I go here often and it’s honestly one of my favorite lounges. The customer service is excellent, no matter what we need they try their hardest to make sure we are comfortable. The hookah is great and whatever we need they always try to accommodate. I’ve also celebrated a friends birthday party here and everything was perfect from the music to the lighting. I would definitely recommend going here if you want to have a good time!

Just went last night. Had a great time! Service was great. Music was bomb AF! Drinks were great. Don’t go to mystique because they will charge you an arm and a leg. But KASBAH!!!!! Is the place to go! It’s my new favorite hookah spot! $20 for unlimited hookah all night. You can’t beat it. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Most flavorful hookah I’ve had in a while, definitely not going to Steinway anymore this spot is better quality for a good price. Service was excellent, Gabby was very friendly and quick. Definitely coming back all summer long.

Went there on a Saturday night and loved the vibe. The best hookahs I have ever had in long island. Staff is amazingly friendly and always looking out if you want anything. Music will make you feel lively and no doubt the price is their USP, since no other place gives a better deal for unlimited hookah.

This is hands down my favorite and to me, the best hookah lounge on long Island at the moment. Ever since this new management took over, this spot has really flourished. From the staff to the hookah flavors, the music, The decor, the vibe... Everything is just perfect. Me and my girls had an amazing time this past weekend.PS When they say $20 unlimited, they really mean that. Lol 😂 Im definitely going back!

Great hookah lounge. Lots of great flavors and music. I haven’t been going out often during this time but I definitely feel safe at Kasbah. They are taking great measures to ensure safety. I love this place and I definitely will be coming back many more times! Thanks so much!

Great space and service! The hookah is the best tasting on Long Island. It’s very affordable with the price depending on which flavor blend you get. This spot was packed and full of good vibes tonight. The DJ was also on point; definitely recommend for a night out!!

Came here on a Saturday with my girls and we had so much fun the whole night. They play a mix of everything including reggae and soca ( my favorite) plus the servers were all so sweet. Great hookah and Vibe! Definitely going again.

For the people that are complaining quick question, hows that extra chromosome treatin ya? This spot is phenomenal its way better then a lot of popular spots on Long Island and even Queens in every aspect a customer could think of! I think that the people that are complaining are probably expecting the staff to just wait at their table every second and ignore all the other tables that are filled almost every night. This spot has great hookah, for a very fair price, and the staff really knows how to experiment and make awesome flavor combinations. The staff members here are extremely hospitable and friendly. If theyre not at your table changing coals, getting you something to drink, or making sure everything is good dont worry one is them is always walking around and wont be offended if you call out to them or tap them on the shoulder to ask them a question or tell them what you need. As for music they always have someone who knows music DJing. If you complain about this place being a ghost town most likely you went on weekday, which even still they get a decent number of people there, and like with most spots it doesnt really reflect how great the place is unlike the weekends. Kasbah has become the go to spot for hookah for a lot of people on Long Island, it definitely is for me stop by and it could be the same for you!

Amazing place to go for a great time, there staff and the owners do there best to make sure you have the best experience there. Many flavors to pick from and they even have fruit base hookahs as well. Definitely go check it out!

I’ve been here a few times and I enjoy the service and flavors here. Very spacious and music is usually good. I like coming here because there’s rarely anyone here. Staff is good and it’s relatively ok. Price is typical for hookah. I don’t know much about the drinks and other stuff they have.

Love Kasbah!!! It’s definitely the best hookah lounge on Long Island. I can go there any day of the week and have an amazing time! The hookah is great and the staff is friendly & professional. Sid is superb at what he does! Whether it’s a birthday bash or a chill Sunday night, I would say kasbah is the place to go! :)

I went with my friends on a Wednesday night so of course it wasnt busy but I could tell when theres a crowd it gets active. They dont serve food but you can bring your own and they dont have liquor but you can order cocktails. The cocktails were pretty good but theyre mostly known for their hookah. The flavors were amazing and it was only 25$! The service was really good and the club was spacious. The music was great too and they take suggestions well. I would definitely come back here.

Really great hookah actually I would say it is one of the best hookah spot on island. Nice spot to hangout with a group and celebrate an occasion. Vibe is really chill and because they have big open seating space you do get a lot of privacy for yourself.

Great spot. Most of the recent bad reviews are from the friends of a guy who was jealous because his girlfriend left him and was here flirting with one of the owners so going to leave bad reviews is his way of getting revenge. Service is great, hookah is great, food is great, you will have a great time.

I came by her last friday with a few of my friends from hofstra. We tried a few spots out over the semester and this place is defintely the best one. I got the pirates cave hookah and it was pretty DOPE. ill be back probably next weekend .. awesome spot.
