Just had the BEST time at this joint in downtown Manhattan. Fantastic service, the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating and the hookah is incredible! The place is really inclusive which is always a plus! Low lighting with chill, relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again!

This is the best hookah because the taste is very rich and smoked for a long time - about 1 hour. Cheap prices and high quality. The cocktails are incredibly tasty and all the staff is polite and professional. The room is clean, I give it 10/10.

I love this place!! I found this place on google and read the reviews, had to see what the hype was about. Believe the hype! Very welcome and cozy atmosphere. I enjoyed the concept of community tables and meeting new ppl. The owner is very tentative with his customers and accommodating! The hookah is very smooth and last for a while !! The music has me jamming the whole time. I wish this was in the city I’m visiting from, I would definitely be a regular 🥰

The ambiance and service were amazing. The hostess was very attentive, caring, and ensured we had everything we needed. She kept checking up on us. The music was great, and the vibes were awesome. We didnt have much time there because we arrived just before closing, but she still let us sit and enjoy the hookah and atmosphere. We didnt get food because it was so late. Definitely recommend this place, and we will be coming back soon.

Found this spot on google and the reviews don’t lie!! The service is amazing and the owner is so personable. He served me himself and checked on me every now and then to make sure i was okay. I was in the area and i was searching for a good hookah spot and i picked this place thank God i did this is probably the best hookah cafe i ever been to the staff was friendly and the owner is very nice and professional he treat every guest with respect like a home setting i live in the bronx but i Def will be back this place is fire i recommend all and the food is great toThe hookah is super affordable only$35 and the margarita is fireThe owner gave me a ice bucket with the hookah so it can more smoother vs the ice hose for a extra 15 he included this ice bucket hookah with the $35 to give a even better experience this is so great

Yo, if youre lookin for a chill spot to vibe with your crew, Cozy Lounge is where its at. First off, the atmosphere is mad cozy—dim lights, comfy seats, and the musics always on point. They’ve got a crazy selection of flavors, too—everything from the classics to stuff you’ve never heard of but gotta try (Rose , vanilla and paan). Service is tight, the staff knows their stuff and theyre quick to hook you up. Perfect for kickin back after a long day, or if you just wanna lay low with some smooth smoke. Prices are fair for the city, too, which is always a win. Definitely hittin this place up again.

They are amongst the ones I recommend if you are visiting specially and want some good hookah with good hospitality and respect. I got the pina colada flavor and it was nice. Absolutely a charming and cozy/relaxing place to not only do hookah but to chill and do your work as well. I was looking for a nice place to work with my laptop and I came across this place and saw so many good reviews and thought I would give it a shot. And no regrets at all! First of all, the atmosphere is verry nice and relaxing. Good soundtrack as well. And the HOOKAH! The smoothest hookah I ever had! Here they use an ice bucket which makes the hookah smoother and its free of charge! The owner and the server are super sweet and kind and so welcoming. Also, the chicken wing is SUPER GOOD! MUST TRY!! I dont usually write reviews but this place is so nice I had to write a review at the spot! Absolute gem and definitely coming back again!!

Went here with my boyfriend for the first time randomly and the guy was really nice and hospitable. We had the passion fruit hookah--which had a good taste, I had the mango juice and my bf had the pineapple juice. We also got chicken tenders. It was a nice and relaxed atmosphere where we could talk and cuddle. Very good experience and felt like we were in a different world than NYC.

Let me tell you my experience about COZY CAFE. The moment you walk into the cafe, its cozy for sure.I had a chance to meet with an owner, Sharif. At this point, I was not aware that he was the owner. He served my company and served our requests. Then he came back to ask how we were doing, and we mentioned a couple of issues he fixed them right on the spot and gave us a couple of accesses for music requests.The cafe has wide range of flavors and hukkah options. They are open till 2am.I hope your experience is going to be as good as mine or better.

The owner is what makes this place worth returning. Sheriff is extremely personable and hospitable. He offered me and my friend a free drink of choice since it was my birthday and also gave us two free water bottles on the house. Although, the hookah was mediocre and the restaurant itself could use some updating, I would return to this spot in a heartbeat. It def is one of the best hookah spots in the city. This is a MUST visit if you like hookah. It’s a smaller cozy place but lots of seating and comfortable couches! The hookah was perfectly made and delicious flavors. My friend and I got the pita and hummus and chicken tenders. SO DELICIOUS. Also got a few drinks which were delicious too. Sherif took care of us and he was super awesome. Super attentive. Customer service was 10/10. Will absolutely be returning!!!

Sharif is always friendly and accommodating and since our last visit has upgraded the hookah to make it even more pleasurable. Didnt even think it was possible to make a great thing even better. Highly highly recommend Cozy Cafe! I went there for my first time on Saturday and absolutely loved it. I dont like hookah lounges that have a club vibe. Cozy Cafe was exactly what I was looking for. It definitely feels very cozy and intimate, there are couches and sofas in the back area, tables near the front. Prices are not bad and they take card. The owner Sharif personally introduced himself to my friends and me and gave us a round of beer on the house. Thank you Sharif! We also ordered fries and hummus and pita, all delicious. The price of the hookah also isnt too bad, $35 for a wide variety of flavors and $25 for the refill.

I loveeeee this place! Shereef is an amazing host. Recommended a mild blend of mint, gum and cinnamon hookah because I was a newbie. Amazing conversation and the mint tea was freshly brewed. The accents and details in the restaurant are a blend of Moroccan and Egyptian. We shared travel stories and I would recommend staying here at least once if you’re in the area.
