We were invited to Cava Wine Bar, and we were excited to be in one so famous restaurant between Harvest, Scena, and Southbay. We loved Southbay, and we had very high expectations, and they didnt disappoint us. Every dish was delicious, perfect portions. Cocktails are strong and flavorful. 4 starts only because the desert menu wasnt very impressive, but mango and raspberry sorbet are delicious.

Hands down one of the best places to eat, if not the best, in New Canaan. Wonderful fun, great staff, great chef. If there could be six stars, I would click on it. 5 plus stars.

We had a lovely dinner outside. The sangria was sooo good and my friends loved their wine. I wasnt a fan of the calamari (I like mine fried) but my friend loved it! The mussels and the squash blossoms were SO GOOD! Mmm I want some now lolI had a halibut special that was amazing. The fish was perfect! Then I had the profiterole dessert. I was a little tipsy so missed that they have ice cream not cream in the middle but they were still delicious!I cant wait to go back!

Surprisingly good brunch at a great price. $19 prix fixe 2-course meal is a steal, especially given the quality of the food. We ordered Spicy Salmon Tartare and Crispy Brussels salad for apps and both were really fresh and really well done. For mains we got Pappardelle and Branzino, again both very tasty. Would definitely recommend. Be warned the online menu does not match the actual, several items have changed.

Cava accommodated our family for a memorial lunch yesterday. It was a perfect private room, the servers were wonderful and the food was extraordinary. The shaved brussel sprouts over a risotto cake, butternut squash ravioli and tiramisu were absolutely delicious. Cava made our day complete! Grazie!

Cava has a lovely lunch special that comes with a salad or appetizer or soup, a main course and is reasonably priced and appropriately sized for a lunch meal. We didn’t end up with leftovers, as it is a decent lunch portion. Overall, good seafood selection, good chicken, nice salad and good cave like quiet ambiance.

Nice place, food is ok. I ordered crispy calamari and caprese as apetizers, was good. After salmon for my wife and pizza broccoli rabe and sausage for me. The salmon was ok, but i dont liked the pizza, too much garlic,withouth borders, after 2 slices was disgusting. I hope they will improve with pizza. Service was ok.
