    The best thing about this lovely spot is that though they have a DJ, the music was never so loud that it drowned out conversation.All cocktails are $20, but most are also served as pitchers. Fairly limited menu of typical bar food, mostly good. Our fish tacos were soggy.But it has become a fave outdoor space.Make reservations.

    Decent rooftop bar with a view. Drinks are okay, but not spectacular nor very innovative which is to be expected. Service was friendly and professional.My only complaint would be that they religiously rim every cocktail with the same ingredients which makes them all seem similar.

    Very nice rooftop. Maybe the views aren’t the best but cocktails are great. The music is enjoyable and seats are really comfortable. The menu is digital and you can order your drinks online so there’s no need to ask a waitress to take your order. Prices are what you would expect in a NYC rooftop.

    Started off our night at ART SoHo and it set the night off right. Our server Jasmine was sweet and very helpful with the drink menu. the spicy margarita with mezcal was done right, and the espresso martini was legit. If you want a chill rooftop that isn’t stuffy go here.

    I had the best experience at ART SoHo! The staff were incredibly kind and Fred made the most delicious mocktail and drinks. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend/come back!

    I was at the Arlo Soho rooftop bar and the view of the sunset was amazing. The food is good, I recommend the pita bread, hummus, and guacamole. For drinks, I usually keep it simple but the watermelon spritz is pretty tasty.

    Arlo Soho is the beautiful and vibrant rooftop at the top of the A.R.T. Soho hotel with gorgeous views of the Hudson River and Freedom Tower. The rooftop is a year round venue perfect for date nights or casual hangs with the crew, with both indoor and outdoor seating. I especially like this spot because it has a young and fun vibe and also is reasonably priced.I came here for drinks and dinner with friends at sunset and it was dreamy. I love that the food menu ranges from shared bites to tacos and sandwiches, and I really enjoyed the chicken bites, guac and truffle fries. Check this place out and order a hibiscus spritz on a nice, sunny day!

    Stopped in randomly on a Friday evening without reservation. The views were nice, the rooftop itself was pretty spacious, and the prices were what I’d consider standard for NYC. Brenda was a great server! She ensured that my friend and I were taken care of and she did so with a smile. Sheila, the bartender, was rude. She was extremely slow to speak to us as we stood in front of her at the bar and even slower to take our orders. When we asked her to pay hours later, a coworker of hers said, “They want to pay,” and she verbatim responded, “They can wait.” It felt like she didn’t want to service us and that type of behavior is unacceptable from a bartender. As far as drinks, I had a Hennessy Sidecar that was amazing! All in all, I’d definitely go back, but with a reservation so that we have a designated place to sit.

    Came here for drinks on a Saturday evening. Tables were all booked so if youre looking to come on a busy night youd have to book in advance (unless youre okay to seat indoors).Prices for drinks were very reasonable, the music was good, and I felt that the median age of people who go there is about 22~23 years.Arlo hotel is pet friendly and it was nice to enjoy the rooftop with out Frenchie who stole many hearts :)

    Art Soho, a rooftop hotel bar, mainly caters to tourists and hotel guests. The service was friendly, although we experienced a considerable wait for our first round of drinks. Thankfully, the pace picked up after that initial delay.The menu includes a variety of mocktails, which we appreciated, though $14 for a non-alcoholic drink felt a bit steep. The other cocktails, priced at $20, were good but not great. While Art Soho might not be crafting the best drinks in the city, the vibe and outdoor setting make it a decent spot to relax.I wouldnt go out of my way to visit, but its nice to know its an option when youre in the area.

    Soooo it was my first time in New York and my fiancé and I really wanted to go up to a rooftop bar before leaving town. Service was unfortunately extremely slow. We had to ask the outside bar twice for our “server”. However - this spot is a hidden gem. The atmosphere, views, and drinks made this 5 stars. I will say- we went up in some super casual clothes and felt a bit out of place. So next time I would definitely go prepared and dress nicer.

    A beautifully decorated rooftop with okayish views. The way to order drinks was seamless and required no interaction with a waiter. All payments were through your phone. With plenty of vaccines available, I guess they are loosening covid protocols as a good amount of folks were standing around. The drinks were good but could be a little more stiff. Definitely a nice spot to hit up when the weather is warm.

    Newly renovated rooftop with craft cocktails and super friendly staff. Reservations are a MUST since they’re always busy. You might have to wait a moment to be sat since it is a highly sought after destination so just be a normal human being and be patient because it is definitely worth it. Incredible views of NYC too!

    Tamara was the best, she was so nice and helpful and I had a great conversation with her, she was so welcoming and kind. Waitress was very helpful and got us everything we wanted even when we were being a bit confusing at times. Didn’t try the food but the drinks were good.

    ART Soho is a great rooftop bar with solid appetizers and shareable plates (good shoestring french fries), a stocked bar (with expensive drinks...but youre paying for the view, even if its $11 for a spiked seltzer beverage), and lots of seating. When the weather is nice very few people are inside, and the outdoor area has lots of comfy seating. The staff is somewhat attentive, though we did have to flag people down multiple times to get water, etc. Overall though this is a great spot with a great view out west from Manhattan.

    We came for the first time for a girls night out at Arlo rooftop and had an amazing time!! The employees were friendly and attentive, views of the city are phenomenal. We ordered a Honeydew Royale, Strawberry Frose, Watermelon fizz and Five boroughs summer ale beer. Also we had truffle fries. Drinks were a bit expensive but totally worth it!! The portion of the fries were good and they were yummy! We stayed to see the sunset and it was beautiful. Before we left we had some delicious cookies. Music selection was awesome and not too loud. I definitely be back when I will visit NYC again!

    Such a cute, chill vibe. I had one of their seasonal drinks — the strawberry mai tai (it has some rhubarb in it) — and I love their shoestring fries with truffle aioli. There’s definitely not a view to brag about but there are cozy seats and little nooks that make the experience intimate + good music, and the staff are really nice.

    From start to finish, working with Arlo Roof Top to organize a cocktail party in their semi-private space was a pleasure. They were very clear, attentive, and easy to work with, and gave excellent hosting recommendations. Our server, Jo, was very accommodating. The cocktails were very yummy, the food was delicious, and there was enough range in the food menu for everybody. We tried just about everything on the menu and it was all good. Thanks Arlo Roof Top for such a fun evening for our crew!

    Gorgeous rooftop with great cocktails (try the sazerac) and sunset views but what made the experience special was Oma. From the moment we arrived she was attentive and professional going out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. When I lost my phone she responded immediately and again went out of her way to help me find it. Nothing was too much trouble for this energetic and delightful woman. I hope management appreciates how important an employees like her is to the reputation and success of the rooftop bar.We’ll be back and look forward to seeing Oma next time.

    I came with a friend to the A.R.T rooftop on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation and was greeted by Oma who offered us a table until the expected guest checked-in as things were very busy. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by how attentive and dedicated Oma was as she went out of her way to assist. I came back later that evening with a few other people and again Oma greeted us and offered us immediate assistance. Her excellent customer service and attentiveness led to our desire to return as patrons. Thank you A.R.T. and Oma, for allowing these tourist to have a very nice evening. Oma know that your hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed and are greatly appreciated.

    I have now visited ART SoHo multiple times and only post reviews when truly deserved. This rooftop patio deserves even more than 5 stars!Inside and outside, this bar boasts a spectacular vibe and atmosphere with super friendly service. I love how this bar doesnt just cater to hotel guests but youll find yourself mixing with locals as well.ART is brilliantly managed by Razel who keeps the wheels well oiled and in motion. I will continue to stay at Arlo Soho and frequent this rooftop as well as Foxtail and Lindens on the main floor when Im visiting Manhattan.Special mention must go to Matteo and Amanda who are spectacular and very accommodating behind the bar.

    My friend and I came here after dinner for a drink to watch the sunset — the cocktail we ordered was delicious, the view was fantastic, the ambiance was lively, and the staff were all nice! Joe is the person who took care of us. Joe was very accommodating, gave us good suggestions and had such a positive attitude, which is always appreciated! Even though they were super busy, he made sure to check on us all throughout the time we spent at our table. Loved his energy! Arlo rooftop was a good time and I am sure I will be back throughout the summer.

    On yesterday Sat 6, 2024 evening time. One of your night front desk employee last name Williams, he is awesome!! He had shown me around front lobby of hotel and given me run down what all services hotel has to offer. He also taken me up stairs to rooftop bar. Great bar tenders and the drinks was awesome.     The vibes here are immaculate . The music is modern but not blasted at over-the-top volumes. Overall, the air is one of sophistication and relaxation in chic accommodations with friendly staff and a super-tasty menu to choose from. Giancarlo at the bar make a kicker Mango Swizz. This all without even mentioning the open-air that can make for a killer sunset spot.

    Always love visiting the rooftop at Arlo. Great drinks, great food, and great ambiance. I recommend the tacos and the maple& fig old fashioned… among many other things. Ask for Katelyn or Naomi if you want to have a friendly, fun, and personable experience!

    Summer is here!! Came here to nibble and have some drinks in the sun and it was WONDERFUL!! Joe was our server and took amazing care of us. Definitely make a reservation cause the place was PACKED and no reso = no seats! Drinks and food were fantastic!

    We visited the rooftop bar while staying at the hotel & we loved it. The view is amazing especially at sunset. All very comfy & really nicely decorated. The Arlo margarita is delicious & the manager Oma is the kindest person!

    What amazing service and such a fun place! The hostess was a doll, navigated a table for us outside, and when it was time for the party who reserved it to arrive, she had held another table for us. Waitstaff equally attentive and gracious, didn’t even finish thought of needing a new cocktail and she was right there. Staff even stopped restocking at end of night to adjust lighting (unrequested, I swear, but awesome attention to detail!) and snap pictures for us. Brenda and Oma made our visit to ART perfect!

    I traveled from detroit to nyc for a simple event when I say everything went wrong it was all a bad time but this place was amazing I had a meal during the evening and I had the most wonderful you server. I believe her name was Kdishia her energy was so down to earth and nature that I got my spirits together and had great food and went on to close an life changing deal things went so much better after my visit here great place to stay and eat all the staff are kind and caring.

    Stop by this location for the first time. Heard some amazing things about Arlo rooftop so i decided to stop in. Once I arrived to the floor I was greeted by a very nice young lady name Kadisha whom then escorted me and company to our seat. After my encounter with her another young lady name Omotola greet me and my company and proceeded to answer all questions we had about menu.the food and drinks was delicious . The atmosphere was warm.omotola was very personal always making sure we was ok. I’ve been to many of restaurants and never encounter someone as pleasant and outgoing as these two young ladies.. I will be returning customer.Thank you Arli rooftop for an amazing staff. You guys rock❤️❤️

    Great experience at this venue for a private event. Staff was very accommodating and all food/pre-ordered drinks were right on time and they let us hang out at our reserved spot all night. Roberto and Cate were amazing servers- very attentive, gracious and helpful. Would recommend!

    Nice spot with both indoor and outdoor bars and tables which was nice if you wanted to quickly cool off. The pricey cocktail pitchers were a bit much but they were advertised as super refreshing so hard to resist. Nice views and good setup where you are not sitting on top of others

    Hosted a huge event with 20 people and the host, wait staff, and entire team at Arlo were amazingly helpful and patient. The food was all delicious and served hot and fresh. Drinks we bountiful and elegant (and delicious). We were given free rein to move about the rooftop, to stand and mingle, and it could not have been a better time.

    Omg, Oma is the best!!! We were there with a large group on a beautiful Thursday evening (without reservations!) and Oma was super pleasant, friendly and accommodating. She was able to squeeze us into a couple of tables that had no-shows.The rooftop is AMAZING! Super beautiful, great vibe, great views, super fun. And thankfully Oma was there to save the day and make us feel welcome, all with a friendly demeanor and a beautiful smile! :)

    Great rooftop bar with decent views of the city. Its an excellent place to watch the sunset on a summer night, and its nestled away just north of Tribeca which limited the crowds. It is a bit pricey but we were able to split a few bottles among friends and get out without too much damage.

    HIDDEN GEM 🤫. EXCEPT . . . Not into this order-by-scan. What is this? A variation on “fast food night out?” I know there is a new normal but come on! There are ways to take orders with a personal service touch and not be anymore at risk than when you bring the drink! Plus! The same prices when you have to figure it out yourself, not able to ask questions while ordering? AND same 18-20% tip? We as a society can decide how far things will change and how much others will take advantage. Otherwise? One of the most beautiful, non “touristy” rooftops and view of the sunset in the city. Also! Get the HOTEL SANDLEWOOD SPRITS BOTTLE! A little pricey but a lot of goes a looong way and it is to die for scent!
