    I had such an amazing time at Ayza Wine Bar! The vibe was perfect for a girls’ night out – super lively yet cozy, with plenty of space for a larger group. The Chianti wine was a hit, smooth and flavorful, and we all loved the Dubai Chocolate mulled wine – it was so rich and comforting. Also we tried angry chicken lollipop & burrata which is tasty appetizers. The hot spiked apple cider was another favorite, warming us up with the perfect blend of spice. The staff was so cheerful and friendly. Service was fast and attentive. It’s definitely a great spot for hanging out with friends, and I can’t wait to go back!

    The excellent service made for a great visit! My chocolate martini was fantastic as was the truffle served with it. I was not as impressed with the wine or the chocolate sampling flight but our server’s recommendations and courtesy would bring me back!

    Went on a Saturday afternoon with a reservation. The restaurant wasn’t very full. We opted to sit in the “patio” area. Our server was friendly!We ordered classic chocolate martini and the dark chocolate with wine flight. The chocolates were decadent, the wine just okay. Our food was very good too! We ordered a burger, omelette and the avocado fries. Everything was great. We’ll be back for sure. Definitely for the martinis and a snack!

    19OCT.2024 A wonderfully, AMAZING afternoon with my friend who lives in NYC(Harlem). This is an elegant, cozy, sophisticated, gorgeous,and alluring spot. This (to me) is a true gem in Manhattan. So glad my friend found this spot. Seating outdoors, beautiful orange trolley car(can be rented for special occasions),and seating indoors. Beautiful lights everywhere and the table seatings are so detail oriented and eclectic. I absolutely love it.The lights in the ceiling are that of the zodiac signs. So we’ll thought out and for sure different. Wonderful way to pay attention to lighting detail. Then evening time (on the bar) slender gold tone soft ambient lamps are put out. The best music play list has such a flow with charm of this spot.Ayza is known for their artisanal cocktails 🍸…chocolate martini is a great start, chocolate 🍫 🫕 fondue, top shelf wines, and champagnes. The customer service is superlative, totally crème de la crème(I know cream of cream…using as an idiom)the best of the best. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the entry of this outstandingly gorgeous place..so welcoming and embracing. Thank you so much for everything everyone who worked here. The customer are super friendly and wonderful.🧡🧡🍸🥂🍫Coskun, thank you so much for being so exceptionally excellent in hosting me with my birthday celebrations and my friend with her wines and chocolates tasting flights.     We celebrated my daughters 21st here. It was perfect! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our party of 13. The drinks were delicious, the chocolate divine! The atmosphere was festive. Everyone had a delightful time. We will return.

    Ayza Wine & Chocolate Bar is an absolute gem in the heart of the city. This quaint restaurant offers an intimate and mellow ambience, incredible service, and many delicious and unique menu items. They offer an amazing selection of chocolate martinis that are to die for, and delicious food that will make you want to try everything on the menu. Another unique feature is the trolley parked outside that is used for outdoor seating. They also have a great happy hour special Monday to Fridays from 4 to 6. This spot will definitely become one of your favorites once you visit.

    One of my favorite places in midtown. The chocolate martini is Amazing! I havent had dinner there during the week but have gone a couple of times for brunch on weekends.The chicken tacos are delicious! The eggs-your-way platter (not sure of the official name) is also really good. Not sure if its available during the week. Ive also had the espresso martini. It doesnt have the chocolate shavings of the chocolate martini but was just as good. They gave us a sample of a sangria. That was the only thing that was horrible.All the servers are great! From the host to the waiters to the managers, all very polite and attentive. If you sit at the bar area by the entrance, you will freeze because the AC is on blast and blows directly down at the seats. Otherwise you can sit in the trolley which is really cute or the outdoor dining areaI do wish they were open a little earlier during the week. Id definitely get a late lunch. I have to see what weekday meals and desserts are offered and will report back. Definitely recommend!!

    Very Original ! I went for a drink with a friend a few weeks ago and heard about their brunch and the chocolate fondue … I had to go back and check out with my family !For an absolute full experience, we asked to be in the Trolley … an actual real one converted in a dining room !I made a reservation the day before.I suggested my husband to try the chocolate martini and he was not disappointed. I tasted it and it was very « gourmand - gourmet » 😍I had the antioxidant Margarita, one of my favorite cocktails there !We ordered a burger, a breakfast sandwich, a mushroom omelette, French toasts and to finish… the Chocolate fondue !!!I am in love with the chocolate fondue !The burger, the sandwich and the omelette came with a very much appreciated salad on the side.Rachel was our waitress and she was adorable ! She even remembered me from the other time. The rest of the team seemed very nice, one of them offered to take a picture of us…. And it’s a nice photo.I recommend !

    Situated in a fantastic location and easy to finds thanks to an REAL wagon just in front of the door. Imagine this ! Only in NYC. And what a treat! The wine and chocolate is a real experience I recommend you follow the experienced bartender to choose what goes with which. Live music and crowded with beautiful people. Now that is a place you would like to enjoy for a night out. Service is quick and professional. Food is international and do not forget to try the cocktails. You will want to come back. Enjoy

    Absolutely amazing. Hazelnut chocolate martini is bigger than I thought. Definitely worth the price. The chicken wings are yummy and comes with my favorite Japanese sewed salad under!! The white truffle pizza smells great with truffle!!! And taste super yummy with proteins meat and cheese, and thin slice base. The mock tail is super pretty and only $7. And thanks for the tasting wine. Relaxed from the beginning :)Will definitely come back gain and recommend!!

    Ive gone to this place a couple of times before the pandemic and just went back again recently, and its still just as awesome. The food is great, the service is very good, and the drinks are on point. The inside is extremely small, so I was happy to see they added a covered outdoor seating area which was really nicely set up. Im looking forward to returning again.

    I was introduced to this place by my coworker, and let me tell you, it’s been a staple bar of mine since. The bar is almost always free to sit, and the ambiance is so cute! It’s perfect for a night out with the girlies, or even a date night.Their chocolate martinis are a must try. They’re strong, tasty, and come with a truffle! My favorite is their raspberry chocolate martini, but they have a selection to choose from.Their food is also great as well! The chicken burrito is so good, and their fried avocado is a guilty pleasure of mine.All in all, a one stop shop for great food and drinks! Ayza has got it all!

    Fantastic dining experience at Ayza. Drinks were good and the food was served fresh. Service was a bit slow and I’m not a fan of the online only interface they have where you order everything through the QR code and really aren’t attended to. Seems to be a post-Covid theme but one I think we could all do without.The food was all fresh and tasted good, the arepas maybe a little bland but still fantastic.Definitely try the 20 layer cake.

    Simply a delight. We did brunch on a Sunday at the beginning of June, no one else there at 11am. I am a HUGE fan of fancy grilled cheeses with tomato soup/bisque to dip it in, and I LOVED this one!! Great drinks as well. Was a bit out of the way of my usual plan through an NYC vacation, but would definitely check them out if we stay in the area next time.

    I walked in this place with my two teenage girls on a cold and rainy afternoon. This was recommended by an office colleague with rave reviews. I have to admit, it is one the best places I have visited. The staff was friendly, place was clean, warm and welcoming.I wanted to try their chocolate and wine pairings but instead settled for their chocolate Manhattan cocktail. Loved it.The girls had the chocolate lave cake and the chocolate ganache. Sinful and totally heavenly.I highly recommend this place for all chocolate and wine lovers.Had an amazing time!!!

    Great food , great atmosphere me and my gf had a great time for our anniversary. I requested flowers for our table and they surprised both me and my gf with petals waiting for us.     First, reserve your spot. Secondly, show up- if not you loose your spot and youre charged- according to their website. Its a very popular hole in the wall. However, phenomenal dessert and cocktail place with excelente service.My friends and I went as our final evening todo. We ordered dark chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate earthquake cake and the cake brulee . Each ordered a drink. Everything was top notch. Staff very friendly and very helpful.     We have been to Azyas during Valentines Weekend. They schedule Couples Night Out for weekends of February. We had reserved our table for this event. We enjoyed our time here.They had welcomed us with welcome drink - hot wine, which was our first time experience of hot wine and it was delicious. Table was decorated with rose flowers and candle light. As name suggests, wine and chocolates are their specialty. Also, they are famous for Martinis - chocolate Martini is very popular. We also ordered Pizza and Pasta, which were delicious. Their gourmet chocolates are complimentary in this event. Food was really delicious. Staff is very friendly.We totally enjoyed our time here. Totally recommend for quick bite, drinks and hangout if you are in the neighborhood.

    We stumbled upon this place when searching for a wine bar to have drinks at on a Sunday afternoon. The weather was in the low 80s so perfect for their patio. We specifically did the Milky Way chocolate and wine pairing and it was delicious. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy some wine. They served cucumber water and was definitely a plus to keep us hydrated!

    What an atmospheric place! Outdoor troyley is perfect and cosy. And the kitchen... even better! Its been a long time since Ive eaten such outstanding, slow-cooked beef on wine, served with puree, accompanied by mushrooms and spinach.     Went here on a date. We each got a different chocolate martini (pictured is my hazelnut one), both of which were really good. The burrata and the pizza were fantastic. We did splurge at the end and get a wine and chocolate pairing that was very good. You do order and pay for your food using a web app they have a QR code for.There is a really cool old trolley/train car they have out front. I didnt get to sit in it, but for drinks or a meal, it looked really cool.

    I had been wanting to check this place out for a while, so I finally stopped by for an afternoon drink. Im a huge chocolate fan, but since I wasnt super hungry, I went for the Chocolate Martini without espresso.It came with chocolate chunk powder sprinkled on top and a truffle chocolate on the side. The combination of the martini and the chocolate was pretty good! I especially enjoyed tasting the chocolate chunks as I sipped.After finishing the drink, I had the truffle, which was a sweet way to cleanse my palate. It made the whole experience even better. The only downside was that the space felt a bit cramped, but overall, I had a great time!

    Great location and definitely a lot of photo ops! I like that you can order everything from the QR code on the table. Makes it very easy to order as a group if were all paying separately! Food was good, but nothing mind-blowing. We also ordered a wine and chocolate tasting. The picture showed 2 white wines and 2 reds. But when the order came out it was 4 reds. We asked if we could swap, but we were told that we couldnt and they suggested we cancel the order and order 2 orders of 2 wines. We thought that was odd and ended up just ordering an order of 2 wines instead. On Tuesdays ans Wednesdays they offer a free drink if you post on social media and tag them. So come here for the atmosphere and photo ops! Its definitely a pretty place.

    Very cute place. Even though its in the k-town area, it doesnt serve Korean foods or drinks. I had their dips and mulled wine. The mulled wine was way too sweet for me, so I will order from the normal wine list next time. The dips were very good.We did not have a reservation so had to sit in the outside tented area - the outdoor area near their front entrance is much warmer. The tent outside had many heaters though, so we stayed warm without a problem.Once this pandemic is over, i would totally go back for wine and dips. Recommend for a date place - good atmosphere.

    My friend and I came for a brunch. We enjoy the attentiveness and space they gave us. Ordering food was easy as it was through their ordering QR code.We had the Mushroom Omelet, which was delicious. The side salad and potatoes were upgraded versions of what you normally would see paired with brunch food. This was so reasonably priced. In addition, my friend ordered the Chocolate Martini and I had the Chocolate Manhattan. To my surprise, the sweetness complement the Manhattan without overtaking the drink. Would definitely recommend coming back.

    - It was a Sunday November 20 , 2016 in the afternoon hours. When I had my first real awesome Eating experience.- Decor- the restaurant was very lavished with flowers and Chandlers. Everything was uniform to perfection.- Atmosphere - it was lovely to great music playing by jazzanova - another day . Which is a perfect music for relaxation. To people having grray conversations about live. The restaurant smell like a fragrance of flowers and chocolates. It was an experience like none other. And the best part is that smiles filled the roomFood - I mostly ordered take out but as I was waiting for my takeout order I ordered a 24 layer crêpe cake and a chocolate martini which was amazing. I never tried a 24 layer crêpe cake but its one of the things you must try once in a lifetime. Based on what I heard a layer crêpe cake is difficult to make. But the chefs made it happened. The cake was absolutely delicious from the crunchy top to the spongy texture and detail of each crêpe it was like a work of art displayed on a plate.Next was the chocolate martini which was very delightful trying. It has more chocolate then alcohol which was a plus. Also you a complimentary chocolate with your martini.Take outI ordered the ravioli which was very tasty in every bite. Very delicious and cheesy. It also have high quality TasteThe truffle pizza was very good and also have different flavors that stands out.My brother tried the chicken panini and he loved it. He said its the best quality food ever tasted. He also tried the malt cake and he wanted another one. My brother sometimes could be hard to please when it comes to food but this place made him happy and exceed his expectationsAlso the smoked salmon was delicious.The presentation of the take out was nice and was not an ordinary take out. It was presented very well.Customer service was very great and the staff was very attentive. They show care and make sure my experience was magical. They give me refills of water without me asking. Most importantly they work with a smile and very joyful.Also the manager showed great passion and what she does. She check each customer to see if all their needs are met.     What a nice little gem we discovered while searching for a place to have lunch. They have a lovely terrasse, a little bus to eat inside which is pretty cool. The servers were amazing, so attentive and brought us little chocolate, little sangria drinks.The food itself was very delicious, full of flavour and the drinks as well were well made.I would recommend trying this place out if you’re in the area. I would go back, and try something else.

    What an fabulous spot! We enjoyed ourselves so much we stopped by on our way to and from Penn Station and will be coming back as often as possible.Everything we ordered was above and beyond our expectations, but the Wagyu burger was the most incredible burger Ive ever had. The gluten free bun was delicious and they had a nice variety GF options.The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, but especially Audrey we LOVED her.     I took my girlfriend here to celebrate our 1year anniversary.     Not a bad place really. Took my wife as part of our anniversary. Sample wine was good, first time consuming it hot. I had the Filet Mignon and she had Lamb Chops. We enjoyed the meal for sure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tables are pretty close together so there is minimal privacy if having a conversation. The ambience is very relaxed. The only complaint I have is that the Tipsy Ice Cream desert is actually a mango flavored slushy. I suggest either a name change or a description. Nonetheless, me and my wife liked it.

    We visit here every time we are in New York City on vacation. We went twice during this trip. The service is always excellent and so is the food. Camilo is a great server!! I love the braised short rib bao buns and my hubby had the burrata with berries, walnuts and figs.     My mom and I popped in here our first night in NYC for a quick bite, and it was wonderful. We sat in the trolley car, and ordered a 3 Cheese Platter, which was delicious, and Cacio e Pepe, which was delayed long enough that we decided to cancel that in exchange for a Twenty-Layer Crepes Cake. We werent thrilled that the pasta took so long, but we appreciated that they let us swap it for dessert.     Visited here in February from Toronto based on a friends suggestion who lives in NYC for the best chocolate martinis in town, and Ayza delivered! We got some guac and chips as we were mainly just there to try the drinks, but they were good. The service was friendly, and at times it did feel a bit rushed, but it was a Saturday evening and that is to be expected, no fault of their own. They also welcome you with a little cup of free mulled wine which is a nice touch.The martinis were the main show though! My partner got the classic, and I got the raspberry one. I loved it so much I had to have two! and the little truffles they give pair so well with the drinks. Although we sat in the outdoor area, the vibes werent too far from cozy like inside, but I would definitely sit at the bar or inside if possible next time.Im planning to visit NYC again in a few months and will definitely be hitting up this spot again as these are some of the most delicious drinks youll ever have! Happy Hour specials are the bomb .com. $5 wines and apps were discounted as well. With our wines, they gave complimentary bread that melted in my mouth. I loved that they allowed me to taste my selected red wine before filling it up.Over Halloweekend, I ordered a flight of 4 red wines - I believe it was Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Chocolate Wine, and Rioja. The chocolate wine literally tasted like chocolate, I was in love. We ordered food too and got a bit confused in the ordering process. We though the sampler meant you can pick any 3 samplers in the appetizer menu. So we ended up ordering WAYYY more than we could handle (ended up with 6 different dishes). Everything was delicious though, the olives and spinach artichoke dip were my faves.Definitely recommend! My favorite experience of the two was happy hour, so I will definitely be back again.

    Small and cozy midtown wine bar. Most of the plates we shared were mediocre except the filet mignon medallions which were excellent. I also appreciated the $30 flight of four wines for tasting - with tasting pour sizes.

    Wow Wow! Chocolate and Wine all under one roof eh, inside a Trolley actually. Like Alice in wonderland. Loved the Desserts and the service. Great selection of wines and coffee is available too. Paid Parking garage right next door. Maitre de was most courteous as we were walk ins and yet he seated us in the trolley. Going back many times 💗

    One of my favorite places! The vibe is so pretty and very versatile, either for a date or just to meet up with friends. Staff are nice and friendly, and service was super quick! I love that we order and pay from our phones because it makes the process quick. We got our food within 15 mins of ordering it, drinks within 5 minutes. The food was tasty, but we especially loved loved loved the drinks. This visit was my second time here and it was just as great as the first. I know I’ll keep coming back to this place.

    Jackie was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 recommend this place. My girlfriend and I got the chocolate fondue and the 3 cheese platter, everything was delicious. Thank you Ayza and Jackie for making my girlfriend’s birthday special. We will be coming back soon.

    This is such a cute restaurant! Their chocolate martini is delicious, their Manhattan impeccable, and the white truffle pizza is exactly what dreams are made of. What truly made the experience was the waitress Keisha! She was personable and super sweet.The restaurant certainly became busy as the evening went on, so I would recommend making a reservation. The outdoor covered seating was warm enough that I happened to forget I was sitting in their extended space.I have nothing negative to say about this location.

    Went to lunch here because it was highly recommended by a friend who LOVES their chocolate martini drinks. Of course, this is one of their main attractions, so I ordered one. They are absolutely delicious. They serve it with a pairing truffle that accentuates and heightens the complete flavor experience of your martini. I also enjoyed a fried tofu dish I ordered for lunch. We sat outside to dine..very lovely spot. Last but not least, our server was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable of the dishes, and extremely friendly. Will definitely revisit for lunch when Im in the area soon.

    This restaurant is so unique! The staff is so professional. You just order food and drinks with the QR Code provided at the table so you dont have to wait for a waiter or waitress to take your order. Jasmine, one of the Servers, was so accommodating to us and so kind. She made our night so nice. The dishes, the decorations, the whole setting was so elegant. They even have their own Trolley you can eat inside! Definitely going back to this restaurant!

    Cocktails are fabulous especially the chocolate martini. And they treated me a glass of Prosecco with the chocolate for my birthday. Staffs are so friendly and accommodating with us. It is a baby friendly restaurant, they have high chairs. But my filet mignonette was too well done and a bit dry (I requested medium rare)

    First bit of advice, make a reservation. This place is busy and for good reason, it also isnt huge with only a dozen tables inside and a few less outside.I ate at Ayza on my wedding night, with my wife, toddler and two family members who had gone eloped to NYC. The staff at Ayza had been brilliant and on the night the service and food were spectacular. They looked after us, made sure we wanted for nothing and made it worth every penny.We had a mix of the chicken, steak and wagyu burger meals and everything was perfect. Id happily go back again. For 5 people, having starters, drinks and mains the total bill came to just over $350 dollars.Would happily recommend to anyone looking for delicious food that is worth paying a slight premium for!     Went here on our second date and just returned over a year later. Still excellent chocolate and wine selection. This time we got food and had instant regrets of not getting food here last time— each dish was wonderful and we particularly enjoyed the salads! The pita bread for the spinach artichoke dip was warm, soft, and lovely.

    The highlight of this place is the chocolate martinis and other chocolate specialty cocktails. In particular i loved the chocolate peppermint martini. The food was pretty good, but more appetizer focused. I was a little disappointed in the dessert menu as it was mostly assortments if chocolates you could buy at a store. Also, they had no description of the various chocolates they offered. Just the names. Overall Id definitely go back. Its a pretty unique place that you can bring your friends to for a fun night.

    UPDATE 03/26/2023:I’m giving this place five stars for the management team.The management reached out to me and gave me $100 gift card along the money for the damages for the burnt clothes. They were very professional when reaching out to my parents and I. It was an unfortunate situation but they have fixed the damages that happened. Would try to come again in the future.Written review in 3/18/2023:I would like to title this as a birthday disaster.It was great in the beginning but at the end this place left a bitter taste to my mouth. I wanted to post this out because whomever wants to celebrate their birthdays here. I would like to say to watch out for their candles because it might burn you. I myself got burned from their candles and here is proof.I only got a 30% off from their desserts apparently. I just wanted compensation from my burned clothes and my first degree burn.The service was not so great because the lady with the shoulder length blonde hair has no sense of professionalism and was giving us an attitude here and there when we pointed out that the drinks that was ordered besides the wine was never served.Floor manager (the guy) asked me if there’s any damages that he should know about even though I already told him about it and he looked so out of it as well.This other guy that was serving us the desserts just watched as my shirt was set on fire lol. Never coming back here again.This place is a hot mess.

    Got the reservations through NYbucketlisters i got the package which was around $90 for two, which included 4 wine testers, 2 martinis and 6 chocolates. There were several food items available. There was indoors outdoor and the tram seating available, i was planning to seat in the tram, it was really cute. We were seating by the door since it was a bit chilly that day we asked to put the heater on.The service was really good and food quality and quantity both were satisfactory. Must go date place if is. Loved it. ❤️
