    If youre ever in the mood for one of the best steak dinners ever and a good time, Bartley Dunnes is a MUST!!! I was dancing from the second I sat down until I finally left. The restaurant is beautiful, with a very lively atmosphere, delicious food, tasty drinks, and great options that ensure you get your moneys worth. I had their girl dinner offer, which gives you bottomless drinks (choice of 6) for 90 minutes for $30 with the purchase of 1 main dish or 2 appetizers. I had their steak frites as my main dish, and it was easily the best steak Ive had in NYC. The cracked peppercorn brandy sauce was absolute perfection, and the fries were delicious and well seasoned!!This has definitely been added to my favorite spots!! And I cant wait to visit them for their Bottomless Brunch and Martini Monday!!!

    I had an amazing experience! I am visiting from GA and had a wonderful time at Girl Dinner! My server Jamie, was super attentive and very helpful. He gave amazing recommendations and took great care of me! He was super quick and very friendly! I hope to see Jamie when I visit again!

    I went in for a quick dinner and some drinks with friends. Our waitress, Leah, was fantastic and recommended these delicious raspberry cocktails! If you are looking for a spot with great food, drinks, and vibes it’s definitely worth checking out! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks again Leah!

    If you find yourself in the city on the weekends, I miss out on Bartleys for an Irish brunch.Bartleys is the place to go in the for an Irish breakfast roll…would also recommend the must-try chicken fillet roll, which tastes exactly like the ones you would get at home in the deli - unreal. My trip to Bartleys would not be complete without picking up some Club Orange and too. If you want Irish food but can not make it to Ireland, this is your best option in NYC.

    This is a must check out spot in midtown! We happened upon it by accident and we were so pleasantly surprised and happy we ended up there. Food was yummy, best espresso martini I’ve ever had, and all the staff including the bartender were so sweet. Please check out this great pub! Can’t forget to mention their Christmas decor was super cute and they have happy hour and brunch deals!

    Came here with friends before a show! Brilliant, excellent even location wise for any broadway theaters. Wow I have to admit I have not had service like I had last night in a long time. Our server Sorcha was the perfect balance of personal and attentive without being overbearing. Her gorgeous outside was matched by a heartwarming center. Will return time and time again just for her. Conor also was fab, knows how to make sure people have a good time- his accent was quite intense tho and wouldn’t stop talking about some place called dubin. Loved them all…

    I was looking for a bar just like this one! Super cozy atmosphere and great cocktail selection, they also made and amazing South Side and Espresso Martini. The food was amazing!! We went on a Martini-Monday and prices were good (: I’ve been thinking all week about going again!

    Really good place to have some properly prepared cocktails. Food is not bad as well, tried their buffalo wing and truffle parmesan fries. Overall I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for good drinks, good bar food and cozy atmosphere complimented by a really good service.

    Update...was finally able to try Bartley Dunnes. The food was great, the service at the bar was excellent, and the renovation of the restaurant was done beautifully. Ill definitely be returning!...Ive eaten here a number of times under the old ownership and had always had good experiences. Stopped by the other day to try the new spot out for lunch, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at the time. The renovation from the outside looking in appears to have come out great. Looks like a nice, sophisticated place to have some pub food and drinks. I cant wait to try this new establishment, Ill be back!

    Our experience was truly made great by Andy M. He was so thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He made excellent suggestions and went above and beyond. We went back a couple nights after our first visit this week because of Andy M. The drinks he suggested were fantastic and the dishes were great also. We will definitely return here when we visit in the future.

    I had the roast beef dinner which they specially served as it was off the menu due to the timing but the lovely waitress requested with the kitchen and they were very nice to make the dinner.Lovely meal but the gravy has a little different kick and not agreeable with me.Unfortunately I misread the dissent menu and asked for the Tiramisu at $12 as I was curious to the taste it … it’s unfortunately a Tiramisu Brownie, rock hard brownie with cream on top.It’s unfortunately not the Tiramisu Nick Hornby the writer wrote about “To put this achievement in context: this is like one guy coming up with the Theory of Relativity, KingLear and Sgt Pepper, all at once.”The restaurant itself has wonderful amusing images surrounding the establishment with great bar and wonderful service.

    Great bar near the Theater District with lovely service. We were looking for a nightcap in the area but we didn’t want a corporate, sterile, hotel bar. The interior is intimate and nicely designed and has plenty of tables as well as seating at the bar. Fun music and a good vibe but not so loud you can’t talk. Nice selection of beer, wine and cocktails as well as some higher end NA sodas.

    This place is truly UNFORGETTABLE ! Service, atmosphere, and drinks selection , all contribute to make this a great place! The music playing was at the perfect tempo. The buffalo chicken slider was all about bold tanginess, and the salt bae cafe was so textured. The commercial art on the walls looked really interesting.

    Was there yesterday Sunday the 9th of July. The place was busy, service was incredible. Choice of drinks is one of the best in the city. Irish guys owned and ran. One of the best bars in New York in my opinion and 100% the best new Irish Bar I have been in. Tastefully decorated. Community feel. The team were absolutely amazing.

    Bartley Dunnes absolutely exceeded my expectations!! Sorcha was the server for my group of friends and she went absolutely above and beyond! She was so funny and lovely as well as excellent at her job. Very fast service and she had really great knowledge of the food menu - I have dietary restrictions and she made sure I felt safe eating there. Make sure to get the Bayside Mule…. I’m obsessed!!

    Came here on a Friday night recently with 20 of my friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. I got in touch with the bars event coordinator in advance to make sure we had a space for all of us. We didnt have a minimum to meet, and the coordinator was super responsive to make sure we had everything we wanted. The vibe was incredible. Disco hits all night long and we stayed until nearly closing. Some of our friends ordered food and enjoyed it, though I cant personally speak for anything except the slice of decadent cheesecake they presented to me with a birthday candle. Truly felt like I got stellar class treatment for our group! The bartenders loved us, and we loved them! Def coming back next time we visit NYC. Such a fun place!

    Stumbled on Bartley Dunnes on a recent visit to NYC. Brand spanking new bar and Boy is this place spectacular.Amazing decor, awesome throw back vibe to 70s 80s Dublin meeting modern NY..Whoever designed this place nailed it.Great food and cocktails and probably the best pint of Guinness I’ve ever had in NYC.The staff were wonderful.. I didn’t want to leave!! Definitely coming back here!Update.. Stopped by for a second visit today, place was hopping, Bartenders never missed a beat, great atmosphere!Great menu too with plenty of options I liked but I’m a big flatbread fan and hands down the Italian Sausage version here is the best I’ve ever had anywhere.Seriously delicious!!

    We just got some drinks no food and we didn’t have a reservation, but managed to grab a table on the street. Staff were super nice, helpful and polite. I can’t give top marks for the Guinness, but I don’t know if it’s possible to get a good Guinness in America 🤷‍♀️.

    I am not the type of person that drops reviews at every place I go. I might have to admit that most of my reviews are for the most pathetic, poorest, worst service or food possible. That is not the case here.A co-worker and I decided to pop in for a quick bite and a drink, and I was blown away. Between the quality of the flavors, both liquid and substance, the atmosphere was great. The food and a perfect blend of flavors. I tried the wings and the nachos. I am not a wings guy, but damn they were good. Well cooked and great flavors. The nachos had an extravagant mix of flavors, and they blended very well together. I would highly recommend both.As for drinks…I can’t tell people what to drink but you must try the Sea Bae Cafe. The notes of flavor will knock you off the Barstool. Damn good drink.

    The Raspberry Beret was great, but the bartender-recommended Salt Bae Cafe was absolutely delicious! My brother and I ended up getting two each, and the chocolaty, Espresso flavor made the cocktail taste amazing.The bar itself has few reviews as of writing, so we thought it might be newer. Happy to add another positive opinion of Bartley Dunnes to their reputation. The service was attentive, despite the place being relatively busy during a Thursday night near Times Square.I also had a glass of Guinness on draught, and it tasted so good and creamy! Happy to see they also had Smithwicks on tap, as well.The bar is small, but accommodating with tables for groups. We did not use the restroom while visiting, so I cant comment on its maintenance. Drinks are expensive generally, especially in Times Square, so plan accordingly. Both the Raspberry Beret and the Salt Bae Cafe were $18 each, and the Guinness was $10, to give you an idea of what youre likely to pay.Overall, if youre in Times Square, I can wholeheartedly recommend Bartley Dunnes for a night out, and especially their Salt Bae Cafe!5/5 stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
