    Good Cigar collection. A full walk-in humidor. Only cigar shop in Hoboken area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Imran helped me picked cigars for my boyfriend b’day present.

    This cozy shop has just about everything you could want in this arena. Their selection is top notch, but I must add that service is excellent. The sale staff are super friendly know their stuff and let you touch/ feel every item you are considering there was zero pressure.     Great smoke shop for Vape tobacco flavored products, and is the only shop in the area Hoboken New Jersey to retail Crave vape tobacco products . The guy who is there 6 days a week during the daytime is always helpful defining alternative Vape products , as Crave vape tobacco sometimes is backordered for up to two weeks. They recommend if you’re in the Hoboken Union City area.

    I love Hoboken Smoke Shop! Jack was so nice. He was very courteous and attractive as well. I will definitely return for all of my smoking and herbal products. He even gave me a box at stick matches. Very charming.

    As soon as I walked into the shop I immediately recieved customer service and on top of that it was an amazing experience. I recommend for the beginner smoker and even an advanced smoker. The sales associates are knowledgeable and the store will definitely carry whatever you need for your smoking necessities

    No one beats HSS when it comes to customer service. Of course, theyve got all the merchandise youd want, but if you need advice, or help with a product, they go way out of their way to make sure youre happy with the experience. You rarely see customer service like this at a bank, let alone a smoke shop.
