I had the pleasure of dining at Tios Bistro and I must say, it was a delightful experience. My visit was completely improvised, but it turned out to be a wonderful evening of good food and great ambiance.To start, we decided to share the calamari as an appetizer. The calamari was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The accompanying dipping sauce added a burst of flavor and complemented the dish perfectly.For the main course, we opted for a burger and beef fajitas. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The toppings and condiments were fresh and added to the overall satisfaction of the dish. The beef fajitas were equally tasteful, with tender strips of beef, sautéed vegetables, and a delicious blend of spices.One of the highlights of our evening was the wine tasting event happening at Tios Bistro. The staff kindly offered us the opportunity to participate, and we gladly accepted. The wine selection showcased a variety of Spanish wines from the region of La Mancha. Each wine had its own unique character and taste, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the different flavors and aromas. The wine tasting added an extra layer of sophistication to our dining experience.The overall ambiance of Tios Bistro was warm and inviting. The food is the best I have tasted in a while, if ever. They layer flavors. There is the initial wonderfulness, and then there is a wonderful sensation of the rest of the ingredients making themselves known on your tongue. The hummus is to die for. Simple dishes like nachos and quesadillas are turned into delightful culinary experiences. I was reluctant to write this review because I do not really want everyone to know how incredible their food is. But, I cannot help myself. A wonderful place that is worth a subway ride if you do not live in the neighborhood.

I didnt have any food there, so I cant rate it. But the drinks were on point. Quinton, the manager, greeted everyone with a welcoming smile. The servers were very courteous, professional, and friendly. We shared jokes and laughter while enjoying the drinks. Very cool atmosphere, a perfect place to unwine after a long day at work.

The chorizo was kielbasa not chorizo. The chicken and beef were cooked nicely, but seasoning could have definitely been amped up. The red sauce they had on the plate tasted like unseasoned goya tomato sauce from a can.
