    My wife and myself were visiting from out of town for the weekend. we were really just trying to find a place to dance but we wound up here and decided to stay for a drink. there was a crowd around the bartender so we stayed around to see why and then he started singing and taking song requests from the entire bar. it was really cool, really talented guy. so we put in some song requests, got some appetizers and had a great time. its pretty comfortable in there, id recommend going on a day that the bartender sings though idk if hes there every day.

    A slick and cozy Korean- Japanese fusion lounge and karaoke bar at the 2F of 6 West 28th St close to Korean Town in Manhattan. Closest subway station is 28th St or 34th Herald Square.You will be greeted by friendly staff right as you enter the main entrance, where a long bar area awaits you.Spacious lounge areas with a wide glass window to enjoy views of iconic buildings. They also have private rooms to cater various group numbers with karaoke. The room is well equipped with high tech gears to enjoy your evening party.Few food choices but its full of flavors. The cocktails lists were just perfect pair for foods. They serve beers, lagers and soju.The staff were friendly and attends to you throughout your stay. Fast service.Perfect place for a couple date, groups or even a treat to your self.Will definitely recommend. $$

    This has become my go to karaoke bar. If it’s not in their system, you can pull it up on YouTube and add it to the queue. Professional staff and skilled bartenders. Can I give Ms. Kim’s 10 stars?

    Went with my friend for a girls night out and absolutely loved it. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated.The drinks are amazing, definitely suggest the butterfly!The food is also really good. The fries are bombastic!I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.If youre looking for a a new karaoke spot hands down check this one out for some fun!

    Didn’t know that making a reservation was for the karaoke room! We just wanted to try the bar and lounge. But the manager was nice and understanding. Food was decent. Ambience and services was great

    I stumbled upon Ms. Kims one day after walking through Midtown and Im glad that moment happened! Ive dropped in multiple times since.The interior was modern and upscale; super classy! The overall atmosphere presented an intimate setting thats perfect for dates but also spacious enough for groups as well.There was a great selection of bar bites (fries, edamame, sliders), and even sushi! Everything was great but the fried chicken sliders are to die for; balanced, juicy, and flavorful.Cocktails were amazing! Their signature cocktails were delicious and showcased the expertise of the mixologists each and everytime. The Butterfly (Purple Drink in the pictures) was amazing! it blended beautiful aesthetics with flavor that is worthy to write home to! My favorite cocktail is a Manhattan and I will say that the Manhattans made at Ms. Kims are the best I have ever had!The staff was also very professional and friendly! They were very personable and even recommended cocktails based on what spirit/flavor profile you are looking for.Overall, Ms. Kims is a place that I will visit and again and again. The ambience, food, cocktails, and staff are amazing and I cant wait to drop in next time!

    Nice last minute karaoke bar, i made a reservation through the seated app. Which is a cashback app for dining out in NYC. Feel free to use my code when signing up “ star59”. I got wings here which were good and crispy and the drinks were good. Only issue was the karoake is a $120 for an hour. The second karaoke spot i went to the same night, was $120 for two hours.

    Celebrated my 30th birthday at Mr Kim and it was a success! The staff is very friendly and the service is great. I would 100% recommend it. Drinks were great!

    We had an amazing team outting at Ms. Kims Lounge. The decor and atmosphere was very high end, the song selection vast, and the entire staff very friendly and accommodating. The drink menu was imaginative and we were also able to purchase proper champagne. The rooms came equipped with maracas and tambourines, the restroom facilities were well maintained. We had a wonderful evening at Ms. Kims. I hope to return soon!

    I cant say enough good things about Ms. Kims. The staff were very respectful, the drinks were amazing, and the atmosphere was a little slice of heaven.When we come back to NYC, this will be the place we go every time.

    My friends and I had the best time at Ms. Kims! For our bachelorette party of 6, the small room was a great size for all of us. They even decorated it which was such a great surprise when we walked in! They came in with a party sign come in half way and we all felt they went above and beyond. The vibe, service, drinks and food were good. The whole place was clean and everyone was so accommodating. Theres a reason this place has such great ratings, check this place out!

    Very beautiful and bougie karaoke spot. It looks a lot bigger online but it’s a small space. The rooms were clean and I love that they provided instruments for us to use. Good song selection, and the drinks were good. The food was good but I wish dip was provided for the wings.

    Went with a birthday party. The staff were attentive and fun, drinks were brought quickly. The karaoke room was a good size for our party (about 12 people) and the acoustics were fine for our merely modest singing talent.Overall, very fun. Would definitely attend a party here again.

    I celebrated my birthday here last Saturday night with a group of friends and could not have had more fun. They took such great care of us fromthe fabulous host to our attentive servers. They made me a cute sign to help make things festive and made sure we had all we needed.The space itself is brand new and positively gorgeous. Our room had a stunning view of the Empire State Building. And the bathrooms were immaculateThis is what I’d call an upscale karaoke experience, so the drink prices reflect that. If you don’t mind $17/drink, come sing your hearts out!Thanks to all at Ms Kim’s for showing us such a great time and for your gracious hospitality! ❤️

    Go to see the bartender. SERIOUSLY. The bartender is the most amazing singer Ive ever heard in my life. He will sing if you ask and its not too busy. I wanted to tip him but I dont think he was allowed to keep it. I wanted to see if he was available for private events but the staff member Draj was not very helpful and sort of brushed me and my friends off. Its a beautiful little spot you should get a drink and hear a song. 10/10

    Pricy but nice spaceLyrics on screen arent 100% accurate and the beats played are at times a little comical(not instrumentals)but overall a good time.     Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely lounge and karaoke. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Servers are great and always efficient, happy and polite.The bar food is absolutely amazing - everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Their cocktails are also outstanding. Absolutely the best karaoke experience we ever had. Highly recommend!

    Been going here for a couple months now and can confidently say this has become one of my go to spots both on the weekends or for an after work drink.All the cocktails Ive tried so far have all been amazing (Personally recommend the Butterfly both cause its delicious and aesthetic). The vibes have always been great with a nice mix of chill but can get energetic with everyone singing in the public karaoke.Everyone Ive taken here so far have all loved it. If youre looking for a cool new spot where you can both chill and sing your heart out then I highly recommend checking Ms. Kims out.

    I was in town visiting family and I wish I didn’t have to leave. We have karaoke bars here in Texas but nothing like Ms. Kim’s! This place was absolutely amazing. The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere and vibe of the whole place was just top tier. Everyone that worked there was so nice and friendly. When I go back to visit NYC I will definitely stop at Ms. Kim’s again. If you haven’t gone yet, you definitely should!

    Dhiraj and Dolma were so nice and accommodating! I booked a room to myself and while pricy it is SO worth it. The menu is quite limited but drinks are so well made by Dolma. The best karaoke place in NYC I have been to!P.S. if you read older reviews, the public karaoke isn’t a thing anymore, only private rooms :)

    I love the atmosphere and the decor as you go up the stairs! The drinks are well done a little on the high end. There werent very many people, but that could be because it was a Thursday. Overall, good service, nice environment, and your own personal karaoke room.

    Went to a friends birthday party here. The private rooms are comfortable, a bit small but functional. I think the karaoke equipment could have better sound, but an ok experience otherwise.

    Just made a reservation at Ms. Kim’s and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly kind and accommodating! We will be heading there this Saturday, I will update to reflect our overall experience, but so far I am already impressed with the service. Can’t wait!!!Update: Yup, they can definitely keep those 5 stars! The service was EXCEPTIONAL all around from the bartender with the amazing voice, the friendly host who was more than helpful, and the hardworking server who assisted us with all of our needs.The rooms were very spacious and clean, had great song selections, and they even included cute props. Drinks were not only a work of art but tasted amazing!

    10 out of 10 highly recommend for anyone who loves to perform. It was expensive so be ready to pay but it is worth every dollar. We ordered 5 shots, 10 drinks, 3 rolls of sushi, fries, and had the room for 2 hours (which they upgraded our room from a small to a medium) all coating a little under 600. The services was fast every time we order drinks and food. The staff was extremely friendly. I will be coming back

    This is a very high-end karaoke place - do expect to pay 3-4x the average price of a K-town karaoke.The drinks here were pretty creative but expensive. It is hard to sing well sober but be mindful of the bill that you could be racking up.The individual private rooms were modern and clean with 2 TV screens. To choose a song, they recommend that you download their app. It worked well most of the time.This is definitely a good spot for folks to celebrate something special! But go to ktown if you are looking for something basic with a BYOB option.

    One of the best luxurious karaoke bar and restaurant around nomad. Had lots of fun. Everything about this place is classy and clean. I was amazed by the customer service and decorations. They are very strict about their cleaning protocols. Their restroom has automatic toilet seats which shows how sanitized and clean they are.Its also a great place to watch sports with your friends. They have great screen - speaker - and great space. It might sounds little pricey but you get what you paid for and I’m telling you guys it worth every penny.

    Whether you want a private room for a group of friends, with views of the Empire State Building, or to just hang out at the bar and partake in the open karaoke, Miss Kim’s offers both! Tucked away on the second floor, is a large space, poshly decorated, with a high-end lounge feel. It has a full bar and delicious Asian food served late. Service is excellent (Julie is great!). Always a good time!
