I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Ox Wine Bar it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.I began with the Ginger Butter Oyster Mushrooms, which were perfectly sautéed and bursting with flavor.Next, the Dry Aged Ribeye NY Strip accompanied by ginger scallion sauce and pomme wedgesThe staffs knowledge and passion for wine were evident as they recommended a Pinot Noir from Oregon that paired wonderfully with my meal.The ambiance of The Ox Wine Bar is both cozy and sophisticated, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed evening.I highly recommend The Ox Wine Bar to anyone seeking a unique culinary experience in Brooklyn.Whether youre a wine enthusiast or simply looking for a great meal, this establishment is sure to impress.

Michelin (owner) very attentive and personable and same with Ken, Head Chef Sip, and Sous Chef Steven and Nick made it happen, with chef’s table service that was tailored, attentive and engaged. The food is delicious and the wine is comparable. Come by!

Really enjoyed a nice girls night here! the spot is so cute and has a nice mature evening vibe. the service was great. they are extremely knowledgeable about their wine selection and were able to recommend a wine for myself and my friend. the chopped cheese mac was yummy. only suggestion i would have is to put a sign on the actual door entrance to make it stand out. but i had a great experience and would def return!

Oh my goodness, I had the most amazing time from start to finish at this restaurant. My friend and I sat at the chefs table and were hooked from start to finish. The owner Michelin was warm, kind, and incredibly friendly. Black excellence! Additionally, Chef Sib and Sous Chef Steven were second to none. We ordered most items on the menu and the food did not disappoint! We even got an after hours snack- steak and cheese sandwich…. It was so good. Nick, our waiter was amazing. Great service and a beautiful conversation. Do yourself a favor and get there… now!

Great experience ! The team definitely knows its job. The wine menu covers 100% of the nuance you can taste in wine and pairs perfectly the food. Food is top, small bites, bouncy tastes, I recommend the crab salade and the Mac&cheese (super addictive). Cool vibes, from rap to soul intimate atmosphere - def a go-to-spot for a date or to have fun in the kitchen bar with the chef. Congrats to all the team !

Came with 3 friends. This is our go-to spot now. The music is on point. The interior design and vibe is perfect for a date night or double date. Ken is so knowledgeable about the wine selection. Just ask him for recs and you can’t go wrong. The entire team is great!!

I want to gatekeep this place, but I can’t. Safe space for black people who love great wine, especially natural.The food is also very tasty, space is beautiful. And honestly I don’t give easy reviews.So happy for this space, well done.

Pretty solid atmosphere with a nice selection of US winemakers.Food was nice, the Mac and cheese is for sure a must have. Pleasant addition to the neighborhood.
