Came here on a Sunday, and the place was lively. The bartender was friendly and attentive, the patrons are friendly and there is a relatively large selection of beers, wines and liquors available. Since it was a Sunday during football season, there was also food available for patrons. I will have to visit again to give a more thorough review, but my one experience was great and I plan on visiting again soon.

My friend invited me for a Christmas Party. We were allowed to play music. It was a fun time. The waitresses were so sweet and fast. The drinks were well priced. Its a good place to make a friend and have a drink.

Recently moved into the area. Not necessarily a bar patron. But, being that its a local joint and operational after work. I give it a shot. Id highly recommend it. Service is what it is.The staff ( bartenders) consists of all females. They are all AMAZING, ATTENTIVE, GREAT COMPANY AND WELCOMING. I usually stop by after midnight. Coincidentally TATE is there. Great personality, professional and makes you feel comfortable.Ive found my hidden GEM in Queens

A really good local bar. Service is a little slow but worth the wait. The bartenders are attentive and the drinks are great. During football season they layout some food which is always great.

Love this to go to Rocky’s when I’m in town! It’s fun, not too busy, has a DJ on weekends, sweet and lively bar staff, clean. They reserved the back area for me to have people gather after my wedding and made it so easy and pressure free. Always a good time here!

This is the spot to watch sports in Astoria near Ditmars. Love the place. The service is great - most of the bartenders are fun, helpful, and go out of their way to get you what you need. Time and again this year during the hockey playoffs we had bartenders who came to clear our empty beers and bring us whatever we needed, which we didnt expect since its more of a come-to-the-bar-to-get-what-you-need kind of place.Crowd is fun, seems like there are a lot of regulars. Space is stocked with TVs. You can bring in food which rocks.A lot of searches mark this as a dog friendly spot, which it isnt. Thats the only bummer for me, personally. If I could bring my little pups along Id spend much more time there.You should catch a game there - its worth it!

Killing time in the neighborhood this past week I stopped in for a quick beer or two. The bar was filled with mostly older men from the neighborhood who were obviously regulars having their happy hour cocktails and playing oldies on the jukebox. The girl behind the bar came right over and after buying a second round offered another on the house. She could not have been more welcoming or friendly. I didnt feel like a stranger at all.I was sorry I had to leave and will definitely go back when I am in the area again.

OMG this place is amazing... BARB behind the bar is the most amazing woman. She has the best personality. It is your Astoria Neighborhood watering hole. Local watering hole that is really for the locals. Its not fancy and doesnt carry a crazy selection of liquor - and they will tell you that right upfront this isnt a Manhattan bar. Crowd can be a little rough around the edges but its not the worst place to go have a drink from time to time. Beer and standard fare liquor is the move here. Dont go ordering some fancypants cocktail that takes 5 minutes to make.

Great sports bar! Very great service and friendly crowd in the bar! Today for Game Day there was a sufficient buffet to eat for free in the back of the bar. So it was a great Sunday afternoon with friendly people from the neighborhood! Highly recommended!!
