    Really empty for a Sunday brunch at noon, but it started to fill up by 2 pm.I liked the food here, though it wasn’t anything that special either.The mezze dip sampler is worth ordering, along with the pita and the chips.We got the grilled chicken salad which tasted great and was better than I expected.I also had the fries with the burger (and aioli/mayo); everything was satisfying.

    Amazing vibe food and the people who work there are friendly. Small but clean bathrooms, reasonably priced for their portions, and good seating areas. I just wonder if they are halal as they have little pork on the menu.

    We came here for a work event so we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. The food was a hit or miss but overall it was good!The dips were a twist of authentic dishes: carrot hummus, eggplant but heavy on the yogurt, beets, I wasn’t a huge fan.I enjoyed the cucumber salad and the brussel sprouts.For my entree I got the steak frites and it was good and flavorful.For dessert we had baklava and it was the perfect ending.The outdoor section is also very nice to dine and well decorated. I didn’t feel like I was in NYC!

    Great atmosphere, limited menu, cheap prices, good service, decent flavors. Weird hours, closed early. For everything I liked about this place there was something I didn’t. Good overall. But jot great.

    Happy Hour is great! Get there before 6:30.The scallops for entree was disappointing. Not filling. It was four large scallops and a cream, no side dish. I thought it would like polenta but rather a dipping sauce. I was still hungry and awkwardly ate from my friends plate as well as this didn’t feel complete.The decor indoor and outdoor of this place is great. Very beautiful and spacious.

    At the recommendation of a local bartender, my husband and I ventured out for a Sunday night dinner on our last night in NYC. This place was DELICIOUS. We couldnt decide on what entree to get so we ended up settling on appetizers to split accompanied by dessert. The cocktails were unique and delicious, the space was clean and well kept, and the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Another NYC great that I would recommend to anyone looking for a different Mediterranean spin on some yummy dinner options.

    Great place with beautiful outdoor seating. Better to have a reservation for busy evenings. We got grilled pita, assorted hummus and herb fries. All of them tasted good, the hummus variety and taste was amazing.Very limited menu for lunch times and a bit on expensive side.

    A cute spot with a great atmosphere. Came here on a Friday night and there were lots of birthday celebrations. I loved the dates and the salad with watermelon. It looked like they have a great brunch as well!

    The staff at Pera SoHo were warm and attentive and I’d give them more than 5 stars for service if I could. While the food is good (the dates and the French toast were standouts) I can’t call it 5 stars by NYC standards.We were a seven top for brunch and had the best time.

    The vibes on the inside/outdoor patio setup are amazing. I really felt like we were in Europe! I went here on a date but there were lots of big dinner and birthday crews too. The drinks were great and 3/4 of the dishes we got were amazing. The gnocchi was pretty bland and very small for how much it cost, it didn’t taste like there was a dash of salt in the dish. However the phyllo rolls, wings and patatas bravas were out of this world. The peach spritz was so refreshing, as was the cucumber cooler. The margarita was a bit too sweet. Would probably come back for a birthday or something!

    Was wandering around the neighborhood looking at menus after a haircut and decided to try this place for the Striped Bass. What a good decision! The cauliflower puree was so creamy, the asparagus was roasted to perfection, and the fish was cooked perfectly with the crispiest skin. I had a little happy hour sangria too. Ill have to go back and try some more, but great first impression and very good decor -- would be a nice date spot.

    Beautiful restaurant at with amazing ambience. If the weather is nice, I would highly recommend getting outdoor seating; it feels like you’re sitting in a little garden, away from the city bustle. The dessert was the best part of the meal (the salads are pretty small).

    Delicious meal, massive portions. The BEC burger was huge with potato chunks so a strategy is needed. The croissant french toast was delicious and sweet but wasnt significant in taste. Got a sangria pitcher for 4 servings and was amazing. Staff was nice and kind and fast.

    Gorgeous space both indoors and outdoors and elegant decor.Their croissant French toast is the star — caramelized pear in it really stand out. And it’s pretty light.Shakshuka was nice but it was drowning in cheese so not the most authentic Mediterranean recipe :)The pitcher of bellini is a nice idea for a group!

    This restaurant is so aesthetically pleasing! The service was excellent and everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. I ordered the muscles which I were delicious. The price was really fair for the amount that I received. The Mediterranean fries weren’t too my licking, perhaps too much oregano? Over all, I really enjoyed my experience and I highly recommend!!!!

    Very affordable and delicious happy hour from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. $10 apps and cocktails. Great value, specially for this area. Enjoyed sitting at the bar. Has a great outdoor patio that I’d like to check out in the spring/summer.

    Had the croissant French toast and split the French fries with my friend. Forgot to take a picture of the food (rookie move), but it looked great and tasted even better.The day was on the cool side, but the seating was perfect. Just a slight breeze and plenty of light.In the $45 range for the brunch dish and a cocktail (includes tip and half the fries). So, not cheap, but Ive been to more expensive places in the city and I enjoyed this more.

    Great food and great atmosphere. We tried the Mediterranean Dip sampler, Lahmacun and Cheese Pidettes, beef shashlik and crispy portobello gyro and we enjoyed them all. The Lahmacun was really similar to an authentic Turkish Lahmacun, and the beef shashlik is a must try as well. The baklava we had as a dessert was not warm but it still tastes great. Overall a must visit if you enjoy Mediterranean food.

    Good food and great vibe, we visited one week after the corona reopening so we were in the patio which was great - not too crowded, beautiful with a staff that was super nice. The food was good and interesting. The drinks lovely however, if youre looking for authentic mideterenian food there are better spots in NYC ( I grew up in the mideterenian area so I think I am qualified to say :) ).

    Ar first I was skeptical. The brunch menu was a bit obscure for my taste so I went traditional, whe the rest of my party ventured into the deep of the menu. My hamburger was cooked to perfection and the fries were delicious. The other dishes I tried were the French toast, and needless to say that was also AMAZING!The staff was attentive to us and even with a large party made sure that we never lacked a thingWe dined in the patio which was very pleasant. The atmosphere made you forget that you were on one of the popular and busiest around.Overall great place to go to eat.

    My daughter chose Pera Soho to celebrate her Sweet 16 and we were very pleased! From the booking process with Emi-as we requested a private space for her and her guests- all the way up to the day of the dinner. Michael was an excellent Manager and made sure my daughter and her friends were ok all along the way. Thanks Pera!

    The truffle fries here are BOMB! I even made an additional order to go. I came for a networking event and I was not disappointed not a single bit. This is definitely one of the places I will have to go for brunch or some other event.

    Pera Soho was a wonderful dining experience! They have super fun and unique cocktails and delicious Mediterranean food. The atmosphere is perfect and service was quick and friendly. It is a little pricey so not for those on a budget, but overall I highly recommend.

    This vibe here is great. Lots of tables in a private outdoor area (not on the sidewalk!!) with circular tables that made it excellent for large group dining.     I ate here last night as part of my work retreat. They planned a fixed menu for us and everything was delicious. The pita and hummus was delicious. Sounds simple, but I loved it. Everything was super fresh and tasty. They even put us in a quiet, private room so we could hear each other. What a treat!

    This place is a great Mediterranean restaurant! 🍽️ Pera SoHo offers a wonderful selection of delicious 🤤 dishes 🍴 - definitely try the Chicken 🍗 Skewers 🍡 (Shashlik)! This spot is beautifully decorated 🛋️ and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating 🪑 with a large open patio. Ambience 🎶 is great, the staff 👨‍🍳 is friendly, and service is quick! ⏲️ I wish I knew about this place earlier!

    I tried-🍽 caramelized apple French toast - so fluffy and perfectly sweet!🍽spicy whipped eggplant yogurt dip and Muhammara with pita chips - these dips and chips were highly addictive and we had to order a second round. The Muhammara was better than the yogurt dip though 💁🏽‍♀️🍽 shakshuka - this dish was not really “authentic” but I did like the melted cheese on top. I wish they served bread with it.This is a cute spot and their outdoor dining was lovely. A lot of interesting options on the menu and would be back.

    Having read reviews prior to my reservation, I had hesitations regarding service. However I was pleasantly surprised so say that we had a fantastic experience. Waiters were attentive and pleasant (shout out to Jose!) Food was great. The outdoor area is filled with strung lights and an igloo, very cute! Would 100% recommend!

    My all time favorite for summer months.They have the most beautiful outdoor, you get the view of the Empire State. And they are very accessible from the train.We paid $580 for 11 people, so it’s kinda economical.The food is so good, especially the appetizers. For vegetarians I’d say they don’t have many options in entree, we literally ordered everything in the menu. I’ve been there a few times. They have very few cocktails more wine. I’d say read the menu before you go if you are a picky eater or drinker

    I have hosted multiple events at Pera Soho. The wait staff is helpful, kind and extremely hard-working. The folks who help you organize the events are knowledgeable and responsive. The food is great and the space is excellent.

    Pera is such a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance and service. I came for happy hour on a Friday. All of the drinks we ordered were very strong, I really liked the margarita! The happy hour appetizers were great!Recommendations: margarita or the spritzer for drinkseggplant dip and the kofte meatball were my favorite appetizers. For entree, we got the cavatelli which was cooked to perfection.Great service here too! It was a little cold at our table with the draft, I’d recommend to grab a seat by the bar side of the restaurant, but other than that I had a great happy hour at Pera!

    This is definitely a hidden gem. Highly recommend the brunch! Our service was outstanding and the food was all fantastic! Try the dip sampler and the phyllo rolls. Love that the manager stopped by several times, as well.

    Came here with a group of five well-traveled people for dinner and sat in the garden, even though the weather was steamy and humid. (I kind of wish it did rain so we could hear the rain pattering on the roof.) The space, including the garden, is decorated beautifully and the food is delicious. For appetizers we had the hummus, octopus, artichokes, olives and calamari. For dinner we has the salmon, chicken, and clams. Everyone was stuffed at the end of the meal. I hated to leave; it was way too much fun. Thank you for a wonderful experience! It was very refreshing to not feel rushed. And my friend, being gluten-free and dairy-free, also felt very welcome. We appreciate your willingness to be so gracious to her. She usually encounters lots of eye rolling. This is a fabulous place.

    I went here for happy hour. The place was busy but the ambiance was chill and not too loud. They have a great outdoor area which I would highly recommend taking advantage of while the weather is nice.The drinks were really good, I am personally fan of their blood orange martini. Beware that during happy hour each person can only order one drink at a time and you must finish your drink before ordering another one.For appetizers we tried a little bit of everything. The phyllo was delicious and reminded me a bit of mozzarella sticks. The meatballs were tender and well spiced (although there’s only 2). The fries are a must if you like french fries, they are topped with dried herbs. But in my opinion, the ABSOLUTE BEST was the smoked eggplant dip. I expected something like baba ghanoush, but their version was creamy and paired with the pita chips absolute heaven.For the main dish I had chicken skewers. They were well spiced, tender, and juicy.I really I would recommend this place. Be aware that the staff is not exactly the warmest, but they are respectful and get your orders right.

    I’ve come here a couple of times and had a great experience. The staff is helpful and on the ball. They have both indoor and outdoor seating but we sat inside. When we came it was pretty quiet so we were seated immediately. Recommend getting a reservation if you come in the summer cos they get pretty busy.We tried the sirloin shashlik, the salmon, the muhmaara and eggplant dips, and for dessert the kunefe and the chocolate mousse. Everything was excellently prepared and delectable- I would order all of these options again. I will say service was a little slow but that may have been since the place wasn’t super full and there were less staff. However people seem to fill others shoes so we really didn’t have much of an issue.The space outdoors looks like it’s made for sharing - larger tables in the corners and some smaller ones in the middle. The inside has more seating for 2 and 4 people.Will be back for sure.

    The food was absolutely phenomenal. I rarely ever write reviews but I had to write one for this place because I was so impressed. I ordered the Chicken Shashlik and woooww I definetly “Lik” my plate clean. Best kabob style chicken I’ve ever had (and I’ve dined in Dubai). The ambiance was also very beautiful and perfect for a date night. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for more. Also thank you for the amazing service Pera! Our server kept checking in on us throughout the dinner and it was a busy Sunday so much appreciated.

    Stopped in here while in Soho around lunch time. It was raining and all the spots for coffee were packed. I figured I might as well grab a bite. After checking menus at a few places I ended up here. The staff was friendly and attentive and my meal was amazing. I am a classic picky eater who tends to stick with flavors and foods Im familiar with, and this did not fit that bill. That said, I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed my ground lamb flatbread sandwich, which was more of an open face thing. Ive forgotten its proper name, but it blew my mind. The portion was also a good deal for the price, I was able to have my leftovers again for dinner. Soo good.

    The vibe is great and it is always busy so it is better to go there with a reservation in advance rather than just walking there. This the list of our orders: (rates out of 10).- Drinks: Cucumber Cooler is a creative drink really like it (rate:10)- Fried Calamari: the dip was great but I prefer meaty calamari, it was more of a chipsy one (rate: 7)- Octopus: I have had much better, I would rate this 6- Chicken Shish, it is really best, perfect taste, actually a very impressive dish by the chief, mastered the Turkish style. 100 out of ten- kunafa with vanila Ice cream, was very very nice def. a 10Bill around 130 usdEverything was perfect an* I didn’t have cutlery on the set up so I has to ask for one* kunafa took around 20 minutes to come

    Great Mediterranean food!! We had dinner here last week and every single thing we tried was awesome. The dips and chips are are a must(smoked eggplant with garlic yogurt dip, spicy pepper Muammara, Hummus--all incredible). The mezes, the entrees, the desserts... everything was so good. Get the Shashlik Steak Frites. Its fantastic! So happy we went here and experienced these exciting flavors in such a nice place. We couldnt try everything, so well have to go back soon. The drinks are also REALLY good. No complaints on this one.

    Excellent service at Pera Soho. What a wonderful new restaurant opened up in the neighborhood. I started the evening off with Rake tasting, which is a really delicious liquor that you probably cant find anywhere else. As I moved on to dinner, I got to try a lot of turkish appetizers and meats and thought the food was great. The waiters were sooo attentive, i was impressed! Would go back there again.

    Peras outdoor garden space is so lovely. I went on a Saturday and had an almost-warm brunch with a friend in 36-degree weather (I feel stupid writing that). The garden area is enclosed, which keeps out the wind, has plexiglass dividers between tables, and each table mostly has its own heater. So far, Pera is one of my favorite places for their outdoor winter dining setup and I think its going on my list for places with with tolerable tempatures to eat and catch up in.For food, my friend and I had the shakshuka and eggs benedict. Both were great, and the service was lovely too. Ill be back during the pandemic and also after once we can sit indoors.

    Had dinner at this place on a Thursday evening in December. We were a group of nine and Pera is the ideal setting for a group. Service was great and food was tasty. Would definately go again.

    Went here for Winter Restaurant Week and was not disappointed! Tried the calamari, phyllo rolls, and the chicken flatbread entree.The calamari was crispy and well cooked. The phyllo rolls were delicious and complemented by the tzatziki. The flatbread was perfectly crisp and buttery but the chicken itself was a bit dry and the accompanying salad rather plain. Tried my friends salmon and it was much more delicious! Chocolate mousse and baklava for dessert and these were delightful.The restaurant itself is wonderful, in the winter the outside area is enclosed in a clear tent so you get all the sunshine but no cold! Looks like a good venue for larger parties.

    We had a wonderful engagement party at Pera Soho last weekend!Emi was our contact throughout the planning process - and she was extremely gracious, patient and fun. She even suggested small ways to decorate the space and make it more personable. Oren was our contact at the actual event, and he went out of his way to ensure our guests were enjoying themselves. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!
