It’s been a while since I’ve visited this place but I’m gonna tell you this that this place has great Shisha great everything. The only drawback of this place is there to only accept cash, but there is good. Their environment is good and I never have any complaints there and this place is open 24 hours a day they let you bring your food inside because they don’t have a kitchen to, serve food except for tea some drinks non-alcoholic beverages, baklava, and couple of other appetizer kind of things that you can Google your menus somewhere online, but they don’t really have food food so there are tons of shops around grab something to eat and then just bring it there eat And do Shisha anytime of the day it has a Turkish vibe inside so and the people are nice. People are really nice. Their staff is really nice polite. The place is polite when you think of New York you don’t see too much hustle bustle so it’s kind of like a relaxing point, I’m from Texas so whenever I have visited, I have gone there most of the time not always whenever time permits. It’s a great place to go. It’s been a while. It was a long overdue review of the place but every time I went there two days after my wedding to display with bunch of Relatives since the other places were not working out because of the timing or whatever whatever so we end up there washed cricket match their guys washed it and was fun. The hookah was on point like always. So basically whenever I’ve gone there, I’ve had tons of fun writing a long review, but it’s OK whoever is reading it would be worth going there. Enjoy the Shisha yeah if you really looking for what to order what flavor to order and you don’t have any special preferences just order their Rotana special flavor, Shisha, and you will not be disappointed you will thank me later thank you so much

Great hookah place to chill and vibe after work or anytime during the days..these guys are always open and staff is extremely friendly..they only don’t serve anything alcoholic..but otherwise great place and many bathrooms

Hookah is great here! Service is equally amazing! Iman, the manager, always makes you feel welcome! Also ask for Mohammad Saad! One of the best people to know! Coal change is on point and all the employees are so polite and friendly! On Steinway this is the spot to go to unless you want to drink (no Alcoholic drinks allowed or served here) - which is totally alright. We usually just go to Sissys, drink, and come back to Rotana!

Although not in the center of NYC, Rotana is located in the Arab neighbourhood of Astoria. Great vibe, good music that is not so loud and allows you to have a convo. The service is friendly (shoutout to Emad the Tunisian). Shishas are diverse and tasty. Went there almost every evening during my NYC visit as I stayed in a nearby hostel. Would recommend.

This is a divey sort of hookah shop, perhaps more in a present day place to relax and enjoy a comfortable smoking session. The seating is many, and the environment calm. The staff are solicitous but not intrusive. The usual crowd is similarly either quiet to the peak hour crowds that come in to relax and socialize sometimes moderately loud.There is no alcohol served here. It is strictly cash. The selection is vast and varied, and generally quite good. The house flavors are serviceable and fairly cheap ~$15 and will last you well over 1-2 hours, they regularly replace the coals.Overall, as long as you dont mind the diveyness you will enjoy yourself.
