    Recently moved to the city and stumbled into the bar and it has since become my go to. Chris was my bartender the first time and many after that. He has always remembered my name and what I drink and is prompt with service and a great conversationalist. Love this place!

    Best cheesesteaks and wings certainly in the WV. Maybe anywhere in Manhattan. I get delivery often and always hot and tasty. The real way to experience is to tuck in and enjoy at the bar. Philly pride runs thick, but I wore a Mets cap and came out as a friend.

    In the City and UGA is playing? Great place to come watch games. Maybe because its a Philly Bar the BullDawgs are welcomed. Great service and food. Glad we found this place.

    Philly up! You wont find a more authentic Philly cheese steak bar in all lower Manhattan. Classic bar fare with an extensive and customizable cheese steak menu (yes you can get it with wiz.) Uncomplicated classic layout. Looking forward to hitting this place up during Eagles season (go birds!) Great trivia Wednesday nights. Overall a much needed break from the normal NYC restaurant scene.

    Like this location better than FiDi downtown.Expansion! 3rd store coming.Went into see Euro soccer although Phillies Padres game on. Bartender very accommodative.     I still miss this place after moving to TX. Was a regular for over 5 years, just went back to visit and the new bar staff is still solid. house made Ranch, waffle fries, yuengling on tap, can’t go wrong. Still has a local bar feel! Owners are solid guys too

    This is a nice cozy place. They have a great menu with lots of variety. They have a few TVs. The booth we sat in actually had 2 TVs, a larger one up highand a smaller one at head level. The service was great and the prices are good too. I had a cheesesteak and waffle fries with cheese. I cant wait to go back and try some of the other menu options.

    Atmosphere of a NYC bar with the people and food of a Philly bar. This tends to be a neighborhood hang for people in the area. Not remarkable as a destination bar, the drinks are solid, well-priced, and usually come with a side of conversation. Ive had the wings several times and theyre pretty good, as bar food goes. Good for a casual stop or to visit with a few friends. They tend to be full at night in a good way and slower during the day. Once or twice, Ive had meetings there during daylight hours that went pretty smoothly.

    Stumbled upon this place while on a weekend anniversary getaway with my fiancé, and I’m so glad we did!Although it was March Madness and the place was packed, we were welcomed by two wonderful servers that tag teamed our table between refilling our drinks and checking on us the perfect amount. The two gentleman serving us on 3/19 made us feel like we were cared about on a busy money that was easy money for alcohol sales, they deserve praiseThe drinks were incredible. My fiancé isn’t much of a drinker- but ordered the Gin Limeaid and claimed it was the best mixed gin drink he’s ever had.The food is spot on. Since it was a busy night, the appetizer took some time to come out, but the entrees came immediately after which was perfect timing. We were enjoying the atmosphere so much the wait time wasn’t even a bother!10/10

    Very good philly style food here. They have several beers on tap and several different types of philly steak. Their dump bread was awesome! Not really sure how it compares to other dump breads since this was my first time having it though. I had the philly pizza steak and it was very tasty as well!

    Pretty good food for a bar recommend the cheesesteak. however if you just go in to eat and not to drink, me and my coworker both got really weird vibes. regardless of that the food was definitely several notches above standard bar fair.

    Had a salad and the garbage bread with broccoli. Loaded with broccoli if you’re into that. Like a Stromboli but with less bread. Bread is fresh baked on the premises.Service great and quiet little spot to sit and watch the world go by. Pricey spots around this part of the city but on balance this place is reasonable.

    Wogies is a relaxed Philly bar. Theyll have every Philly sports game on, plus great food. Their cheesesteaks are the best in New York (they make their own rolls). You can get it over french fries instead of in a roll. Their wings are awesome, and their owner and bartenders are great. Cant wait for the downtown location.

    Not from Philly (thank god) but definitely the best Chesesteak Ive had in the city. Regular with Whiz- you cant go wrong. Friendly staff and great location for when you get a craving for some of the chopped stuff.

    In Philadelphia they say Pats or Ginos. I say Wogies! Love the chicken cheesesteak sandwich, and can always catch a Philadelphia game (or even Pittsburgh). This is a dive, but when its not too busy, its its perfectly enjoyable to just hang for a sandwich and a couple beers. Come early, or late, and in the summer, grab an outdoor seat. The sandwiches wont disappoint.

    If you are looking for a place with decent food and drink specials that is rough around the edges then this place is for you. This Philly spot is known for there wings and cheese steaks. The wings are legit and they have good game time specials, however there are better cheese steaks in the city.

    Wogies is a great spot for games, beers, and satisfying eats! They are known for their cheesesteaks, but I ordered the buffalo chicken salad (pictured) and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of chicken included. The staff was fantastic - even though it was very busy, my waitress was very attentive and the kitchen was quick!

    Great spot in NYC if youre an Eagles fan or from Philly.     I walked in doubtful as there were very few patrons, but the waitress was quick to come by and very nice. Turned out the mild wings were amazing, so were the parmesan ones. The bluecheese could be creemier but I think it was on par with most places. Mid through I figured the few sticks of celeries were not going to cut it, so in order to be more healthy and have more veggies I ended up ordering French fries. They came in a huge basket and were perfectly fried, great! My husband also enjoyed his draft beer so much he ended up ordering it twice, unfortunately I cant remember which one it was.After we got our order the waitress was a bit harder to catch, possibly because of more people going to the bar.

    Wogges is a great place to hang out and they have good food the service is excellent the best thing to get to cheese fries with extra cheese! And fried mozzarella Balls!

    Although the cheesesteaks dont seem to be as carefully made as when they first arrived on the scene (or maybe the competition is coming on stronger than Rocky Balboa) Wogies is still one of my favorite sports bars to eat at in my neighborhood. Unless youre a fan of Philly teams or screaming avoid on days when any teams from their neck of the woods are playing.

    Great Philly bar in NYC. I go for the amazingly well cooked wings, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Their garbage bread is a real treat too!

    I came here with my fiance to satisfy his philly cheese steak craving and got two philly cheese steaks with cheese (duh...) and onions: one with provolone and one with wiz. From now on, I will always get wiz on my cheese steaks. Theres something about that fake (or not so fake) cheese that makes the cheese steak a little juicier. Anyways, his craving was 100% satisfied!This is a solid cheese steak. I really enjoyed the bread they make in house. However, I like my meat a little less dry and Id like to have more onions or juice to the cheese steak. This seemed like a healthier cheese steak to me. I am used to cheese steaks that have a little more grease. Besides the meat being slightly dry, it was a really good cheese steak.The waffle fries are good and sos the chili. It is a classic chili with a slight kick to it.The service was a little lacking but it was because there was 1 server to the whole place.Overall, I would definitely come back here again. I want to try the wings now. Everyone in the whole restaurant had some but us.

    Straight up philly bar. If there is a philly game of any sort on, and you are not into it, best to stay away and this place will be packed to the walls. The cheesesteaks, wings, and garbage bread are all very good.
