I got a deal for this place on Groupon, and I loved everything about it. You 100% have to call ahead of time to make a reservation though, so be aware of that. The cannoli were perfect, and tasted just like what they make in Italy. I took my husband here and would totally come back again. Awesome food, super fun environment, and great wait staff.

I enjoyed this place. There is no parking here. If you choose to get there early enough and you can troll for parking on the street. Its worth it. The place is comfy, laid back, smooth music, candle lights and unbelievable deals. Plus you leave with a bottle of wine with a certain package. Dont let no parking discourage you. The food is GREAT and you get to taste a few different wines.

Great brunch unlimited drinks for 2 hours. I recommend the frittata and the bellinis. Great ambiance. The only con you cant use cards and the ATM charges you $3 so bring cash.

Not exactly a gourmet meal with high class wine and top shelf liquor but decent choices in both the wine tasting and food accompanying it. The place has wonderful interior decor and is not crowded; you can easy have a conversation with your friends. For the Groupon users: the price with Groupon is not the best deal ($49 for two person tasting, appetizers, main entree, dessert and a bottle of wine to take home). The advertisement at the door gives the same price deal with two wine bottles to take home. The thing we actively did not like was the waiters attitude at the time of payment. The total bill came to $83 without deduction of paid Groupon, so in our opinion the average service tip of 15% would be reasonable at $12.5 which we rounded to $13 cash (we were also informed that we cant use a credit card for additional payments together with Groupon deal which is illegal request by itself). The waiter quickly responded to receiving the tip: no, its not enough. We increased the tip to $17 (20%) and heard again that it was not enough.... At that point we just did not respond and left keeping to ourselves the feeling of being dissapointed. Not sure if they feel that people cant count their money after wine tasting or they just used to have rich people who routinely leave more than 20% tip for an average service. In any case we probably will not be back...

Relatively small. Nice, romantic place to eat. Wine was very nice. Needs to season the food better but my steak was cooked to perfection! Gratuity was a little high (didnt warn us about that groupon!) But it was a good experience.

I like how youre able to taste 3 reds and 3 whites with an appetizer and an entree along with a complimentary bottle of choice (whichever you liked best of the options) for $25, Groupon offers as well. However steer clear of summer because it was a bit warm inside with the AC on full blast but the food was so good, try the gnocchi. 😋 Overall, its a decent spot and Ill return soon.

The restaurant is great. Their wine selection is amazing alongside their food which tastes exquisite. The atmosphere gives a soothing relaxation, which is also a perfect romantic getaway. The waiter is down to earth and is very knowledgeable when it comes to his wine so if you ever need any recommendations ask away because he’s your go to guy. Overall, the restaurant may be small on the outside but very welcoming with big open arms.

This place is really small. We had a groupon so it was a very good value! I got the tilapia and it was cooked perfectly. Everyone enjoyed their dinner except for my daughter who got a shrimp and pasta dish and she said it had no flavor. I would suggest a red sauce. We would go back again if in NYC.

Amazing experience. My girlfriend and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary and all of our expectations were met. The appetizer, Entrée, and Dessert were out of this world and the wine tasting was really nice, it really helped us decide which wine bottle we decided to take home. Highly recommend to a couple looking for an Intimate beautiful dining experience.

Came here on a date using a Groupon deal. The wine was pretty good and the food was delicious. It was very romantic and the service was excellent. I give it 4 stars only because the tables are very close together so at times I wished it was more secluded and intimate for me and my date. Otherwise, great place.

When we came in we told them that we had a groupon and I was sketchy and thought maybe we wouldn’t be treated good because of the groupon but it turned out to be a romantic night. The seating arrangements made us feel cramped but i felt closer to my partner. So makes for a very romantic evening. Then there’s the food. I had chosen the garlic white pasta and it was so flavorful. The wine was good and the ambience was romantic. I went at night so there was only adults there, which made the night even better since I’m so used to having the kids around. I would totally recommend this to my friends and their service is great even with the groupon. The waitress and others treated us well. They include the gratuity so it takes pressure off from worrying about tip. Our waitress was helpful and showed us what food was included in the groupon. I would definitely come back for another romantic night.

The steak dinner was amazing! We got a really great recommendation for a Spanish wine that tasted a little bit like Sangria and coca cola mixed. I would recommend getting the watermelon martini if you order from their cocktail list. Our server was amazing she checked in on us, filled our glasses without asking (we got a bottle and she left it at the table for us), she also gave great wine recommendations for our group since most of us had different tastes.

Omigosh. The place is sandwiched between two other buildings (of course) so their entance hallway is narrow with a sitting bar/eating area up front. We waited 45 mins past our resevation so be prepare to have patience. The host made up by gifting us 5 drinks. The food was amazing, very Italian. We ordered three different pizzas, pasta with sausage and chicken. It was all joy to the senses. The sitting for a group of six was tight but we enjoyed it. Its romantic and lively. The price range is from $17 to 28+. We had a Groupon for four and got an amazing deal. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful meal here, with an awesome wine tasting (a pretty solid pour for each taste). The waiter was attentive and very knowledgeable. We had the chicken arugula entree and the asparagus sun-dried tomato pasta.The chicken was very tasty, not too dry, very satisfying. Enjoyed the arugula, too. The dressing was great - though it seemed strange to serve it with tomatoes. Maybe a sweet pepper? The pasta was supposed to be whole wheat linguini, but Im pretty certain it was just regular spaghetti (it tasted too good to be whole wheat!). The veggies and the sauce were deeeeelicious!!The cheese plate selection was a little uninspired, but tasty. Every single wine we tasted (6 in all) was delightful. I would absolutely come back again if Im in the neighborhood.

The terms were a bit unclear and the manager/waiter said we could have two entres, two cocktail, and a bottle of wine but I thought the terms were the we could get whatever we want up to $100. No big deal though. I liked the food. The cocktails, we ordered old fashions but those were definitely manhattans. Also no problem since I like manhattans. Atmosphere was nice. The food came out really quickly. I might go back but only with the Groupon.

We went using a deal from groupon. The service was phenomenal. The meal was excellent. The cocktails and wine were amazing. I will definitely be going again

Went to this place because of Groupon. Overall a nice spot. Small venue and does get very busy towards the end of the night. Food is decent and a bit expensive. Be mindful of your sitting time because they will ask you to leave if they start to get busy. They never specified that there was a specific dining time. We were asked to leave to give someone else a seat. So eat quick! Lol... parking is free on the weekends. Nice little bar next door with great drinks!!! So go Check them out.

A must visit for oenophiles this Yorkville-adjacent spot offers attentive service and a European atmosphere, which is contradictory and appreciated. Ask for the special deal which is: six wine tastings (3 red, 3 white) with an appetizer and an entree for 25$US. After you eat you choose from any of the six wines you tasted and they give you a bottle of that one to take home.

I never realized how difficult it was to find an amazing Italian sub until I moved to the city years ago. I guess I took those small family delis back home for granted.So today, being the lovely shade of grey that it was, I decided I needed a pick me up, in the form of a sandwich. So I found Sorriso, walked the 10 blocks to their door, and once inside I was greeted by the most lovely of gentleman ready to take my order. I couldnt decide what I wanted, because it all looked top notch, so I went with the Godfather hero with sweet peppers. Then I did a little shopping for fresh pasta and sauce made at Sorriso for dinner later. When my order was ready I was greeted again by this great smile that made me proud to live in the neighborhood.After I arrived home and dived into my sandwich I found all the meats and cheese were of a very high quality and sliced at just the perfect width. Will I go back? Oh yes, and often.
