    From the food to the service 5 stars all around! Great views outside. The prices are a little high but the food is amazing. The sliders were delicious and the burger was as well. It was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The mac and cheese was so delicious. The portion sizes were just right. The beer on draft had a good selection with a couple of local beer options in there. Definitely a must try place if you are in the area looking for a refreshement , finger food or a nice dinner.

    Came here just to have drinks with my wife after watching a Broadway play. The views are great they have a huge outside terrace. It was raining but we still went outside to take some great pictures after we enjoyed our drinks. They make them nice and strong. We also could resist getting the duck fat fries. They were delicious. It was a little hard to find because its inside of a hotel. But everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly.

    The bar opened at Noon, we were there on a Saturday.The bartender was kind and made a great drink.It is at the third floor of a hotel.In the summer or on a warmer day it has a nice place to sit outside on the deck or you can see on to the street and some of the billboards.I had the passion fruit margarita $19 and my Bestie had the Cabaret gin and tonic $20, with tip $50.I would not necessarily need to go back, but it was a nice quick visit for a drink before our show.

    Perfect bar to see the city lights. Went in October and was glad I had a coat and earmuffs on hand but being out in the cold also meant less people which was just as good. Just far enough away from time Square to see everything but not close enough so it was over crowded and packed.

    Thank you for your service everything was delicious. We were a little skeptical on the spinach artichoke dip because it looked different from what we normal get else where but it was the star of the show for me 😋 absolutely delicious especially the sprinkle of red pepper flakes on top. I’d get that time and time again :)

    We dined as 2 couples. Lovely spot Penne Pasta Alfredo x2 and Beast Burger x2. Food was excellent. Cocktails who you gonna call where really enjoyed by the wives. Got another 2 and sat on terrace to watch the lights and bustle of Broadway and times square. Will definitely be back. Would actually love to stay at M-Social on our next visit to NY but appears online that they are booked out for next 2 years around this time of year (November) 😪😪

    Great place to grab a drink and some snacks, come early if you want to sit outside (we walked in around 6pm and there was still some available sits on the rooftop), drinks and food are great also the service is super friendly

    Wife made a reservation a few days in advance and requested a nice table for my 50th birthday dinner. When we arrived, we were seated right away and they gave us the table closest to the view of Times Sq (the area that had the words Its a lifestyle on the window)! The wait staff was friendly and took care of us, the food was great, the views were spectacular and they even comped us the cheesecake for my birthday! Fabulous 1st time experience, would definitely come here again! Thank you for everything!

    Searching for a place to celebrate a teenage birthday and Beast & Butterflies popped up and was the best thing to happen for this occasion. From inquiry to end of event, I received nothing but exceptional service and hospitality. The hosts including Victor were phenomenal to waiter who ensured we were all happy and satisfied. What was also great was assistance with dish recommendations. We had the following and all were a hit:CalamariArtichoke spinach dipFrench fries (truffle and regular)Chicken bitesBuffalo wingsGuacamolePizzaSlidersChocolate mousse & vanilla ice creamThe view of Times Square was a hit and weather was pleasant which allowed dinner party to take pictures and enjoy the view. I HIGHLY recommend Beast & Butterflies- you will not be disappointed and will get more than you what you expected which is always a win for me. Thank you!

    I had an incredible experience at Beast & Butterflies, located atop M Social. I treated myself to a solo lunch date, and it exceeded expectations.Ambiance: 5/5The soothing music and stunning daytime lighting created a relaxed atmosphere.Food: 5/5The Beast Burger was delicious, and the Truffle Fries were absolute perfection! Crispy, flavorful, and addictive - the best truffle fries Ive ever had.Drinks: 3.5/5I tried the Strawberry Fields drink, which was a bit on the bitter side for my taste. While not my favorite, it wasnt bad either.Highly recommend trying the truffle fries when you visit!Will I return? Absolutely!

    Victor is amazing and made our Sunday night amazing. Great music , great drinks, great company. Try the uptown girl for something tart but on point. And the victor slow jam w/ love is amazing. Watch yourself on that one. Again amazing all around. Thank you Victor

    Amazing rooftop bar and restaurant close to Times Square.Its part of a hotel, but outside guests are welcome.Great place to enjoy some cocktails and bites to share.Service is very kind and professional.Definitely worth several visits if you have the chance.

    We arranged a surprise proposal for my friends at this location. Victor, George and their team could not have been more supportive and accomodating. With a beautiful view of Time Square as the backdrop, she said yes and the cake was served on queu. Awesome venue, awesome staff awesome night! Thank you guys for making this night extra special.

    Perfect views of Times Square in this rooftop bar. Drinks are pretty good. I was able to walk around the rooftop and take pictures. Great spot for people watching while having drinks!

    Its located inside the M Social Hotel. The entrance is on 52nd street and its necessary to take the elevator to get there.This is one of my fav spots in the area. Perfect to grab a drink after work at night and enjoy a great view, or to spend a nice fun evening with friends.The service is very good, they always treat me friendly, even when theyre super busy.Sometimes they have Dj or live music on weekends, so the vibe gets lit. I love the environment in there.The enviroment is also family friendly, my friends 10 years old kid had a great time playing video games with other kids in the hotels lobby.The food is ok for a snack. They dont have many vegetarian options, so i tried the creamy spinach deep, nothing special, probably the other dishes are much better tho.The prices are standard, remember its in a touristic area. Tap beer around $10. Glass of wine usually $14 to $18Bathrooms are 10 of 10, big and clean, with good mirrors and lights for selfies, appreciate that.Ill keep defenetly going back.

    This is the rooftop bar at the M Social Hotel on W 52nd. Take the elevator to the hotel lobby and walk past the check in. They have a nice view of Times Square without the overpriced coctails and food. If youre seeing a broadway show like Gatsby or Wicked, this place take reservations and can get you in and out quickly. I would let them know since most people tend to linger and enjoy the views. Their light crispy and tender fried calamari, fall off the bones sticky ribs and charcuterie platter are what I have had and can say was delicious on the menu. The coctails were good the times I had it. Definitely worth it for the view alone

    Awesome spot!! Amazing views of Times Square and surprisingly chill! I went on a Thursday evening and it was not crowded at all. I could pick any seat I wanted along the terrace. I believe it’s free seating so you can sit wherever is free and a waiter will come over. Because it’s in the hotel’s lobby (the lobby is up several floors!), you could probably come up here just to take a few gorgeous pictures even if you don’t have time for a drink. I’d absolutely recommend it to folks wanting a lovely view of Times Square in a quiet, chill, environment. I don’t think they take reservations, but it really doesn’t seem like you need them. So much space. I would absolutely come back and bring people.

    Highly recommend for great views of Times Square from a rooftop perspective.🦋Staff were all welcoming🦋 entrance is small, takes you straight to elevator and then from there you go to the lobby which you can stay inside and/or outside🦋 great lounge areas.🦋 there’s a service section and non service section-loved that🦋 many options for food & drinks🦋Great open space, definitely make your way here, even if it’s just for drinks & views

    Had a fun time with my friend celebrating our July Birthdays. We had chips with salsa and guacamole to start. I had penne Alfredo and she had Caesar with salmon. All very good. They surprised us with a birthday slice of cheesecake.We had a great seat by the window with views of Times Square. Service was great from start to finish.Only downside was huge line for elevator up to lobby and restaurant.

    Came here on a Friday night with a group of 6 after watching the Dodgers/Yankees game and I just gotta give it up to them they were great especially Kevin the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure our group had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. We made reservations for the virtual golf rooftop experience and were not disappointed. The food was good we had a couple margarita pizzas, artichoke dip and calamari which was really good and the drinks were on point. I can’t forget about the rooftop views, I mean come on 👌 Overall great experience here would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a good time .

    I went to New York last July 2024… After watching a broadway show we headed to Beast and Butterflies for dinner. The Time Square view was amazing ! I can even see the New year ball!     We reserved this restaurant. Not really required for an early dinner (4pm). Outside is not reservable, though, so be sure to request outside if you want the rooftop deck. Lovely view straight to Times Square. Food is high end, very delicious. Just be sure to ask about differences from regular served options such as mac and cheese if you are choosing for a kid.

    Easy to find the building. You enter through the main doors, its a pretty small entrance. You take the elevator on the right to the lobby. The lobby is beautiful Walk past the reception area and head towards the bar. The restaurant is down a few steps, (lower level near bar area) there also outood seating with awesome views of times square unfortunately we did not sit outside due to the cold and overcast. Drinks were very good. Food was not bad. Healthy menu options and portions werent too small nor too big. I would come back here.

    A real hidden gym in the heart of Times Square. Almost directly across the street from the August Wilson Theatre, we decided to stop in before our show and grab some dinner and drinks. The food was fantastic, the drinks were fantastic but what really set it apart was the superb service we received. The bartender, the host and the waiter were all top notch and I can’t recommend them highly enough.. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere and the views of Times Square are wonderful. You should visit this place!

    What an amazing experience, absolutely loved visiting this bar. The service was fantastic - shoutout to Chris the bartender who had amazing recs for drinks and was so kind.     Restaurant and bar on the hotel lobby level. Had a dinner here, but you can stop by for drinks only with amazing view on Times Square from the terrace.Service is not very friendly, but quite alright for a tourist place. Prices are just above average. Ordered NY steak medium rare, it came just as ordered, juice and with crispy crust.The wine (Malbec) was horrible, cocktails are alright.

    I simply love this place, one of my favorite spots in NYC! It is a rooftop bar and restaurant in a hotel, where you can enjoy some food and drinks either the indoor or outdoor sittings. I went there 4 times in 2 weeks with my boyfriend, just to enjoy some nice cocktails and take in the Times Square view, which is phenomenal! I recommend it 💯%!

    This bar is inside of a hotel.It’s modern and simple bar you can chill and relax. I love their sitting area inside. They also have outdoor sitting so you can take in the Manhattan view.The drinks are good as expected.*I think you can just wake in if you are going drink quickly. There are open space where you can seat.

    Beautiful views. It was very busy and the wait was a bit for our first drink. The bartender was great and made some amazing cocktails. Dj was playing a variety of music. Was very laid back when I was there. Get there early if you want a rooftop seat because people stay awhile.

    I went there for a good cocktail and the incredible view you can get on NY city streets/Time Square. The drink was perfectly crafted and balanced and the view was, indeed, worth the stop there. The indoor is vaste and chic decorated but the outdoor terrasse is definitely worth spending a little more on your drink for a moment with this view.

    An excellent restaurant and place for the whole family. Beautiful place, wonderful and friendly staff and service, high-quality prepared and fresh food. Everywhere is clean and tidy. There is a place to relax, a place to play games for children and adults. There is a separate bar, where you can order any drinks. Beautiful view from the balcony, where you can also sit outside. Super high-level environment and organization. We had the great pleasure of spending our twins birthday. I highly recommend this restaurant and place to everyone. I will definitely come again to this wonderful place.

    Great spot. Desk service at check in was very friendly. Rooms had all the features and obviously the hotel is in a great location. The lobby is vibrant and lively. The pours at the bar were ample and of course the time square view on the deck is fantastic.

    Come here for the views of Times Square! We had all intentions of getting a drink here but the service outside seems to be a little busy/slow. So we had a nice free beautiful view instead! Anyone is welcome into this hotel lobby and at the restaurant bar. I suppose you can grab a drink inside and take it outside but the inside wait staff said wed had wait service outside so we didnt do that.

    Had a great dinner with a view on Time Square. The deco is tasteful, the cheesecake is delicious and I had the pleasure to be served by Yvens! Amazing waiter, he spoke to us in French since we are from Montreal. He was friendly and made us have a good time. I highly recommend!

    Best observation ledge of times square. Its all free and you can get drinks at the bar. There are also mounted binoculars for you to use for zooming in closer to the action below. Inside there are games to play and plenty of seating if not reserved. A very cool find inside a hotel.

    Nice evening out with the fellas to grab some drinks and explore NYC. The ribs was DELICIOUS as well as the chicken. The duck fat fries didn’t taste like typical duck fat fries….I think the server may have given us regular French fries by mistake but no biggie.We originally requested to sit outside but we were told that it was not possible. So it would be nice if there were some outdoor seating this time of year with heaters if possible in the future. Great view of Times Square.The service was alright, we had to wait a while just to place our order in and wave to get the attention of our server. He seemed like he had better things to do or maybe overloaded with too many tables. Other than that, we’d come back.

    Show up, sit wherever you like, gaze out the window, watch the hustle and bustle of Times Square, and order cocktails until your heart is content! This place is a hidden gem in the city and I love it.Im a huge fan of the lobster roll, crab cake, and the cocktails. The mixologist on duty definitely understood the assignment :) and our server was attentive and pleasant.

    Visited last night and the server E. Yvens, sorry I cannot for the life of me remember his first name, was phenomenal. If you’re visiting Manhatten you have to check this place out. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the servers are attentive, drinks and food are amazing, and you can’t forget about the amazing view! I’d give it 10 out of 5 stars if I could.
