When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a dimly lit restaurant/lounge. I was greeted and sat by Gris and she was a good server. I started with the old fashioned but wasnt a fan so switched to the vodka martini which was good. I then went to the cab and that was good too. For my meal I got the seafood mac which was good! Then I got the Creole crab salmon. The dish looked good the only thing is I wish the salmon had a bit more seasoning. For dessert I had the apple pie bread pudding and that was tasty. All in all I had a good experience!

Food was amazing! Victory shrimp is what I ordered as I don’t eat meat. We went here for my co worker leaving from our company. Vibes were great! And food was seasoned well! I would take my boyfriend here. Make sure you ask for Ken, great service.

You know the saying, don’t judge a book by its cover. That applies perfectly to Victory Restaurant & Lounge. When my friend and I pulled up to Victory we noticed that it was a basement unit and the outside is not decorative at all. There was a security at the door who checked our IDs and once we got inside it’s very dimly lit. This is a great place for girl’s night or date night. We came on a non-busy night but I see this place getting really packed.They serve hookah if that’s your vibe. But we were there for food. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong and flavorful. The chicken fried rice was phenomenal and comes in a huge portion so prepare to share with the table. The steak tostones are amazing! They might have been my favorite. We also tried the chicken Philly egg rolls which were delicious as well.We also were seated next to the IG photo opp sign. It’s super cute. If you’re a fan of the Power TV series you’ll want to grab this booth to snap a pic.

Creole Salmon and lobster/crab fried rice is to die for . Not sure why people complain about this place it was my first time in NYC and this is definitely a great spot to have good food and smoke hookah. Service was excellent , waiters take your food as soon as you finish eating and are very attentive when you need anything. Music is good and not too loud so you can still have a conversation amongst your friends. Drinks are also amazing definitely recommend the first class.

Came here for their weekday happy hr special on a Tuesday evening. Hookah specials for 20 and drinks half of. I ordered a lychee martini and the ‘you heard’ cocktail (without simple syrup) as well as a blueberry hookah. The hookah was pretty decent, can’t complain. The location is great, near Times Square and the happy hr runs at a pretty decent time 6-8. Most places you’re limited to the drinks you can order and flavors of hookah you can get for the happy hr, I like that it’s not the case here, there’s nothing off limits. Service was okay, not the most friendly, welcoming nor happy bartender (I sat at the bar) but not mean or rude in any way either, fairly stoic. I enjoyed the premium cocktails, my total including tax and 18% tip came to 55 which isn’t bad. I’m not sure if tip was already included or not before paying, probably should’ve asked. I thought it was weird that the machine offered three tipping options and 18% is the highest option. Nonetheless, music was pretty good and the interior has a nice atmosphere. I might try the food on my next visit.

THE BESTEVEN THOUGHI had a bad experience with some server that was tall and built he tried to hurry us to move our stuff from the the drainage mat(we didnt know the hookah was placed on the drainage mat). This guy came in with no respect, treated her like trash just to to try and get our business. My point is dont be a bully regardless of your job status we love you all when the service is great :>

The food was good but not worth the price and as little as they give you. I have the lambchops which was 3 but the mash potatoes wasn’t much and the broccoli was only 4 stalks and my husband had the salmon but his veggies was cold. Now the service they tied to sit us in this little corner that shouldn’t have been a place to sit right next to the dj booth! I sat and waited almost 15 mins before someone came over to take any kind of order! Maybe I’ll go again in the future

I took my bestfriend here for her birthday. We started off with chicken rolls and seafood mac and cheese. They were both delicious. We then got a hookah in the flavor Hawaii. Tasted so good and wasn’t harsh AT ALL. We then ordered food. I had the seafood pasta and my bestfriend had the Ny Strip steak. When I tell you this food is top of the top… i’m not even dragging it. The first bite for both of us really caught us off guard. The pasta was so creamy and flavorful. the strip steak was so juicy and the mash potatoes that came with it were AMAZINGGGG. I HIGHLY recommend to go here for a night out. Music ? GREAT! Ambiance? BEAUTIFUL! Our waitress, Bri was beautiful, so down to earth and super helpful. We are coming from brooklyn and this was a last minute find but we DO NOT regret it one bit!!!

Definitely was probably a nicer establishment not being from New York the culture can be a little off putting but everyone here was nice and friendly . I had the crab fries which were fulfilling. My friend had the shrimp pasta that was good as well. I’m big on service they exceeded my expectations the runners/bussers consistently picked up trash from table and refilled water glasses without asking.the hookah came out fast and was good we ordered the Hawaii flavor.

My friends and I picked this place on a random Sunday night and we had never been before and we loved it. Our waitress, Kenya, made the entire experience even better. Everything she recommended was a hit. We can’t wait to come back with the rest of our friends.

My experience was amazingggggg! We got there a little earlier then they opened & they had no problem seating us anyway. Kenya was our server & she was so personal & attentive! The hospitality & service was so top tier I will 100% be back! (And will be asking for Kenya as my server again)

Wanted to have a Shisha or Hookah, I was pointed in that direction after walking more than 22000 steps for the day wanted to chill and relax, small place but the Shisha was good and the whiskey sour was nice along with the Shisha. 77 USD BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. Eventhough started falling asleep at the bar.

10 out of 10 totally recommend and im not just saying that. Staff was super attentive to us and everyone who was coming in. Super nice inside very small but it works. Hookah was really good and I’ve smoked/worked with making hookahs and I was impressed 👍🏼 The drinks were fantastic ! And the FOOOOOOOOOOOOOD WAS AMAZING !Visiting from Oregon and next time I’m back in the NYC I’m definitely coming back again!Check it out for yourself and don’t get influenced by other reviews definitely recommend !
