The menu here is really unique, there’s a bit of everything from various different cuisines. My favorite was the NY strip steak — the sauce was very savory and had a hint of citrus flavor. The staff was also very attentive to our needs and was quick to bring us our drinks, food, and water refills. I’ll definitely be back soon to try some more!

We love Abigail’s restaurant! 5 out of 5! We love the food (especially brunch!) We got blueberry pancakes (Abigail’s calls it Pancakes With Too Many Blueberries) and the delicious avocado toast. My Favorite Bowl is also great.

I am visiting a friend who is local to the area and she highly recommended Abigail’s as a brunch spot. I’m so glad we went! I enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere. I ordered the Mr. and Mrs. Croque. It was delicious and unique. Our waitress, Cara, was friendly and attentive. I’ll be back on my next visit!

This place is so great! The vibes are amazing. 3 of us went for brunch on a Saturday and it was bustling (we had a reservation) but not insanely packed. The service was amazing. We had the stuffed French toast, the so cal breakfast burrito, and the grain bowl and shared everything. The stuffed French toast was the perfect blend of sweet and savory. The grain bowl had really great flavors and was very satisfying. The so cal breakfast burrito was good but I did find myself dousing it in the salsa and cholula to give it more flavor. Overall, we had a great time and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Long time Upper West Sider. We are always looking for a new neighborhood spot to call home. This is the place. I took my entire family here and they loved it. The kids loved it as well. Highly recommend not skipping dessert! The Baked Alaska and the 90s Cruise Ship are heaven. The drinks all have fun names and are so yummy. the menu is filled with comfort food you have trouble deciding from and overall great vibes! We will be back!

A great addition to the neighborhood. Super friendly staff and enjoyable food for varying diets. If you want vegan they have you covered if you want something healthy on the lighter side they have it (my favorite bowl is a personal favorite) if you want to indulge a little more they have a fantastic smash burger and very solid brick chicken dish. Did I mention a great pork chop? My wife loves the salmon dish. If you’re feeling nostalgic they offer a tuna tartar taco app. In terms of brunch you can’t go wrong with blueberry pancakes or classic Juevos depending upon your groove. Yes I have eaten at this establishment more than a few times. They are still learning the neighborhood and offering specials. You should give them try. I’ll probably see you there.

I came here with four other people for brunch and the food is delicious, the atmosphere is charming and inviting, and our server Lucas is outstanding. He really put it over the top good for us because he made it an experience. I loved his suggestions and his accommodation. The Super Freak cocktail, avocado fries, chilaquiles (which were a little different than I was used to), and hash browns (which were more like a potato pancake) were all delicious! I was gonna ask for different style eggs on my Chilaquiles, but Lucas suggested that I keep the scramble because the chips are scrambled with the egg and he was 100% right that it would’ve changed it in perhaps a negative way.When I go out to eat, I like to know that I’m paying for an experience, and Abigail’s did deliver on that.

This place has become our Friday night spot. Abigails is so much more than your neighborhood restaurant. Every time we stop in we try something new and are consistently blown away. The drinks, the food, the service are all top notch. The spaetzle, buffalo cauliflower, and NY strip are some standouts. The staff is always attentive and knows how to create the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. Totally recommend and we already have our reservation for next Friday so we can try something new.

So many things were good, I dont even know what to shout out. The menu was awesome the waiter took the time to explain it thoroughly. He even talked extensively about the wines! The scallops were so good. Cauliflower mouth watering!!! My entree (im picky) so I was like ill just have the chicken...Nothing was left on my plate!!Should I talk about dessert? The baked Alaska was perfection.

Run -- dont walk -- to Abigails!We live in the neighborhood so thought we would check it out. The food was PHENOMENAL. I had the cauliflower steak and it was maybe the best vegan meal I have ever tasted. The Ra Ra Gaga cocktail (not getting that name quite right, but for sure it had ga ga in it) was delicious. My husband ordered the salmon bowl and was also very happy with his dinner. We had the baked Alaska for dessert -- so fun and tasty!The atmosphere is utterly charming with a playful, European vibe and half a van where the food plates are placed (you have to see it :). The tables are not too close together so you dont feel crammed.The staff was also super warm, friendly, and professional. The food came quickly but we never felt rushed. Paris, Trey, Jessica, Carlos and the manager, Scott -- made us feel right at home.Well be back -- soon!

This is a hip new restaurant reinventing Street Taco’s space.Service was welcoming, attentive, and quick.We got the fish tacos and smash burger. The fish tacos were flavorful and a bit spicy - some of the better ones we’ve had in NYC. The smash burger had good presentation and was cooked perfectly.Our only constructive comment would be to include chips or something with the tacos - price was rather steep for just three.

My husband and I came uptown after a show and we were very impressed with this restaurant. The decor is very fun and clean. I love that they play 80s music and movies at the bar. I liked the vibe right away. Its an upscale diner with lots of cool signs etc. Im sure theyre packed for brunch and if it was my hood Id definitely be back for that! We got a few cocktails and they didnt disappoint. Again, all 80s song names! So cool. I especially liked the radio Gaga cucumber vodka drink. Really refreshing and balanced. The salad that came with the scallops was so good. I have to say all the food was well excecuted and on point. The avocado fries were delicious, I didnt want to share! And I got the buffalo cauliflower app as my entree with the Brussel sprout side. Both were good. At first I thought it wouldnt be enough bc it looked a little small but it was a great portion. I saw on another review that someone said the portion was small but its just the presentation which looks great and I was definitely full. My husband had the steak which he enjoyed. Desert we never get but Im a sucker for mint chip ice cream so we got baked Alaska and it was good.I honestly wish it was closer to me because it would be my new favorite place. Definitely check it out if youre on the UWS. We will come back to experience the food again.

Pretty unique place! Great blend of different cuisines, everything from a smash burger to a soba noodle, steak and salad. Highly recommend the Green Sweep, or the porkchop. Also surprised by the vast selection of NA cocktails. Chill California vibes at the upper west!

I come here pretty often. Every single thing I’ve tried from the menu is executed perfectly and completely enjoyable. The drinks are great, they have a nice repertoire of spirits, and have always been willing to make me classic drinks that are not on the menu. I even had a birthday get together here which went great. But my favorite thing of all is the staff - shoutout to Ben, William, Emma, Scott, Sam, Cara, and every single person working there who you can absolutely tell are giving it their all to make your experience the best it can be. They all really care about this place and it is palpable. Great addition to the neighborhood. 15/10

My husband and I had such a positive experience dining in Abigail’s with our 2 year old. We were so touched by the genuine friendliness and attentiveness of the staff and very impressed with how much care and thought has gone into making it a kid-friendly space. We take our daughter out to eat with us a lot and this was by far the most comfortable and stress-free experience eating out with a toddler. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Also loved the music selection! We will definitely be back.

Not the best vegan options, but they definitely make up in terms of ambiance.I know they’re new, and they’re working on their menu, so not going super hard.Loved the street taco spot, because as a vegan / plant based person we could get some chips & guac for appetizer, and then they had a vegan crema and like 3-4 tacos we could also get.Love the new concept, I just would suggest (1) a more higher protein appetizer, maybe also make the cauliflower bites vegan??(2) the cauliflower steak was good, but I’d rather rally not just have a slab of cauliflower. I feel that restaurants will think that if you’re veggie or vegan you can sub a cauliflower for a steak or something, but it really doesn’t have the protein content and you sort of leave feeling not as full.(3) the only other option, the soba bowl, was good… but not really worth the price.(4) it’s also sad when you want a dessert, but there are no options outside of sorbet. There so many vegan ice creams out there. Even leaving one in the fridge would be nice. ;)Anyways - that’s my 2c. I know they’re starting up, the street food tacos will also be available again, and I really can’t wait to have a cute cafe available for breakfast.Just really hope they have a plant based breakfast option that is tasty and filling as well as alternative milks.I can’t help it that I have an allergy to lactose + eggs. 🤷🏽‍♂️Happy to chat, long time vegan + Bay Area restauranteur as well. 😊

Ive eaten here a few times--dinner and cocktails with old friends, lunch with the inlaws, and a solo brunch at the bar (chilaquiles and a NA cocktail pictured here). They definitely live up to their all day billing. Snag a booth if you can, but the seating is comfy throughout.Portions are generous and the menu is fun. My Maryland family even took a chance on the crab cake and it won their approval. I appreciate all the attention that goes into the sauces, sides, and salad dressings--every bite on the plate is a good one!

Mouth-watering smash burgers & great service.My boyfriend and I came to Abigails about 2 Saturdays ago. We were excited to see/try a new restaurant in the neighborhood :) As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted and seated promptly. Our table was clean and the atmosphere was chill. It was a rainy Saturday so it was extra chill lolAs for food, heres what we ordered: Chips & Guac, Avocado fries, 2 smash burgers, 1 drink, 1 Mexican coke, and a Baked Alaska. Every item we ordered arrived promptly & tasted fresh. I wish there were more Avocado fries tbh 😅 (Save the dipping sauce for your french fries, btw!) The chips were salted & the guac was delicious.Now, our smash burgers were scrumptious! My burger was a tad too salty but I still devoured it haha Just an FYI, if you havent had a Smash burger before, it is greasy (I dont mind that though.) I wished my fries had the salt my burger had lolMy Piña Colada was good but nothing special. The Baked Alaska was a lot lol Its a dessert meant for sharing even though its served on a smaller plate.Now, the service we received was great! The staff members were nice along with our waiter. We didnt get our waiters name but thank you for the service! He was patient and attentive.We believe for the amount of food we ordered, everything was reasonably priced. The cauliflower dish was delicious, especially the sauce. The mangoes in the pork dish were incredible, and the pork was good but a bit too salty for me. There’s a separate fryer, so there’s more options than listed on the menu that are gluten free. So excited to go back and try more options!

Amazing place in so many ways. Unexpectedly creative dishes. Appetizers to share: Fried avocado sticks with great dipping sauce. Best buffalo cauliflower with 2 dipping sauces weve ever had. Classic tex mex queso and chips with cheese sauce. Entrees included Calle de Mexico, hangar steak and smash burger. Things we will have in the future will be Market fish, and lots of vegetarian stuff. Owner from California so theme is a mix of Mexican and California with a flair. Dessert was joke good: 90s Cruise Ship which had chocolate mousse, raspberry coulis, in a bowl made of thin chocolate. Yikes.Jordan, waitress, and Sam, a manager, attentive and fun. Decor really creative. Definitely check this place out.

I have been waiting 16 years for a restaurant like Abigails to join the neighborhood. Excellent comfort food, friendly service combined with an atmosphere that is fun and relaxed. We used to love Bubbys in Tribeca decades ago before the cool kids overran the place. Abigails is a better, friendlier (better value) version of Bubbys.
