    Nice place, good location, with plenty of seating area (still I would recommend putting 4-5 tables more on the upper floor since there is plenty of space). Staff doing their job but without much smile at times.

    Went in to buy a light roast coffee and was served by Kitt. It was okay and did not have me too wired or jumpy. I originally went to a Starbucks not too far from this one and ordered a pour over decaf coffee but was told they don’t offer that option in all branches of Starbucks. However this experience was altogether a great one 🙂

    One of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had! Even though I didn’t order anything, the staff warmly welcomed me and kept checking in to see if everything was okay. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such excellent service, and I truly appreciate the positive environment they created. I’ll definitely be back!

    This Starbucks is right across the street from my work so its the most convenient for me to get to.There is a downstairs where you order and can sit on the sides. My favorite spot is the upstairs where they have a large table, small tables around it and then comfy large chairs. Youre not supposed to sleep there but sometimes its impossible.Like many Starbucks, if you sit there long enough, youll come out smelling like coffee. I love the atmosphere. It always feels warm and comfy. Its part of the Starbucks brand but I feel like this one is extremely comfy since it isnt too large or small in size.The staff is great. Ive seen a few workers come and go over the last 5 years. I had staff prepare me a bagel before I even got there before online ordering was a thing. I used to get a bagel everyday! The guy doesnt work there anymore but it was greatly appreciated.It does get very hectic because its Starbucks in a high traffic area. There are a few around the area so you have your choices. This one will always be my favorite.

    Morning crew is UNMATCHABLE at this specific location. quick & efficient service during periods of high volume, all while being extremely sweet and providing excellent customer service. this is my go-to Starbucks even though there are 6 more on my way to school!

    This is my first time in Starbucks. I got a gift card and my son accompanied me there. I liked the ambience, the service was great, lighting was beautiful how ever, the bathroom was not clean, soap dispenser not functional. Music was too loud. The bar stools were not consumer friendly but My children love Starbucks.

    Usually no complaints. I have been coming to this one everyday for months. Just wanted to thank to the team member who remade my drink.. which needed to be shaken. Shaking or not shaking the incredients changes the taste of the drink. The hazelnut has to blend with the espresso..when not done.. its just bad. So thanks. I wish you would have kept the attitude. the whole team felt the need to act as if the barista shook the drink prior.. because she didnt. Which was an easy fix.Morning coffees are the high of some peoples day.. dont ruin it. Dont take short cuts and please lose the attitude. You are closing for renovations perhaps your staff can be rejuvenated as well.

    This Starbucks is the most lovely experience, usually it’s a hot mess at other locations - especially during rush hour but it’s so relaxed & the baristas have such a wonderful energy it’s the best way to start my day!! Thank you friends!!

    I love that that it is in the middle of everything and near by all the main restaurants! The second floor does that space that you look for chill and do your homework or getting tasks done.Go try their Chai Latte and then hit me up ;)

    Good location, nice stuff. Have additional 2nd floor with tables that is quite. Has a single unisex bathroom on the 1st floor. When I was there the toilet flushing water was running 🏃 all the time ☹️ - hopefully will be fixed ASAP.

    There’s a man at this location, name tag says Jimbo. Absolutely HANDLING the mobile order counter. Dude is just a vibe. Best energy, literal smile, keeping it movin & I mean takin care of BIZNESS. He single handedly makes this the elite Starbucks location in the city.

    A beautiful location in then flatiron district. Its meticulously well kept and the baristas are efficient, friendly and engaging. Probably my absolute most favorite bucks.

    I go to this Starbucks pretty regularly. The baristas got to know me, and my order, pretty quickly. Its an extremely busy Starbucks in the middle of Manhattan, but the lines go quickly and the staff is polite and helpful.

    One of my favorite Starbucks b/c they have a Clover machine and a choice of beans that includes Reserves (including the delicious, pricey and elusive Jamaican Blue Mountain! ...every once in a while). Select your coffee beans and theyll grind and brew a cup of freshly ground coffee just for you. Even if you only want a tall, request a Grande cup. The Clover coffees cost more as theyre ground, brewed and made to order. So dont you dare waste a drop or even pour a lil in the trash *insert gasp here*.

    Nice little Starbucks. Its decent for a busy Manhattan location. The second floor is a nice touch to have additional room to work with outlets at half the tables. Theres a single bathroom on the 1st floor.From the second floor of this Starbucks, the WiFi signal quality is good, the speed is poor. Download was 1.42Mbps, upload was 3.05Mbps.

    What can you say about starbucks that hasnt been said. This is a good location with nice employees. It is moderatley clean, not typically packed, but often busy. The only complaint I have is it gets quite loud. Other than that there is plenty of seating with a top floor which has a large group table, and many charging ports.
