UPDATE ! After 6 month.Babylon now installed 7 huge 4K TVs. Major sport games/ fights will be shown !!! Place keeps getting better 🔥🔥🔥Let me start off by saying that I come to Babylon since 2010 and had nothing but good memories, good vibes and good service. Of course just like any other business Babylon has its ups and downs but once you notify Ali or other owners they fix the issue immediately. Before food was okay but now WITH THIS NEW CHEF AND NEW MENU food is 10/10 adding great hookah and drinks Babylon is a place to be !

Babylon Hookah Lounge is a nice spot to spend some time in Murray Hill.The music and DJ is very good. One will consistently notice all the customers enjoying the music. I’ve even heard that some guests actually come for the music first.As for Hookah there are many flavors to choose from.One might not think a Hookah lounge would have good food, but that is definitely not true. The food is very good. We always get a cheesesteak.

This was a fun time. It had a sexy vibe but a party vibe at the same time. Clean,smooth pulling hookah and clean coconut coals that they didnt charge ypu for to change. A+. Theres another section that wasnt open that was a whole vibe. I would recommend this place for a random time or planned celebration. THIS BELLY DANCER CAME OUT OF NO WHERE AMD TURNED THE NIGHT UP!

Really nice cozy space that can be very intimate, closed off, and relaxed but the space can also feel like a club making it a really fun place to be at with friends. Aesthetically the place looks amazing and keeps true to the theme with quite an ambience paired with a good dj. The staff is very respectful and attentive, and their hookahs are really good, lasts for a good time with the workers rotating out the coals regularly making it a place you can lose track of time and worries easily. Definitely recommend as either a date spot or party spot for friends that like to mostly chill but will move around on occasions

This place was a life saver. Went here after being denied entry to A Pink Wonderland Pop-up bar due to the individuals who scan tickets for entry left early. Nevertheless I came to Babylon and this place up’d my spirits. This place was a VIBE. The music was exceptional. The service was excellent. Food, drinks and hookah AMAZING. No complaints here. Definitely will be returning.

My friends and I visited Babylon Hookah Lounge on Christmas and had a great experience! Prices are very reasonable and the service was A+. They made special Christmas themed shots for us on the house that were delicious 😋. They have a large menu that includes hookahs with alcohol bases. Very large lounge & good vibes 10/10

I came here on a Sunday night and just wanna say that I had such a pleasant time with my friends. The hookah was really good and smooth, I had the mulberry and the blueberry mint. the servers Took every order correctly and moved promptly. The chicken wings were so good! The nachos were good but once the cheese melted it wasn’t satisfying. The quesadilla wasn’t bad. The music is good. It’s a chill atmosphere with a upbeat vibe. & music was good! The perfect place to mingle with friends without doing too much. There was a Belly dancer who was really doing her thing, and engaging with everyone… she was a great entertainer. Would go back again.

Pros- Nice atmosphere, strong drinks. good music on both sides. Great hookah flavor-Pan Marsala. Tasty food and well cooked.Cons- A $50.00 minimum per person isnt bad, Its actually a good business tactic HOWEVER if you are expecting me to reach a minimum I expect for attentive service and knowledgeable staff.I asked for multiple patron shots and for them to be dressed... each time the server had to come ask me HOW that was done. Not sure if the bartender didnt know how or what? But quite annoying if I am sitting where there isnt a table limit and constantly being asked about ordering another drink! I dont wanna order if each time I am asked how to make a simple drink.

A great hookah lounge/club in Manhattan. Great hookah, regular priced drinks,good service. They have many different flavors available on the menu. They are oddly strict about entry sometimes, only allowing people in if they buy a table. And at $750, thats quite a lot. The atmosphere though, is pretty nice, if a little clogged by hookah smoke. Saturday is super rocking and super loud. We tried kiwi-pan hookah.Our hostess was quite accommodating and kept a check on our table.

Went here for my 21st birthday, i had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was nice, even the food tasted great. I really enjoyed the hookah and the drinks. It was so much fun. I came here on a date for the first time. We ordered drinks and food. The Calamari was terrific. The wings, ehh not so much. The hookah was bussinnnnnnnnn. It was just realllllllllllly dark in there. I could barely see myself lol. It was a cool spot overall though. I enjoyed myself.

A very good place for hookah lovers. One of the few places where you get really nice hookah. The staff is friendly and attentive, help you out if you have any confusion. You can also enjoy some belly dancing 💃 at the lounge as well. The only negative thing is that the music is too loud which makes it difficult to talk to the person right next to you. Overall an awesome place.

Pretty fun hookah bar. Never been here during the dining hours, so cant judge their food as Ive never seen it served. But as the night gets late, come here for some hookah and drinks. The outdoor area can sit a few tables and is perfect for watching the hustle and bustle of the Murray Hill. The indoor area will turn into a lounge at night time where you can still order hookah and enjoy drinks and dancing.

Bartenders so nice omg. While we waited for our seat they where so nice.The ladies That took care of us are the best I have ever had in Manhattan. The hookah guys are on point. I always come back, been going here for 6 years and counting. The team there is great, efficient, and always takes care of our me and my friends. The hookah is always consistent and they are able to blend a bunch of flavors together that you wouldn’t be able to at other places. Music is good too and has two different sides for the EDM listeners and the Hip Hop/Ragae lovers on the weekends. Weekdays are typically hip hop/reggae in the lounge area.

I had a great experience at this hookah lounge. This lounge has a hookah area plus a club area. The music and vibes are great. The waiters are amazing and are super hospitable. I would recommend this lounge to anyone and would recommend going to this lounge with a party of people. Great place, great food, and great vibes.

I have always enjoyed this spot and I have been coming here for close to 8 years at this point.The only thing thats gotten a little out of control is the volume and loudness of the music. My last two visits, everything was great but the music was so loud that it was almost unpleasant. I spoke to the hosts and servers about it and they seemed to have shared the same discomfort.It would be so great if the music could be kept normal or maybe even like clubs is fine, but not what its like right now.Apart from the loudness, the food and hookah is absolutely amazing. The place is a vibe.

If you like hookah this is the place for you. Nice crowd, nice atmosphere, nice decor, nice service. The food could be a bit better but your really there for the beers and hookah not the food (well at least that the reason i go). They have a few tables outside where you can also eat and order food and hookah and watch the night life walk by you. If you can deal with noise and loud atmosphere this place is great. At night if your 40 and younger specially if you are in yours early 30s or 20 this place is great. This is definitely one of the places to be on a nice night on 34 street between 2 and 3 avenue. They also have a live dj on friday and saturday nights not sure about the other nights. The dance floor is small but you can shake off that beer you have in your systeam if you need too.

I think that this place has significantly improved or maybe coz I didn’t come during the crowded hours. I think I was here around 8:30 pm. We were seated shortly after we told to order the hookah in the bar. The hostess was quite accommodating and kept us updating about the place.We ordered pan masala which is nowhere to be found in the city except in India and it’s the best!! They did make the hookah really smooth. We also ordered a Turkish coffee( I must say that it was quite strong), hummus pita( was tasting well). They have an aquarium which is Tripp’s with neon colored fishes and lights. I don’t personally prefer super loud music as it gets hard to talk but guess that’s the theme of the place. So can’t complain.

Trying a new shisha spot on a trip always makes me nervous, but Babylon is the spot for NYC! The shisha was perfect (smooth and great flavor), the music and vibes were fantastic and the service was excellent. The owner, Ali, was accommodating and ensured everyone was well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good shisha and food (the baklava was delicious), whether youre looking for a night out or a chill hangout - will definitely be back.
