    Beautiful fit out internally, classic European feel bar and small internal restaurant. It wasnt until leaving that we saw the outdoor area to the side which was beautiful. That option wasnt offered to us and as such I have marked them down as we were told to sit in a booth.Food quality is great, staff were nice enough and coffee was excellent.Have subsequently had home delivery of the pasta and it was awesome! Highly recommend.I will return, try the outdoor seating area and perhaps revise this review up.Absolutely include on your list for lunch or dinner.

    We booked a New Year’s Eve dinner reservation at Sant Ambroeus Brookfield and happened to be the last table of the night. The manager and the entire personnel went above and beyond to make our evening special!The entire team truly exceeded our expectations. They created a festive and celebratory atmosphere just for us, offering complimentary glasses of champagne and desserts. And made sure we felt comfortable and never rushed, even as the kitchen and bar were preparing to close. They attended to us with professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly warmth that felt genuine. To make it even more special, the remaining team celebrated New Year’s Eve with us, which turned the night into something incredibly personal and memorable.And to top it all off, the manager gave us a tour of the restaurant, showing us the beautiful mezzanine floor, and we took a photo with them as a keepsake of the wonderful evening. From start to finish, they did everything possible to ensure our New Year’s Eve was unforgettable. Special thanks to Enrique and our server Christian!The service was impeccable, the staff incredibly attentive, the food absolutely delicious (the hazelnut cake, in particular, was divine!), and the ambiance felt like we were celebrating with family and friends.Thank you so much to the entire team for making our night so special.     Great atmosphere, great service, great food - sums it up pretty nicely.Located within Brookfield Mall, it’s a great location if you’re at the downtown area or just about to visit the 9/11 Memorial or One World Trade Observatory.Reservations seem recommended - you’d be trying your luck otherwise.

    We have been coming to this location for years and have never been disappointed by the food, wine, selection, or cocktails. The staff is always pleasant and very welcoming. Our favorite spot after a day of golf. They also make fantastic espresso martinis!Some of our go to dishes are pizza, Linguine alle Vongole and the delicious fettuccine bolognese. Love the Brunello by Castiglion Del Bosco, as well as many of the gorgeous Italians they have in their wine menu.

    This was our second visit to Sant Ambroeus (the first visit was to the Lafayette St location). Having loved that restaurant, we came in with high expectations. Although a lot of things were good, it just wasnt the same.Most of the food was great - really liked the Spicy Rigatoni, Rigatoni Pesto, and the Salmon. The Cacio Pepe (we had loved it in the other location) just tasted bad and somewhat stale, but thankfully the server offered to change it right away with any other pasta of our choice. That gesture was much appreciated.I asked for Minestrone soup that never arrived, and my request for hot water (which I asked for twice) was also ignored. Several dishes we wanted to order were not available (at least 3 dishes including both the desserts on the restaurant week menu were sold out).Overall, for the price of the meal, Id have expected a more consistent experience. Nonetheless, I hope someone from the restaurant reads this and fixes these issues (there are all solvable)

    Would not recommend to a newbie in Italian cuisine because of the strong taste. However everything is accurately described and the service is impeccable. Atmosphere is extremely romantic and elegant.

    Went here for my birthday, was a coincidence that I was seated at the table that I seem to always sit when I celebrate my birthday.Staff are excellent, service is excellent, food is excellent. Everything that can be expected of a place such as this and more. The General Manager, George, is a nice individual, and overall the atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming.

    We visited town for the weekend and usually stay at a nearby hotel, so we enjoy walking to the restaurant. Unfortunately, this time we were a bit disappointed; the food took longer than expected, despite the restaurant not being busy. Since we had little kids with us, part of our group had to leave early. The restaurant manager apologized and offered complimentary drinks and dessert, which I thought was a good way to handle the situation, but it still disrupted our family dinner. The food and service were just okay. I noticed that the waitstaff and busboys seemed to relax and somewhat disappear toward the end of their shift. Nevertheless, I think we’ll give it another try the next time we’re in town.

    I loved the interior of Sant Ambreous which has a space at the front by the pastry counter which feels like a little European bar, and inside with the plush pink seating.I went for a brunch mid week and it wasnt overly busy but wasnt empty either. They served coffees and teas, and I loved the French toast served with plenty of berries!

    I had a fantastic brunch at Sant Ambroeus this past Sunday, made even better by the excellent service from our waiter Justo. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Even though we had no reservation they took us in and we had an amazing brunch.We started with the Beef Carpaccio, which was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented, with each bite melting in my mouth. For the main course, I had the Branzino and my wife had the Paccheri Rosa pasta.Overall, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Justo’s warm and professional attention made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended! :)

    Absolutely amazing! Went for Thanksgiving lunch and the ambiance was lovely, the servers were so attentive, and the food was so delectable it was like a dream. Definitely planning on going back or going to one of their other locations!

    A nice selection of Italian based meals. We ate outside in their sidewalk dining area with a great view of the reflection pools at the World Trade Center.The Fettuccine Bolognese was good and a decent serving size, maybe could have used a little more meat. I also got a scoop of mint chocolate chip gelato for dessert, which was very tasty!Taking one star away due to slowness of service. The waitstaff were all very nice, but the actual process of getting food, drinks, and dessert was extremely slow.

    We stopped by for café take out - it’s such a lovely and bright place with a high swiping, and staff were very nice! And most importantly the chocolate cake was amazing! The package was surprisingly super cute. We’d def comeback for dining here.

    Great selection of small bites, cookies cakes and even ice creams. Seating is for full service menu only however. We tried the cream cheese salmon croissant and ham and cheese buns and both are quite tasty. Their coffee machine is with touch screen, quite fancy to look at though the beans are not distinctive, will give try again though.

    I usually go to Sant Ambreous in Madison but the Brookfield place location has an exquisite menu and the service was great, shout out to my server Alejandro who was nothing but kind and helpful. I completely forgot to take pictures of the food but i promise it’s delicious. For dessert I had the Ricotta Cheesecake, it had a light and fluffy texture, the berries on top were fresh and sweet. I would definitely recommend coming here for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just to grab coffee and dessert.

    I had a delightful brunch at here last weekend. The interior was stunning, with a mix of modern and classic elements that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. For dessert, we tried the gianduia, which was a decadent masterpiece made with layers of rich chocolate mousse, moist cake, and a hint of hazelnut. I highly recommend Santa Ambroeus it will not disappoint!

    Puts on a show of being a fancy restaurant. Service was very good and the restaurant itself was gorgeous.My only complaint was pricing. FWIW, everything in Brookfield is priced sky high, so youll have a good time with the right expectations.Minestrone soup and pastas were standout items.They do have a specialty Negroni menu with like 6 different styles. Im a sucker for a good spirits menu and had to try each one.If youre Ubering, ask them to drop you at 200 Vesey Street. The restaurant is a bit complex to find from inside the mall. On the way out, grab one of the cabs outside the American Express building.

    My experience here was amazing because of the staff. The food was delicious; the taste is unmatched. The atmosphere was equally calming and elegant. I would visit for a meal and a glass of drink everyday. This is a must if you visit NYC. I could not stop eating the hazelnut cake! I also recommend starting with the fried shrimp appetizer! I cannot rave enough about this restaurant.

    Intimate location, I usually go during lunchtime where often times it is easier to get a table. The vibe may be different in the day but it is quite pleasurable to dine there.Wonderful menu, the selection of food we had, service, recommendations, the wait staff, kitchen staff, atmosphere, everything is perfect.     Everything was perfect. I have no complaints at all. The ambiance was great. It is so cute. Also, everything I ate was delicious!     Very friendly and helpful staff! The location is topnotch and the place is beautifully decorated. The coffee and drink are good. The smallSandwiches and salmon was delicious and tasted freshly made. I didn’t quite enjoy my pasta carbonara though. It was a bit greasy and it came out a bit cold and was not creamy like it should be. I would not recommend this pasta dish. Even with this dish being not so great. I would still recommend this place for casual meeting with friends or business meetings. Check this place out!

    In NYC we are awash in a sea of good restaurants, so what elevates one from the pack? Service, from the manager to the waitstaff the front of the house create the experience. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated at this restaurant, George the manager set the tone and I had a wonderful meal and a wonderful experience.

    Have been going to this location since they opened and never dissatisfied. However, after visiting last evening I learned they changed the menu and removed the Linguine Alle Vongole, Ugh!!! This was a horrible decision as this specific dish was actually one of the best on the menu and always an item we ordered when visiting. Highly suggest bringing this dish back on the menu. The seabass version does NOT meet the mark.

    Great food and a good value. I made a reservation at this place for my GFs Birthday based on the reviews. I did not realize it was a chain but now Im glad that I didnt know that. lol. Pasta with clams was excellent. Clams were extremely fresh and plump. GFs chicken dish was tender and spiced just enough to add flavor. Tiramisu was quite good (not the best I have had but very good). I would definitely come back here. It is a particularly good place to bring out-of-towners who want a pleasant NYC dining experience that does not veer to far into the unexpected.

    Not only is the food delicious, Sant Ambroeus has gluten free options. I order from here at least once a week. Their service goes above and beyond. This past week I ordered delivery and this gluten free gal received a gluten-full Carbonara. I called and John was amazing in how he handled the mix up. I will forever be a loyal customer and raving fan.

    Excellent food and service! It was my home away from home when I lived in NYC. I would go everyday to escape the coldness of the city. The people were warm, welcoming and treated me like family! This is a very special place and it is even more special in NYC where restaurant service can be cold and impersonal - at best! Sylvia, Wydia and Jacqueline were very special. They all got to know me and treated me like family. I will be back when I visit the city again.

    I had a dinner with my family. We had Margherita Pizza, Crudo di Cavolini, Fettuccine alla Blognese, Branzino. It was so delicious and not salty. I also enjoyed Sant Ambroeus cake as well. I am definitely gonna visit here again!! :)However parking was way too expensive. We parked in Brookfield little more than 2 hours and paid about 84 dollars.

    It’s a nice location in the area to eat at if you want a safe bet. I’d say the food was not particularly special, relying heavily on cheese and salt with not much else that’s distinctive. The Manhattan cocktail I had was way too sweet so I wouldn’t recommend.Service was very ok, they got our order wrong but corrected when we told them, a couple of servers seemed like they were confused and kept going back to talk to one of the staff and it was hard to get their attention.Decor was very nice, and dessert was VERY delicious. The Sant Ambreous cake was a match made in chocolate heaven - decadent and also a little crunchy with the chocolate pieces on top. That alone makes me think this is a must-go just for their desserts.

    Never been to any of their locations, this was our first time. From the get go, service was 10/10, and the sommelier recommended a great budget wine, that made our night. Ambience is super romantic, great for a date.The reason is not a 5, is the food. Is great, but not amazing. After the initial service, the appetizer (burrata 10/10) and the wine... we were expecting a hire level of cuisine.Dont get me wrong, is great, just not excellent like the were expecting up to that point. I had the Spaghetti Pomodoro and my GF had the Scaloppine di Vitello al Funghi e Tartufo.Would go back!

    I’ve been curious about this place (nice outdoor seatings that I pass by everyday) @santambroeus and finally walked in after work for dinner. Excellent service and really enjoyed each dish. Portion was actually pretty big so I could barely finish half of my entree after having the appetizers😅 The risotto of the day (truffles) was super delicious and flavorful, and the rice was cooked perfectly. Reminded me the risotto I had in Italy many years ago😍 Would love to come back!

    Best customer service from Carolina and Dana. Very kind individuals. They checked up on us very often and made sure everything was well. we’ve been here several times but so far this has been the best service so far and has motivated us to continue coming. It’s rare you get service in New York as good as Carolina and Dana provided.

Our daughter enjoys the food as well, with the simple yet balanced flavors.My favorite dishes are the fritto misto, mustard chicken with seasonal vegetables and also the steak. When I say fritto misto, I mean we order it every. single. time. For the prices at this restaurant, this dish is a really good deal for what you get. A good amount of really crispy fluffy batter fried.. tempura-like shrimp and vegetables. Honestly I need a a bowl of rice and dipping soy sauce to savor this dish but we love it anyway. I simply ask for balsamic vinegar to dip it in and it’s delicious. Close your eyes and eat kind of delicious.The first time we went there, they gave us a big blue sharing plate placed right in front of us. We didn’t know what it was for, but it made a great picture with our dishes and the sunlight always beaming into the windows when we are having dinner here.I’d recommend coming here even for the hazelnut cake or the princess cake. We also tried the pear sorbet and were wonderfully surprised by how distinctly pear tasting and gummy is the gelato.The best part about any dining experience is really who I dine with. Having a quiet meal with loved ones is one thing I enjoy here. Also not needing to be bothered with anything because the servers alway come by and take care of our needs.I can’t say enough about all the good experiences we’ve had here. We once complimented the food and the server said, The chefs know how to make it right and that makes my job easy.

    Came here for a date night and to celebrate a recent college graduation. The ambience of the restaurant was great for this occasion, very classy yet cozy. The dining room is well decorated and the round booths are nice and intimate for a date night.Our server Nick made us his specialty off-menu cocktail at our table and it was delicious. We ordered the Tartare di Manzo (filet mignon) for our appetizer, and we really liked the humus-type sauce that came with the dish.For our main, my partner ordered the Fettuccine alla Bolognese, which was good, but nothing to write home about especially considering it was one of the more expensive pasta dishes. I had the Gnocchi with zucchini (off-menu special of the day). As a gnocchi lover, I must say this is one of the best gnocchi dishes I’ve had, and the zucchini chips were really the cherry on top.We expected to order more but the portion sizes for the pasta were quite generous so we ended up being full after that. We were given a celebratory tiramisu as a graduation gift which was also delicious.Service was as expected for a place like this. Attentive and knowledgeable but not overbearing. We were also told congratulations for graduating by all staff we encountered which was nice attention to detail on behalf of the restaurant team. Overall a great date night. Would recommend.

    I stopped in on Sunday evening to wrap up my trip in NY. The staff was beyond welcoming and kind, shout out to the hostesses - inside and outside! I was even offered a blanket when the wind picked up.Food and drinks: Cacio e Pepe was cookies perfectly (chefs kiss*) abs the cocktails were very yum. Also the seeded bread was very hearty and good. Overall delicious and a solid stop that is made special by the staff. Highly recommend!
