Walked in to Felice 83rd and was surprised with a restaurant week dinner so gave it a try, and overall, the experience was mixed. The fettuccine bolognese was outstanding – the pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce was rich and flavorful. We paired our meal with a glass of Vermentino & Cabernet wine, alongside Amalfi /Senti off the cocktail menu 👌🏻.The ambiance was very dark and homey, with nice leather padding on the wooden chairs, creating a dark, atmospheric, and intimate vibe that I tend to enjoy.However, the chicken Milanese and Cacio e Pepe were somewhat disappointing. The chicken Milanese felt too simple/flavorless and lacked the expected flair. The cacio e pepe was watery and lacked the robust black pepper flavor, tasting more like a thin, starchy pasta water with some cream.Desserts were a mixed bag as well. The tiramisu was delightful, perfectly balanced, and highly recommended. On the other hand, the cocoa and almond lava cake, served with vanilla gelato, was a bit dry.

GREAT place!! We had the arancini, the ricotta zeppoles with prosciutto, the mussels, and the burrata with prosciutto for appetizers. The arancini and the zeppoles were out of this world. For an entree I had the salmon rigatoni and my boyfriend had the carbonara, again both were so good. We split the chocolate cake with vanilla gelato for dessert and that was really good too. Such a good date night spot!

It deserves 5 stars but I probably wont go there anymore, unless for the bar. The bartender was fun and knew how to make good drinks! He made me singing that was not on the menu and it was super refreshing and tasty.The food was very good. But I had better Italian food so I am not sure if it should get 5 or 4! Maybe 4.5!

I love coming here for a nice late lunch or early dinner. Friendly service and good food. Outdoor dining is a pleasure. Its nice being remembered and greeted by staff. Felice 83 is my neighborhood go-to for good food, good times, and a pleasant overall dining experience . When sitting outside, fur babies are treated like royalty 😍 💕

Visiting NYC for a couple of months and while out on an errand with a friend, found this charming place. The food and service was fantastic. We had the two course lunch with the Bruschetta and the Polpettine (veal meatballs). Delicious!! PANINO CLASSICO (prosciutto sandwich) and the FUSILLI AL FERRETTO E BURRATA was our second course. So amazing! The San Marzano red sauce was possibly the best thing Ive ever had. The service was wonderful. It was a slower day but I could tell the staff is very attentive and cared about details. Will be taking friends again soon. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Delicious! Classic Italian food. Everything was great.We sat in a heated outdoor area which was very warm, we actually asked them to turn off the heater.Ordered the calamari as a starter and I got the salmon as an entree. Everything was delicious! Well worth the price, would come again.

I just moved to the UES and decided to check this restaurant out for the first time tonight and I absolutely loved everything about it! The food was great and the service was amazing!! When we first walked in the restaurant’s manager greeted us with biggest smile, and made sure he could accommodate us since we didn’t have a reservation. He was super polite and always checking in to make sure we were having a good time. Our server was also super nice and effective the whole time. We are definitely coming back again!!

Went here for date night. Loved the Bruschetta Crostini and the Arancini (highlight of the night). Got the Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe as my entree and just thought it was ok, definitely a neutral dish if that’s what you’re going for. Wrapped up the meal with some tiramisu. Would consider coming back to try something else on the menu.

Felice 83 is now one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants. It is perfect for any night of the week. The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, and the ambiance is perfect. They also have a large menu with a variety of options, from pastas to salads to fish / meat entrees. Every meal Ive had has been great. This has become a weekly spot for us. Oh, and theyre very pet friendly as well (they even brought our pup a bowl for water!)

This place is always busy so I decided to give it a try. The food is pretty good but definitely a bit expensive. Our server was great and definitely made the experience better. The experience didn’t start out great when the hostess wasn’t very welcoming. The waiter, however, was great! I told him it was my friends birthday and we had 4 servers come over and sing to her. It was very sweet of them!We enjoyed the ricotta appetizer. I ordered the bolognese which was pretty good too. I plan to go back to try other items on the menu!

We had a lovely evening out at Felice on Friday night. We did not have a reservation, and the staff went above and beyond to create a table for us (literally - they moved some outdoor tables around very quickly to accommodate our party of 4, which they were of course under no obligation to do, especially without advance notice!). Everyone was so thoughtful and attentive throughout the meal, and the food itself was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back to this neighborhood gem, and are so grateful to have it close by!

We walked in with three kids based on the Google and Yelp review. Our server Danny, the best in New York City! He did an amazing job of suggesting options and was very friendly with us as well as with our three kids.My suggestion for the chef of this restaurant would to include more vegetables options in spaghetti for vegetarian people. I would definitely recommend this place if they can includeVegetables.

Such a fun little restaurant in the UES.Best tiramisu out there. LOVED the calimari and the fried artichoke too- what a fun combo.Bruschetta was good, carbonara was to die for. My pal had the spaghetti in red sauce, it packed a punch of heat.You can sit outside in a heated booth or inside. Outside is quiet and romantic while inside is festive and darkly lit.There was one girl who got a steak and the aroma of buttery rosemary hot boxed our plastic enclosure.Service was fast and friendly.Wish it was a cheaper - I’d go all the time.

Dined here for the first time a few days ago and really enjoyed it - the food was great, the atmosphere was inviting and the service was good enough. We are outside and there is ample seating. The inside portion was small but cozy and they have a small bar. There is no pizza here which is no problem as the menu has a variety of pasta and main dishes. The tiramisu was delicious.

Went here on my 1 year anniversary. We got there right before closing but they squeezed us in. The cocktails were amazing and the food was so yummy. Highly recommend the chicken breast . Pretty patio and candle light

Its very rare to dine out these days where you enjoy every second spent at a restaurant. Dining at Bar Felice was such a lovely evening. The food was divine, the wine was perfect and the service is what really drove this review. It was attentive, kind, and how every restaurant should aspire to be. Lassaro (I believe thats how you spell his name) was the busser that added the cherry on top to a perfect dining experience. He was fantastic, as was every aspect of dining here.

Italian food restaurant, on a prime corner spot. Pasta dishes are really tasty and rich with sauce. The complimentary bread is really good, and salty right of the basket - try it o ly with olive oil and a glass of wine.The wine selection is VAST! The have really good options, and for all price ranges on glass and bottle.

Always a pleasure to have lunch or dinner at Felice. However, our first disappointment was on Monday. I ordered the “baked eggs” from the brunch menu. The sausage meet was greasy and swimming in oil. I got severe stomach cramps and was sick for several hours.

Happened upon this restaurant looking for a place to have lunch. Albeit not crowded when I arrived, I was amazingly suprised by the deliciousness of my meal. I had the salmon, and it was the best salmon ibhave ever had. It was cooked to perfection. My only recommendation would be more variety from the bar to meet the desires on the non wine palettes.

My wife and I have had 3 fantasy meals here in the last 2 months. At our most recent, we ordered the arancini for an appetizer which was delicious. My wife and I both love their Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe. It is so simple but so delicious. Unfortunately the last time we went, the Parmesan cheese was definitely missing from the dish. We told our waitress and she promptly got her manager, Mariana. She was very apologetic and immediately had the chef redo the pasta and this time it was absolutely perfect. She also removed our appetizer from our bill which was so nice of her. The ravioli delle casa is also delicious!This place has fantastic Italian food and a great wine selection but just as importantly, an amazing and super friendly staff. If you are looking for great Italian food on the UES I highly recommend Felice 83. Thanks again Mariana!!

I went to 83rd and 1st location recently for a date night. I was so engaged I neglected to capture any photos of our meal or drinks but everything was great.Rigatoni and Salmon, Sea Bass with Yukon Gold Potatoes in parchment. Now thee Appetizer Fried Calamari & ArtichokeSooo good I was actually good with that and my drink alone. I will return to thee UES location for a solo date and take photos this time lol 😆

Upscale comfort with good food, drinks and attentive service, even at the busiest times. Admittedly, after dinner drinks, coffees and a dessert is all we ordered but the enjoyment was complete. Wine was a generous pour of a Cabernet selected by the service staff, the cappuccinos were properly prepared and presented, and the dessert was tasty.

Felice 83 surpassed my expectations!!!I loved the ambiance, lanterned candles along with the Italian rustic decor.The staff were amazing, it was like spending time with family and friends.My family and I had a three course meal.The portions were perfect and the menu catered to my vegetarian needs.We also enjoyed a variety of desserts.Many thanks to Christian and Felice 83 staff.
