, I proceeded to a comfy booth in the relatively large, high-ceilinged dining room. And such was my long, blissful lunch hour: lounging among my fellow patrons as I sipped good coffee and ate good food and read a good book - perfect! Then, when all was said and done (and chewed and swallowed), I found the bathroom to be as satisfactory as the rest of the facility. I left with a smile in my heart, relishing the experience.If ever back in east Manhattan, I would happily stop into this Starbucks again.Much thanks to everyone who runs this restaurant. Keep up the good work :)

It was a quiet Sunday morning and I liked the vibe of this particular Starbucks. There was ample seating with convenient, small swerving tables and outlets. The facility was clean and fully staffed. One critique, they were out of the coffee I had ordered and so I had to make a different selection. Not a big deal though.
