The entire team here is so welcoming and special I wish everyone could experience it. Especially Alexis! As soon as I walk in the door she says hi to me by name and that instantly makes my day. She really us super special and just amazing! Love this team :)

First time experiencing amazon go paired with a Starbucks and I like it! Nice layout and Starbucks barista , Dunia was very sweet in explaining to me how it all works. You order your drink online in the app and pick it up if you want a Starbucks coffee drink . They’ve got little cubbies with plugs to get work done as well as small tables to sit with a friend . Very clean . Nice Bathrooms that are wheelchair accessible . In fact the whole space is wheelchair accessible . You swipe a credit card then walk in choose what you want and that’s it if you want lunch , snacks , or cold drinks . No checking out or waiting in line . I’ll be back because it’s nice and quiet . No music and good lighting too . Happy I found this spot . You will be too .

I go there every morning and everyone is very friendly. They make the best iced quad venti caramel macchiato. All the partners are very polite and try to help usas fast as poossible. They make my mornings great. the service is quick and they try to accomodate their customers as best as possible.

*I had to revise this old review as the service has improved tremendously and there is no longer a horrendous wait time or mishaps with orders. Thank you for improving your services Starbucks @59th Street!*As others have discussed the staff is super friendly but the wait is ridiculous and twice now theyve messed up my order. For the amount of money that they charge for specialty coffees there should be a lot more attention to detail. My coworker has complained about this location several times as well. Im no longer ordering from this location, even though its a lot closer to my office building. They need to retrain their staff... No foam means no foam!

Staff were very friendly. I made an error on my mobile order and they did an amazing job making sure that I got what I really wanted. I did not want to be a hassle to them, but they insisted that they made me another cup of Matcha to my liking. Such amazing people.

We only went to Amazon go. I come from Germany and was the first time. The security was very helpful. Everything worked smoothly. Had breakfast directly on site. It was very tasty and very impressive without paying anything real.
