I’m in disbelief that Starbucks only has four stars and Gregory’s coffee across from them has 4.2Stars and ratings goes a long way, but not too far. I’d rather go to Starbucks. My money is valued, and my presence is acknowledged.I love this place the atmosphere the hard workers and most of all the one who put this beautiful team together the store manager, she’s a very beautiful person inside & out !She will make your day go from 0 to 1,000,000,000 !!

Bella here is awesome! Shes so nice and smiley that she lifts up my mood. This location is small and usually theres a wait but I dont mind it when Bella takes care of my order. I get a bit disappointed if someone else takes my order because her attitude is just exceptional

I ordered earlier today and at the cashier this one girl was so sweet, she kept smiling she had a smile on her face the entire time while taking peoples orders, and she looked happy working there. I loved her energy and she had a lot of manners which made my day. I dont know her name though, but she deserve a raise or something. As well as this kid with dreads who took my friends order was a sweet too.

I visit many starbucks wherever I go so Ive seen the spectrum of quality and service.This location is highly efficient and friendly! Yes, I had to wait a few minutes for my order but all the employees were busy and hustling, the place was packed with customers.They also make sure to acknowledge you with a greeting and a smile 😊

I love starbucks so much going to this location always puts a smile on my face. the employees there are always so nice. someone stole my drink once and they remade it so quickly. I recently got apple pay and I don’t quite get how to use it and one of the employees helped me figure it out and had such a great attitude even though so many people were walking in and out the door like crazy. I am so grateful to feel like i’m walking into a happy place whenever I walk through the doors.

This coffee chain Starbucks location is very nice but they don’t take advantage of it by offering outside seating. Indoor they also don’t have any seating but they should as even from the window you get direct views of New York City. The people are friendly and accommodating with your orders. They are pretty quick and very good with online orders. They always have the coffee ready for pick if you order ahead and you don’t need to wait. It can get pretty crowded in the morning when people come to get their morning coffee or tea.

Been here maybe 5 or 6 times, have had to wait on average of 10 minutes or more to get my drink. They request your name, but then when handing it out, they yell the drink name out & thats not even loud enough to hear, & theyll just leave it on the counter without returning to it.Only 1 employee is trying to service with multiple task, one is just slow, another is always intensely putting or moving product up (looking busy) & has an attitude with her co-workers. & another floats around.Edit part -> staff has changed & so has the atmosphere & my drink is usually ready in no more than 4 minutes. This is a very busy Starbucks but incredibly efficient as well. They have all the seasonal drinks, offers, gifts and some indoor seating if you care to sit. Most patrons are there for a quick drink before jumping on the train and the service is fast enough to accomodate.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a hot drink and then changed my mind so I asked for a cup of ice. The barista, Asia, noticed that I was going to pour my drink over ice and offered to make me the iced version of my drink. That blew me away, because even though it was completely my fault that I had changed my mind, she still exemplified awesome customer service.

Showed up to Starbucks with my heart on my sleeve ready to grab my coffee and noticed my pal Peter J had a 55 minute wait on the mobile app. Naturally my anger and aggression turned towards Peter J. Fortunately by the good graces of the coffee gods Matt was there. Matt provided a level of service that was premier and ensure a swift resolution to Peter J’s horrible mistake. Thanks Matt for being awesome.

Exchange place can get very busy and I didnt realize it was going to be such a long wait on mobile order when I placed it. I asked Matt at the front counter if I could just cancel or order here in person and he was so pleasant and friendly and was able to assist! Matt, you are awesome! The whole crew at Exchange place are so friendly and cool!

The AM rush hours are busy so order ahead or just get an already brewed coffee if you are in a rush...The PM rush happens after lunch around 2pm same deal as above...The staff is friendly and gets the job done! If you need to potty hold it or go across to the Gregorys Coffee (coffee there is not really great but the snacks are way better than Starbucks) across the plaza.

I enjoy always great coffee from Starbucks but this location has an amazing barista. I went in and the c.c. system was down and had S. Brown actually offer to pay my bill. I cant think of a better location to have a Starbucks, right next to the train station and surrounded by corporate buildings. Not to mention the foot traffic in general of people that stop at Exchange Place for the views. I mean you can see the skyline from inside the Starbucks. Just sit back and imagine you order a nice grande hazelnut cappuccino, settle down in an empty seat next to the window, the warmth of the paper cup resonates with your body temperature. You look up and see the overarching skyline, one of the busiest cities in America... you feel wholesome and productive.

One of the Starbucks I visit regularly. The staff is not the friendliest but they are not rude as well. Its small place, nice lighting and great views. As I have noticed, lots of folks buy drink to use the restrooms but this branch does not have restrooms and in fairness, they have posted the notice on the door as well but one might miss it. Very often I have noticed that half of the sitting area is kept off limits or their inventory has taken up most of the places where one can sit. Only 1-2 of the wireless charging stations work.

Looks like Starbucks, tastes like Starbucks, is a Starbucks. I guess pretty much standard in that respect, and if you like Starbucks this one wont let you down. Inside, seating space is limited. But with its location right by the Jersey City waterfront, you are way better off taking that brew outside to soak in the great views over to Manhattan.
