It is a great place to bring friends and sing like crazy people. You pay per room, per hour. It is BYOB as well. They have a good selection of songs in English, but you have to look in the section of the book that is Pop Songs. -

BYOB until 12AM. Nice and friendly staff. The equipment is not very up to date, but thats to be expected for this place has been around for a while. -
