    Service was excellent. I wish I remembered the waiters name because he was highly attentive and informative. Food was served fast and fresh! Drinks were 5 stars. I will be returning soon. The main floor was packed so we were redirected to the sixth floor which had more availability and a pool! Very pleased.

    I am a girl who loves everything about Margaritaville! Always have always will! Even though we didnt stay at the hotel this time (we were in town for a produce show and had to stay at the host hotel), we had to go and have cocktails there! Beautiful place, great service! Great happy hour! Fins up!

    Good decant service , beautiful view, frozen drinks are amazing, on the rocks drinks can use little bit more love, me and my friend tried couple of them definitely not a fan!

    My experience here was fantastic! Started off with the fried pickles which were served with a homemade ranch. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and tangy on the inside. I also got a Caesar salad with shrimp. The salad was amazing, the dressing was homemade as well. The grilled shrimp were also seasoned to perfection. For dessert I got the key lime pie which was fantastic. Aside from the food, the ambiance was great. They had live music and the service was great.

    We were so glad to come across Margaritaville in Times Square. Go up to the 6th floor and you’ll discover LandShark Grill! The atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. We experienced exceptional service starting with the hostess and our very attentive and sweet server, Kevin. Since I couldn’t decide what to order Kevin gave me great recommendations for food and drinks. He did not disappoint! My son loved his popcorn shrimp and I enjoyed every bite of the Caribbean Burger. The watermelon margarita was definitely what I needed to cool off.Next time we visit NYC, we will definitely return to LandShark Grill.

    If you have a reason (or license) to chill, this is your spot! So welcoming, so relaxing, so friendly! Drinks are delicious. The manager, Carlton will make sure you have on the TV whatever youre interested in viewing! 5 star and if I could give more, I would. Bartenders are attentive and knowledgeable, thank you Crystal! Thank you for a fabulous time during trying times. Cant wait to come back.

    It was our first time in Lanshark and it was amazing. We started with some cocktails that our server recommended for us, also we took her advice about the food. Everything was amazing and on the top of everything Anida, our server, gave us the best service and we enjoyed every second there. For sure we will come back

    First time at LandShark and WOW! The space is beautiful and all of the staff was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. My server, Dylan, was the best! He was quick to acknowledge I was seated and took my drink order immediately and answered all of my questions efficiently. He gave me information about MargaritaVille and the hotel and even advised me that I could get a day pass for the pool on the deck! He was super attentive and brought my drink out so fast so I was able to sip while I decided on my meal. I opted for the seafood platter after Dylan recommended it and It was amazing!! The coconut shrimp was my favorite. The frozen margs are top notch! I was seated near the bar so I had a great view of the city through the floor to ceiling windows. It was a great solo date and Dylan and the rest of the staff definitely made a lasting impression! Will be returning very soon with friends and def will be getting day passes for the pool or maybe even book a room for a night. The vibe was chill and lowkey. Loved every minute at LandShark!

    Amazing Service. My Waiter was Gary and he was spectacular. Very professional and courteous. Was Very attentive to my needs. Food was tasty and delicious. My first time visiting Margaritaville here in Times Square NYC. I enjoyed the turkey Lunch they served. Very nice portions and amazing taste. Brought back memories from being with my family back in the days. Keep up the great work Gary. God bless🙏... I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant/Hotel Resort in Times Square NYC. Definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

    I attended a party here. I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was fun and not cheesy. I can’t tell you how the food is since I never ordered anything. But the vibes here are fun besides the elevator situation.

    Went on Monday. Nice staff, and good food. I wanted to check out this place for a while, and will visit their other restaurants next time. There is another rooftop bar upstairs. I was at the 6th floor bar with a pool outside.Really cute place.Only complaint is the on staff photographer took a pic, and it takes a long time for the photo to upload to the online site. But the photographer himself was very nice.

    We were promptly seated for lunch at a table overlooking the city below. Beautiful restaurant all around. The problem was, after being seated and given menus, 10-15 minutes had passed and no one came to our table (and it was just the two of us) to take our drink/meal order. So we decided to leave. At the elevators the same manager/boss man who escorted us upstairs was coming out, saw us, and asked why we’re leaving so soon and what had happened. We explained, as above. He apologized, asked us to come back, and told us lunch is on him. Wow. So we stayed and the food is really good. To our surprise the boss man not only comped our lunch but he picked up the whole check (including drinks). This was not necessary but greatly appreciated. I didn’t get to thank the gentleman, but hope to in the future, as we plan to visit Landshark Bar & Grill again.

    Went here for my birthday, so much dang fun! It was a beautiful day and the 6th floor views with open air by the pool were perfect. The drinks were refreshing. Our bartender John took care of us and was super efficient despite having 20 people to serve

    Service is personable and on point. Our server Dylan was attentive to our needs, checked in frequently and gave some great recommendations! Jazmin is such a sweet manager who took the time to ensure our time here at LandShark was pleasant and enjoyable. Always enjoy coming here after work to indulge in the frozen drinks on a hot day, which will creep up in you!

    This building has 3 reastaurants: Margaritaville, Tiki bar, and landShark. Specifically for this place. Nice atmosphere, the menu is not very big,but its possible to make some choices. So 🍸 🍹 🍸 great, too. The service is responsive, but very busy,sometimes we were waiting for a very long time.

    I had lunch here at the new land shark restaurant. I could not believe how amazing the pool is! I mean never thought you could ever go for a swim in the middle of Times Square. The food was fantastic, amazing burgers! Drinks were great, can’t go wrong with a perfect margarita sitting next to the pool. Service was friendly and fast. This place is incredible! I highly recommend to everyone!

    Its a restaurant at a comically laid back resort hotel in Times Square, so they probably could have gotten away with mediocre food but they actually go all out with their meals. Ambience is fun, view is good (though definitely head upstairs and check out the rooftop bar for an expanded view), staff is friendly. Also I went on a Wednesday and there was trivia with nobody else playing, so I ended up with a free meal about it--cant beat that!

    Jimmy Buffett has done it again! What a phenomenal time here last weekend. Every drink on the menu is a 10 and the manager, Carlton, runs a great operation and couldnt have been nicer. Highly recommend a tropical vacation here , Fins Up!

    Wow. If i could give this restaurant 6 stars I would. A place with the menu options and quality you expect from an NYC restaurant.     Ive just had a vaccination booster and wanted comfort food. The fish and chips here hit the spot. Im a Brit, so the fries werent perfect, but they were skin on and okay, so for fries worth the 5 stars. The fish was goujons rather than one large piece, which, with the nice batter, was lovely. I particularly liked the jalapeño tartar sauce.Im not sure how I feel about margaritas in a plastic cup, but they were tasty enough.

    In Timessquare for vacation. Ate here as we love Margaritaville restaurants! Land shark is the more casual pool area fare. Food did not disappoint. We had Rum runners and they did not skimp on the rum!! YUM! Prices are more than reasonable for a tourist area resort. Our waitress was awesome, shout out to Rebecca. Can’t miss her, she is the red head. Had a great time! The view was cool too. Would recommend!

    We came for Happy Hour. We love Dylan! The place was very busy, but Dylan was an amazing server. He acknowledged & updated us as he rushed from table to table. He was very attentive for someone who was so busy! Margaritas were ok, a bit too sweet, but the next round was better when we asked for less sweet drinks. Burger was good. Fish tacos, too.     After an extremely disappointing downstairs at the second floor restaurant/bar Margaritaville, my friend and I decided to give the Landshark bar on the 6th floor a try since they also offer food.What a night and day difference. Skip the second floor and go straight to Landshark. Both bartenders, John and Jared, were extremely amicable, attentive, and accommodating to us. They went out of their way to make sure our experience was both personable and pleasant. Good service should always be celebrated, as it is what truly makes or breaks a dining experience. Huge thanks to these guys for turning our night around for my friends birthday. The manager we spoke with upstairs at Landshark (whose name I did not catch) was also incredibly professional and personable. You could tell she takes her position seriously and honors customer experience. We were so appreciative of Landshark for salvaging our time at the resort. Be sure to come see these guys soon!

    The food and drinks were great. I had the jerk chicken wrap and my husband had the seafood combo and it was amazing. The drinks were amazing too I had the new drink cosmo getaway and it was delicious!! The service was amazing as well, our waiter was Ryan and he provided excellent service always checking in on us making sure we had everything we needed and with the biggest smile on his face at all times!! Would definitely come back for the food and drinks and for Ryan! Ask for him to be your waiter and get the cosmo getaway!

    Our experience last night was amazing. The waitress victoria recommend a perfect margarita and they were so tasty. I ate a chicken teriyaki bowl also recommend by the waitress and it was cooked to perfection. I would totally come back again for the atmosphere, service, drinks and food. Definitely my favorite venue in the building.

    We had such a fun time at the Margaritaville in Times Square, and the LandShark Grill was the best part! Our server, Kevin, was super sweet and attentive, giving us great recommendations. We headed up to the rooftop bar after for a great end to the night--well be back!

    New and still getting up to speed. Ive been to many Margaritavilles and this holds up well to the standard. Very good service and friendly staff. Seemed to have a little confusion with tables and service, but just a minor glitch. Very clean and safe environment. Feel it could use a little more of the Margaeitaville ambience and more decorating to build that atmosphere. Rooftop bar is great and good views. Worth checking out and great addition to NYC and Times Square. Missed the periodic playing of Margaritaville.
