Great empanada and a good cappuccino. Finally spring is here. I am sitting outside on the bench in front of the store window. Its a great bench with an area for your coffee and sandwich or empanada. Small place. 4 to 5 people on their laptops. Free WiFi and yes its not too expensive.

The barista was cool and inviting. Nice alternative to a busier Starbucks.

Cozy, inviting local coffee shop with Argentinian pastries made fresh every morning. Ive come to crave the coffee, but happily Amaretto is more affordable than a lot of other coffee places. The staff is helpful, friendly and super speedy; we never have to wait for an order. Weve tried a range of the sweet and savory baked goods. Both the food and the coffee are consistently delicious. Amaretto is a most welcome addition to the neighborhood.

This is a great place: a classic coffee shop, with high quality coffee and numerous coffee drinks;delicious bakery products, freshly cooked; and assorted items for breakfast and lunch. Stays open to 8:00 p.m. every night. A real asset to south Harlem! - Ed Casey

Loved this bar.. They closed but I hope they open somewhere else soon. Great homemade pastries
