    Nice place to pop in and get a good bite to eat and be close to so many things. Got the South of the burger and fish and chips. Meat needed seasoning, but was a good combo with everything on it. Fish and chips was OK, the fish needed to be cooked a little slower, but overall was a good meal for a decent price. Atmosphere in the place is pretty cool, go check out this place.

    The location of the bar near Rockefeller makes it necessary to make a reservation beforehand (we used open table site for that). The bar is like a typical sports and burger joint, a little classier. For us, as tourist, it looks really nice and the atmosphere is quite good. Service was quick and the servers were amicable. The food is good, as expected, but nothing over the top. Prices as we thought, not that high if you think of the area. We spend 60$ (and left 10$ tip) for 2 burgers with fries, a beer and a cola. Water is on the house. They messed up our order because we order just one side of fries and we got two, but I did not complain, I understood it was really packed and hectic in there.

    Great burgers in a typical sports bar. Very tourist crowd. The margarita was decent. The blue cheese was delicious. A lively bar. Best to come here with friends.

    I had the ultimate cheeseburger, and my husband had the classic cheeseburger. The portions were big, so we shared fries and onion rings. The food was delicious.Also, our server asked if we had an event to go to because we were dressed up, and he pushed our order through so we would have time to eat and get to the event.I would recommend this place if youre a fan of burgers, fries, and onion rings.

    If you like burgers (I suggest the Killer B’s for sharing) and shakes then you should definitely check this place out. The fries and onion rings were underwhelming along with the service. This place is also touristy, but knowing all this ahead of time you can say you have been warned. A bright spot is the restaurant is extremely spacious, bright and fun.

    We were doing the whole city visit for the holidays - with everyone else in the world. We walked in and the place was literally standing room only. We were two families for a group of 8 and had no illusion of getting tables near one another, let alone together. We were told 45min for the first possible table, and then the next family would get the next table. We figured walking in the cold would only delay similar results at all the other packed restaurants. About 25min later the little buzzer lit up and wonder of wonders they had a spot for all of us at a couple tables pushed together. Service was prompt and kept on top of my water glass - which is a feat. Food came out fast. Good burgers. Good fries. All of the staff was friendly despite the place being completely mobbed. 8 meals, 4 sides, and a couple beers for ~$220. I wouldnt hesitate to stop in again.

    Had a blast at Bills Bar & Burger. I visited during new year week and it was pretty crowded. Glad they had a full service bar and i slipped right in as i went there by myself.The milkshakes and burgers were awesome. The sweet potato fries were out of the world. I ordered their custom made Veggie burger patty and it was amazing. I dont eat meat but if you are a meat lover, this is your burger point right in the heart of new york.

    Cool place and super kid friendly. The food is so/so. We had 6pm dinner reservations on Saturday Dec 6th. The place was PACKED!!! We got seated at 6:03pm (party of 5). I made my reservations about 4 weeks ahead of time. The food came out fast. The drinks were cold. My kids loved the shakes!!! I would go back, but probably try some other places. It’s awesome they take reservations so you can have a place to eat (especially with kids). The bathrooms were the worst parts. The women’s room had a super long line the entire time and my wife said it was gross. The men’s room was busy and nasty. Not sure what they could do to keep up with it though… maybe have a full time attendant for each?We would go back, but maybe try to explore another option too…

    Excellent location next to Rockefeller Plaza, nice restaurant with bar and great Happy Hour with half price Appetizers and craft beers. Friendly service. We had chili chips, boneless wings and sliders, they were decent for the happy hour price.

    We found this place while walking around Rockefeller Center. It wasn’t crowded so the service was pretty quick.They informed a person in our group that the Turkey burger was not available so long after we ordered that the rest of our food arrived right after she placed her new order. So she had to sit there and watch us eat while hers was prepared.The food was delicious though and my daughter devoured the milkshake.

    Great burgers in NYC! Always very crowded and therefore recommended to book a table upfront otherwise you might have to wait up to 1h during busy times. Nevertheless, food is served quickly and no long waiting times.

    I visit this establishment on March 16,2024. The wait time was only fifteen minutes which was good because they had many customers who were coming from St. Patricks Day.(Did not realize that was happening that day)I came along with my teenage son to celebrate his Pre-birthday(its on March 20). The young lady who service us started off a bit grumpy but slowly got a bit better. I want to say overall the food and ambience was good. What upset me about my visit is I gave her my card to pay and she comes back saying its decline, before she came back saying this to me I got a message/text from Credit Card company saying this transaction has to insert the card and not tap. I explained that to her and she says with an aggravation in her voice that she tried everything. I gave her another card but what if I did not have another card. Overall when I got outside I called the bank only to confirm with them the message from the text. I was embarrass by her assuming my card was not working and thus lie I could not give a perfect rating.

    Went there after an event at Rockefeller Center and had a great meal. We had the Fat Cat burger with sweet potato fries and Fish sandwich with onion rings. Every thing was excellent, especially the sweet potato fries. I asked for them extra crispy and wow! They are probably the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy and soft inside.

    Absolutely mouthwatering burger!Had the ranch burger and my wife the wild buffalo burger, and both were absolutely delicious!They have a super large selection of craft beers (dozens of options of bottles), and cocktails as well.All burgers are super customizable, with multiple sides options (at least 3-4 of fries, onion rings, salads).

    Restaurants is located right next to Rockefeller Center and Lego store. Rather large location, that has 2 floors. Staff is friendly. Had a few UPAs and beer downstairs was not as cold on tap as upstairs. My burgacon cheeseburger was good, but fires were average. Daughter did like her sliders and wife enjoyed her Swiss cheeseburger. Definitel a good place to eat if your in the area, especially to watch a sporting event.

    Top notch and tasty burger joint in mid Town! I believe this to be a chain, but one I am very happy to have visited. Great, flavorful burgers with lots of additional options to kick the up a notch. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, and shakes were really special. If it was in my neighborhood, I would visit regularly.

    Honestly, all around great. Food served hot and full of flavor. Service is prompt and polite. The old school sports bar vibe is really inviting. Prices are a little high but you are in Manhattan so its not higher than you come to expect. Definitely recommend for a quick lunch.

    Upon arrival offered a table immediately. Very vibrant and lovely environment. The service and staff was excellent, and the food was very good. The sodas were flat and watery on this particular visit, overall a great location for a night in Manhattan.

    I don’t know why this is my first review of Bill’s Burgers considering it is one of our must-eats when in NYC. We have been here no less than 10 times and it is consistent and delicious. The Fat Cat burger goes down in our family as the best burger we’ve had anywhere. Perfect central spot for casual eats for lunch or dinner.

    The food was Aright, but Ive had better. The service was a bit slow but the staff was very nice. My cups and the water jugs had gunk in it, and I didnt appreciate that, but the restaurant is very easy to access from rockefeller center.

    My burger was good. I would have been happy with ordering anything from the menu it all sounded good. The place is big we went December 1st and saw the Christmas tree, it was busy but only waited 10 minutes for a table for 4. All the staff we encountered was nice and service was attentive for as busy as they were. We were in and out. I would go back. It was just as casual as we needed with the kids seeing the tree.

    This is a real gem! The service is fast and friendly. The menu will make your mouth water. Then the food arrives! Very impressed. Fresh and oh, so yummy!! The Smores Milkshake is insane!! A must try. All of the food ordered by our table was excellent! Fresh and oozing with flavor. The prices are extremely fair for the location. We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant!

    The customer service was really good here. They let us charge our phone for a little while we ate. The food came up pretty fast too. The prices werent bad and the hamburgers were really good. They french fries were really good too, perfect crunch. They also have live music Thur- Saturday starting at four or five. It was a cool restaurant.

    We did not have the option of taking leftovers to the hotel afterwards because of a show, but be prepared to take stuff home. Filling and tasty burgers and monster shakes. Full bar and live music on some nights. Two adults and two kids, we all loved it. Right next to Rockefeller Plaza and FAO Schwartz.

    A great place to have a burger and a pint! If you have kids or love dessert, the S’mores shake is the way to go!This is a go to place for me and my son when we’re in NYC. Just sit at the bar and you’ll get great service and good food suggestions. The sliders (minis) are also filling if you just want something lighter and something to share.

    Wow!!!! The food was amazing!!! Had the rock and cheesey burger with kids tenders and OMG as everything solid. Side of poutine fries, onions rings and cheese fries, ALL top of the notch!!!! And ther device was even more top tier. They were BUSY and everything came out on time and the server was right there for anything! To top it off, we forgot our bag of souvenirs, didn’t remember until we went through the Jimmy Fallon haunted house in the basement of the Rock, came back up and the host stand had it waiting there for us.     When we got there everything was ok, then we got to our table and noticed two cups, two napkins, no fork or knive. The waitress came by to pur wate and it was hot. The food ok, good, the appetizer we had was Artichokes dip, was water down, the spicy salsa was better. The bathroom was disgusting. Other than that, it was a good night.

    Went here a few years back and was pleasantly surprised it was still there. Food was amazing- enjoyed a south of the burger while taking in the atmosphere of the place while listening to Christmas music. Our server Kimberly was friendly and attentative to our needs.     We are visiting New York and stumbled across this place and decided to try it out. We had wings during happy hour and ended up coming back every day throughout our whole stay in New York to have wings and the roasted marshmallow shake made with homemade marshmallows it is absolutely amazing!!We sat at the bar and our service was outstanding.

    Friendly from the moment we walked in. And the the burger and frys!!! And a cold draft beer. Great place. Great vibe. And they sat us at 10:45 PM without a gripe when their listed closing time was 11:00!! And then the manager came by to tell us to take our time. Eat here now!!!

    The Ranch Hand was a great pick from the menu. Quite delicious! The wait was close to an hour. My main course meal arrived prior to the appetizer. My drink also came after meal. This restaurant is too busy for its own good. The hostess on the sub level was rude and the bathroom was flooded from a backed up urinal. I find it hard rate the food on the service so I am docking a star.

Husband & daughter ordered the same + a vanilla shake. Good value for a huge sandwich.     I had a craving for a burger and opted for a turkey burger. WOW, it was delicious! It was such a pleasant casual dining experience especially due to the fact that you can taste the turkey! Most turkey burgers can be quite plain and dry… this one was seasoned well and contained fresh turkey meat, lettuce, pickles, mozzarella cheese, red pepper and a mouthwatering sauce and cooked just perfectly and a little juicy.     We had dinner at this location and everything went quite well! The food was quite good and came pretty quickly. The service was quick but not pushy. The atmosphere was quite relaxing for being in the middle of NYC. The drinks looked and good and tasted even better. The wait to get in was 5 min or less in the peak of dinner rush. Its interesting that the location splits between two levels creating quite an interesting dynamic vertical feeling. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

    Actually, I loved the place. A classic American restaurant on 5th Avenue is amazing. We ordered burgers and fries, and they were really great. However, I’m giving it a 4-star rating solely because of the waiter who attended to us. It took her 15 minutes after we were seated to take our order, and her section wasn’t even that busy. He even stopped someone else from taking our order, insisting that he would handle it. That was a bit disrespectful, hence deducting one star for that. Other than that, the ambiance and food were delicious; highly recommended.

    The Turkey Burger here was delicious. My friend got the turkey BLT and its big enough to feed two people. Not that expensive for a place right near Rockefeller center. We came here on an 80 degree day and it was absolute hot inside here. I wish it was a little bit cooler. The service was kind of slow but it was very busy and our waitress was very nice and respectful. I Will come back here for lunch.

    Great burgers with a lot of variety. Tastes great as well. All food comes a la carte, so it can get to be a little expensive fairly quickly. But, its a good place for quick lunch.     This place is big but warm atmosphere. It was very busy but were seated quickly. I had the cowboy burger and my hubby had the stack of mini burgers that comes with fries and onion rings. The fries and rings were fantastic. My burger was delish! However, the mini burgers had cold cheese slices not warm and melted. That was our only complaint. Otherwise, the service was great.     Stopped in here after a Broadway play. Very nice establishment. We didnt have to wait long even though it was pretty crowded. Overall, food was pretty good. I had the Frito burger and the chili was great. Kinda wish I had got chili fries instead. Our table was kind of small but we made it work.     Bills Bar & Burger was a great stop after visiting the Top of the Rock to celebrate a birthday.     My coworker and I came here on 12/20/23 with two people in wheelchairs. We work in a group home in Massachusetts and came to New York to take them to the Radio City Music Christmas show. It was their first time to New York and they were very excited. The staff were absolutely amazing and made our visit great. I had thought I had made reservations at 6p, and we arrived at 555p and realized the reservation was actually for 5p. The hostess found us a table even though the place was very busy. They didnt have to honor the reservation, but they did without question. Our food was amazing, and the waitress was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant, you wont be disappointed.
