Let me break it down to everyone.Pros1- Amazing food and bubble teas.2- Awesome hookah flavor, i mean really good, one of the best hookah places i have ever been. I go there most of the time for my hookah session. Their flavors are unique and different than any other spots around NYC.3- Staffs are very friendly, they will make you feel home.4- Food is always on point. They are very delicious and fresh. You have to try their villa sauce. Its a must.5- They also have a nice interior. And time to time on events they decor the place and it looks really nice inside. (check out the 360 view on google)6- They have a lot of board games. Its a nice place to chill on weekdays.7- They have slamming shakes and bubble teas.Cons1- On events they will have cover charge at the door.2- Coal guys, you have to call them to change coals. They have to step up their game on coal changing.3- Over the weekend it gets a little loud, but thats pretty much everywhere.4- NO ALCOHOL, but its a halal place. All foods are halal. If you dont wanna get drunk and still have a good time this is the spot.This place deserves a 5 star review. I would recommend this place to everyone to come and enjoy. You have to come early if you want a table on weekends. The dj is really good. They play all kind of grooving music.

The hookah flavors here are unique and don’t compare to other lounges. The owner will even ask you if you want a custom flavor. I recommend trying the paan flavors since those are pretty much exclusive to villa.The customer service here is very good. The people here always ask if anyone wants a coal change and will check to see if the hookah flavor is favorable to you.The vibe here is very chill and makes you feel like you are home. So I recommend coming with family and friends. The music here also suits every ethnicity so you will get a taste of everything.The owner is also very accommodating when comes to bringing food, so you can bring food and eat here.Enjoy your visit!!!!!!

Good quality hookah. We easily chilled for two hours and still had it going with good flavours. No alcohol but we grabbed a board game, enjoyed the mint tea, and really liked the DJ. Great music. Better service than expected :) Only complains, the gratuity is included but nowhere clearly written, which is not that bad, but they desperately need better smoke eaters. It gets smoky and difficult to be in that atmosphere for too long. This is an unfortunate truth to many Hookah lounges so if the smoke dont bother you too much, its definitely worth giving them a try.

Great food, hookah, the atmosphere is amazing and rare where you can actually hear the person talking next to you. The staff is amazing and make everything all the more worth it. They seem to be dedicated and determined to make sure you have a good time. Theyre definitely growing and have a lot more things that distinguish them from other lounges including bubble tea.

In this neighborhood this is a nice place to relax over hookah , music and nice smoothies. The dJ especially set the mood ablaze. Also , there are board games like ludo , other gamesike zenga etc available , to have a nice time with your family and friends

Its worth going for the DJ alone -- he masterfully mixes old school & new Bollywood, hip hop, dancehall, bachata, literally everything I want to hear. The staff is always attentive and courteous. Food is really good, the chicken pakoras and chaat fries are highly recommended. My only issue would be that their hookah prices arent clearly listed on the menu, and they also dont have classic hookah flavors (only their own mixes/special flavors). I split a hookah of one of their regular flavors with one of my friends and it ran us about $16 each. Way more pricey than other hookah spots in the neighborhood, but worth it for the vibes.

Hookah was great and the Bengali owner or manager is a really good guy. However they could be faster with the coal... My hookah smoke was dying and there was no one with the coal for a good 45 mins.

Having gone to multiple lounges on Steinway, Villa is one of the most welcoming and social by far. Apart from the amazing hookah, the service, and vast array of music, the friendly atmosphere is what makes me come back everytime. I always seem to meet someone new, which is a reflection of its social aspect.

Best place to be on Steinway. Amazing food and fantastic hookahs. They are new on Steinway but I think they are one of the best. Try their grilled chicken with villa sauce and try their captain America, iron blue, spongebob, apocalypse and iron man hookah. Also their paan flavor are amazing too. Try it I bet you guys u cant go wrong with this place. 🎉🎉🎉

It’s a very beautiful lounge with desi music. The service was very good as well. Little waiting time for Saturday night but worth the waiting. Music is amazing. I loved it so much. I’ll definitely go there again.

Villa is a great hookah lounge on steinway. They serve premium hookahs when compared to a lot of the more mediocre lounges on steinway. What sets this lounge apart from the rest for me is:1. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and respectful. Being a regular patron, I have built great rapport with the staff and the service has not dulled with time the way some other places do (complacency is a killer)2. Villa does not blast music!! I cannot tell you how much I love this. On Friday and Saturday evenings loud music is great, but the rest of the days when you want to mellow out and relax, they have soft music playing in the background which enables you to have a conversation with friends or, like me, enjoy a Sunday afternoon game of Chess.This is definitely a first choice when i think of a nice sheesh sesh!Things to note:Villa serves Zabihah Halal food.Alcohol/Outside drinks/food is NOT allowed21+ to enter (NYC Law)As of 2018 June 02 (date of this review), they have an A grade from the department of health and hygiene which is the only grade I want to see from anyone preparing meals for me.Keep up the nice work

Amazing spot to chill. The owner is super friendly, kind and welcoming. The hookah is amazing and vibe is good. I thought the place would be too crowded, but it wasn’t which I like. It was a decent amount of people there. Good music and i am definitely going back there again. It’s located In Steinway.

This is my favorite lounge. I love the environment , the staff and their hookah. Iv been to all the lounges on Steinway and Villa is The Best! It definitely beat every other lounge on Steinway. The workers are very attentive and generous. They provide their customers with the best service and meet their expectations. I can stay in the lounge for hours and feel energetic. Sometimes the music can get really loud but I hope they work on that and keep it at a level where we can communicate effectively . I definitely recommend this lounge to people who enjoy desi music and hookah. The food is amazing! Trust me you wont regret choosing this lounge.

Villa is an amazing lounge with great ambience, management, food, and last but not least hookah. Ive been coming here as a frequent customer since it opened up and management is always friendly and always on top of their jobs. Villa has great seasonal decorations and just a great vibe in general. The workers and management have become more of close friends.

One of the best lounges in town. They use lotus on the hookahs that’s makes the difference. There is a great assortment of brands. Fumari, starbuzz and many others are in stock. The service is also very well, they are very friendly. They changed may hookah for free because there was a flavour issue.

Been coming here for over 4 months now and found the hookah quality to be best and they make sure their quality is constantly good. They also have very good food menu. If you are here do try their wings with villa sauce and their chicken kofta platter. Worth it!!!

First time went with my husband. We dont normally smoke hookah so we didnt know we had to get hookah if we are ordering food. So I said ok I guess we have to leave then. I guess they asked owner or some manager and said it was okay with just ordering food. I purchased nutella shake and it was by far the best shake I tasted ever and their food was delicious. My husband loved it as well. Will come back again. Nice relaxing environment as well!
