The Spot, as its name suggests, is a great little hookah bar nuzzled in the Astoria section of Queens. Located on the corner of 43rd Street and Broadway, The Spot never fails to make all patrons feel welcome. From excellent hookah made from scratch, to the fantastic bartenders Sabrina, Kimberly, and Caroline providing exquisite drinks and friendly conversation. Thursday - Saturday, you have a great selection of DJs that dials up the chill vibe to 100. All ran by the lovely Eynat the face of the place; whose character is shown through her family friendly vibe to her staff. If youre looking for a boys night, girls night, date night, or just a welcome environment, The Spot is certainly worth checking out.

Guys I was looking for a place to relax and just enjoy the evening and then place did just that. The music, the drinks, the food, the customer service is on point oh and the hookah was wonderful….Flor made it even more memorable…. The hours are from 4pm-4am on the weekends and 4-12 on the week days…. Please give them a try…..

Overall not a bad spot to go. The name could use a change and street parking could also change from meter to regular but other then that everything else is pretty solid. The food taste amazing but a bit overpriced (Buy the tacos and chicken wings best meal for your money on their menu) and the drinks are of a wide assortment from non alcoholic/virgin to fine wine and tropical drinks that make you feel like your on vacation. This underrated and intimate place makes you feel nice and calm with the hookah and the music makes you feel like you’re in a night club. The decor/art is pretty cool and lighting is top notch for sure. One other thing to keep in mind are the flavors which may seem a bit off so try going for combination of the basic and premium. You need to scan a QR code to access the menu which is far better than paper menus to be honest.

If I could live here I would! The hospitality is amazing. The servers like Flor are always making sure you have everything you need. The best hookah in all of queens! Lets not forget the food and drinks as well! Mia the spots promoter always manages to accommodate my party when we decide last minute to go. Go to spot. No pun intended. My friends and I love coming here because of the price and hospitality we always receive. Not fully of minors like half these places on Steinway so that’s a plus. The place is small so when it does get pact it can be annoying if you have a bigger group. However they will always find ways to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. The vibes are top tier and I always make new friends here. The lychee martinis are chefs kiss. Definitely check it out.

I like this little spot. The crowd is lively. Waitresses are good and the security guys are pretty cool also. Dj does really well with the music. Hookah is good, they refill you. The drinks are a bit overpriced but all on all its a good spot to chill and even dance when them drinks hit.

My waitress was Emily. The lounge was empty when we arrived and understandable it was Monday night but my husband and I had a chill night regardless. Its my second time there and it was his first, he enjoyed the food and most importantly the hookah. So apparently theres this new thing for the hookah. Its a hookah lollipop, most coolest and delicious thing ever, I chose granadilla. Its a sweet fruit similar to passionfruit. Delicious appetizers, tasty drinks, great music and awesome hookah. What else can you ask for?😍

AMAZING SPOT TO CHILL AT. Love the customer service. Very attentive and courteous. Drinks are really good especially the coconut mojito. Would like to see more drink options though. Hookahs are great! I recommend the pineapple head. Variety of music is played here which is why I come often. Thursdays is my favorite day to come. Mia is awesome and Shanna and Carolina are great! Love them! I cannot wait for indoor seating to be allowed.

Honestly the best place to go with friends. Its so upbeat and fun. Went last night for my friends Bday. Best bday ever. The hookah and the guys who did the hookah were perfect. The bottle service was on point. Drinks flowed out fast. Food tasted amazing! Even the workers danced with us.Love going to places like this. If u want to have fun and enjoy ur bday, come here, u wont regret it. We will definitely be coming back for more bdays.

Had a party of 7 on a Saturday night and this was a nice choice.....was looking for a quality hookah spot and was recommended to come here......the food was so damn good especially the empanadas! Ordered a pitcher of margarita which was strong 😂.....the hookah was so smooth and tasty....love the peach with the lollipop tip.....dj was excellent....it was a great experience and dope lounge

I have been passing by this place literally almost every day since I live in Astoria and today me and my female friend we decided we wanted a little hookah and something to drink at the same time, which is rare to find alcohol in hookah places. We were very glad we stopped by hookah the mixed flavors we chose was amazing but honestly what made the night even better was WillMarys attitude and kindness and her being so attentive. Great customer service!! Me and my friend ended up finding this place last minute but they sat us even though we didn’t have a reservation, I recommend you make a reservation because even though they sat us it was kind of full so the space was limited but that was so nice of them to even sit us so yeah just make sure you make a reservation! Everyone working here was very attentive and nice, the drinks were great and the music was 10/10 overall had a great night and will be back soon!

The food was actually waaaay better than I would have expected for a hookah lounge! They have outside seating, and a full bar inside.The server/bartender/DJ/Cook was super friendly. Im assumed he was all of those cause he was the only person we saw the entire night. The had music playing, so I can imagine that during the weekend the place is probably packed and jumping!!

Carolina was absolutely the best! We’ve been here multiple times but it was the first time being served with Carolina and let me tell you she is AMAZING! Nice spot but couldve had dimmer lighting to support the space. Space promotes more of a restaurant feel than a lounge. I went on a weekday and the kitchen was closing so I couldnt try the food and when we ordered hookah, for some reason it wasnt smoking properly. Once we called for assistance the situation was corrected immediately. I would recommend this lounge for a date night or to have an intimate gathering with 1 or 2 friends.

Visited this establishment and was warmly greeted and given a choice of seating options. Menu is via scanned QR code and the selections of hookah flavors, drinks and food are beyond decent. Our waitress/hostess was very attentive, so was the hookah attendant when we needed a coal refresh. We didnt enjoy the candy tip for the hookah, akward to say the least and a bit large in-mouth. Sadly a DJ showed up right before we left and they dimmed the lights to set the vibe/mood. Our experience was enjoyable, the drinks were decent, definitely a lively place & GOOD hookah! - 4/5 ⭐️s

I was at the location last night for the first time. This spot has a very lively atmosphere that it cheers you up. Great place to bring a big group. I ordered a Caesar salad with steak and it was well made. Their henny coloda is also amazing. The hookah I ordered was Mint and orange which was not bad as well. Special mention to their server named Elizabeth, she was great with her customer service. Will go there again.!

2.Ive been to many hookah lounges in Astoria and this one was the best. The owner (Im assuming was the owner) was sweet . We came around 9 pm on a Thursday night so it was still empty. The hookah and drinks were Great compared to the others Ive been to in Astoria. Ok now to the hookah- they Have great Hookah with great flavors and you can have your own mixed flavors . Overall,I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Well Guys this place definitely gets five stars from me. I met the owner at first I think she was not sure if she should admit she was the owner she had me laughing a little bit behind that action.I had to look myself over to make sure my badge wasnt hanging around my neck , lol i even patted my neck because she gave me the impression as though I was an inspector or something.At the beginning she didnt want to give any information who owns the place and what was the persons name. I was tickled inside for a minute. Within about 5 minutes I told her who I was and how I found out about his place I think she became a little bit more comfortable. I let her know I was just a customer checking out his spot at the recommendation of a friend of her who rates his spot absolutely fabulous.this is a high compliment when others who own hookah lounges or restaurants rate your spot in the hi star category. And that compliment came from an owner whos establishment is off the chain. The place was very clean and the bathrooms are amazing designed and clean!!! Now lets talk about the hookah. My first time trying the hookah there and I was blown away. It was smooth it was fruity and delicious. I didnt mean to stay as long as I did but got caught up in some work on my phone. And I didnt want to stop smoking my hookah because it was so good I was willing to stay until the water was gone . the Hookah Guys were putting new charcoals when needed to keep the hookah going without no charge . The Lady was very helpful, and seemed to know her business pretty well. So to those of you who are looking for a spot in Astoria that is a clean attractive in appearance has enough space to bring at least 50 people even have an outside seating area .If youre in the Astoria area make sure you stop by. Get yourself a couple of hookahs some Appetizers and youll have a great time. music was great and relaxing . So people when youre on Broadway street in Astoria stop by The spot and just relax. .

I had the best time tonight meeting up with my friends, The bouncer super friendly, greeted us with a smile, as soon as my friends and I entered there was a waiter there to make sure we sat down right away, as soon as we sat down he asked us if we want to order something to drink, my friends ordered a bottle of wine I asked for a Gingerale, the drinks all came right away. We also got our food pretty quick, the DJ was playing really nice music the whole time, overall I reccomend this place to anyone who like music and Hookah!!
