    I had a really good time at Bill’s this past week. The service was really great and the sever was very nice. The burgers are what you come here for but if you are not in a burger mood, they have lots of different bar foods for you to try. The bar pretzels are fantastic as well. Although I did not get a shake, I have seen them in person and in photos and all reports are that they are amazing. Definitely worth a stop if you are coming from out of town and want a slam dunk spot to go to for bar food.

    Such a great place! Some of the absolute BEST burgers in lower Manhattan with an absolute unmatched Reese’s Peanut Butter Milkshake that I’m still having dreams about. I loved this place so much that I chose Bills Bar and Burger as the food stop for my Bachelor Party. 10/10

    We arrived at the Marriott later than planned, so we just decided to have dinner at Bills Bar and Burger (can be accessed directly through the hotel). Burgers are huge! I had South of the Burger and could barely finish it. My husband and I later realized we should have shared a burger. There are lots of options for kids. Kids are provided with a colouring page and crayons to keep them busy. However, our meals came pretty quickly. Our waitress was very friendly.

    Limited menu but tasty food with large portions.Relaxed burger joint feeling.The service was very friendly and personalised (extremely unusual for New York) which we greatly appreciated.A little on the pricey side but this is the norm in this area.

    This is a good place to have lunch with your friends and family when visiting. Not too crowded, good atmosphere. I didnt find a single aspect of this restaurant to be dirty, it was clean. The waitress was very nice. The food and drinks were great, especially the milkshakes. However, one small complaint that I have about the food is that the burger patties are a little bit too small and not very filling for my needs. But that is not a big deal at all. All in all, this is a good spot. Food, atmosphere, cleanliness were all good, 4 stars

    We went during a very busy time, so there was a wait. There is a very large waiting area once we were seated it took a bit for our server to help us because it was so packed. It was two of us. We did not order any drinks they did not have any festive holiday drinks, which is what we were looking for between both of us. We ordered a chicken burger, an American burger, a side salad, and a side of fries. The burgers were great. The salad was great. The fries were a large serving of shoestring fries, but were very cold. I suggest sitting towards the inside or closer to the middle area of the bar because the draft is very cold and it is uncomfortable to sit closer to the door. Our server was great and very attentive. Prices are decent for the portions and there is something for everybody at this restaurant.

    Had a great experience at Bills for a large party happy hour. Their happy hours specials including half price appetizers and discounted beers is great and our server Stephanie was very good, fast, and friendly. The beers were good but I noted that the liquor drinks were not as strong as expected. Chips and queso, artichoke dip, and chicken wings were all really good.

    Typical American bar, well decorated and with friendly service. We had the Ranch Hand burger and it was really very good. 100% recommendable. We also had the South Of The Burger, which was a little too spicy for our taste.

    Visited this place not long after landing in New York on a solo trip whilst looking for dinner. Went for the buffalo chicken burger and chips with a Heineken. Food was great and price wasnt bad, ended up going back three more time in 3 days for dinner and breakfast. Food was good every time! Will definitely be revisiting when I want good food with having to risk choosing a bad place!

    Excellent burgers! Price wasnt too bad for all the food for a family of 5! Service was good, but wasnt asked for a refill of our drinks and the water glasses were not filled until we asked for it. Food came out fast. Thanks for an enjoyable experience for our trip to New York!

I tried a few different cocktails, and each one was expertly crafted and delicious. The bartenders clearly take pride in their work.The food is also excellent. I had the burgers, and they were juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for New York City.If youre looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal in New York City, I highly recommend Bills Bar. Its a truly special place that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service.

    Nice place. Crazy that a $20 burger doesnt come with a side but 🤷‍♀️ not sure what we expected with a $69 steak at the restaurant next door 😆They did leave something off of two different things we ordered. Brought it for one, not the other.Overall a good experience. Food was hot and tasty.

    This place is great. Fun atmosphere, great service and really good food! I got the sliders which were fantastic. My wife got the fat cat burger which was amazing. Their waffle cut sweet potato fries are really good, and their artichoke spinach dip is bomb.We stumbled upon this place on our first trip to NYC, but we’ll be back the next time we’re in the city.

    Great bar. Great food. Great service.I recommend coming here during happy hour because the milkshakes and the appetizers were way cheaper than normal.The only issue I had was the chicken wings were not really that good. It was pretty dry and tough. Everything else I ordered was very good.

    Had an awesome ranch hand burger last night. It was tasty and ingredients enhanced each others flavors. It was honestly very very good.But sadly the fries came almost cold and tough.So, I completely approve the burger (again, its delicious!) but avoid the fries.The place is nice and the atmosphere is good.

    I enjoyed a couple house beverages, a beyond patty was substituted in the mushroom burger, sweet potato fries with peanut butter Reese’s milkshake. Every plate was massive. There was more than I couple handle but all of it was delicious. Next time I would bring more friends to split more dishes with.The atmosphere was relaxed and easy to hang out in. It was very friendly.

    This was amazing! I loved the food and shakes. The shakes where huge but worth the price! The burgers where thin but perfectly cooked. I had the ultimate burger and, I thought it may have been a little bigger still very good. The wall artwork is amazing and I loved the details. Friendly staff as well.     I just recently tried this place during my stay at the Marriott Downtown. I will say they move extremely quickly and got me seated promptly. It was a sold out week as I was also there on business with about 150 in my group alone. The food was fresh and the servers were very helpful. I tried the sliders, they are chicken sliders but I loved that you can change them out from Buffalo, BBQ I or even plain. The bread is very thick and filing. Overall is was definitely a good experience and appreciated the fast service.

    Jadixa was the most attentive amazing server I have had in New York. She made the most amazing espresso martini. Very customer oriented with the sweetest personality. Come and visit her. Truly a great experience

    For the most part everything was great. Highly recommend the artichoke spinach dip. It is more artichoke than spinach, but still pretty good.It is a little bit on the pricey end, but that is to be expected with location. Our friend did not care for his salad and really just picked the shrimp out, but overall it was a decent experience.

    We stopped here for lunch after our tour of the area nearby. The food was delicious and atmosphere fun. The monster milkshakes look massive and a whole meal itself. But ultimately I decided not to get one. The nachos were delicious and my wife said the wings were good. The restaurant branded hot sauce “has some kick” according to her, which is an absolute ringing endorsement by her standards. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area and looking for a meal.

    Bills Bar&Burgers in New York Downtown was a really cool experience to me and my Girlfriend. The food was really good and the prices are beyond reasonable. The service was very good. The waiting time for our food was like 5-10’. Our waiter, Jeimar (many thanks to him) was really nice and even gave us advice to tour around the city. All in all it was a 10/10 experience i would recommend to everyone.

    Visited New York in May 2022 from the UK. And eat at bills bar & Burger on our final night before leaving NYC. Food was fantastic, the staff was really friendly and chatted to us, she even managed to find me a couple of bottles of strongbow cider from somewhere 👍🏻👍🏻Will be visiting again soon and will certainly be stopping off for another burger 🍔

    I rarely order hamburgers but since I was in this place and its their specialty, I did. I ordered the Southwest burger and it was one of the best things Id eaten this year. The burger was cooked perfectly, very juicy and the toppings on the burger perfect. The fries and onion rings at the table were also done nicely. The beer and drink selection was good. This place is a winner.

    The burgers were decent but they were heavily understaffed on multiple occasions. Its attached to the Marriot so lots of hotel guests are frequenting the restaurant using hotel credits. Be prepared to wait if you show up at the wrong time.

    Love coming here for a “Cold Ass” beer, never see it sold anywhere else. Never had the food but it always looks and smells good. Espresso martini looks to be premixed, could be better.It’s connected to the lobby of a hotel but separated and not a “hotel restaurant”, very large dining area, a lot of tables, good bar seats. Quite casual and chill.

    Enjoyable atmosphere for friends and family. 4-7 happy hour Mon-Fri $5 draft beer and 1/2 off appetizers. After work quick stop for a cold glass draft and something quick to eat. The burger was sufficient for a big eating male and the ingredients are superbly fresh. Even took away a cobb salad for my flight later. Will and must come back next month.

    First night in NY after a long day travelling and found Bill’s on Google. The reviews were great and it lived up to expectations. We were welcomed very quickly by Tylan and shown to our table. He also served us for the night and could not have been made to feel more comfortable. When stuck on deciding between two shakes, he gave a great recommendation. The food tasted great and shared the 5 sliders with my wife. Perfect amount of food for two if you don’t have a massive appetite. The beers were also good and having sports play on multiple TVs around the restaurant provided good entertainment and atmosphere.

    This is the American burger experience. A good variety of burger choices in a friendly atmosphere. I had the 3 mini burgers (“mini B’s”) and they were perfect. Caesar salad was fresh and not too saucy. Fries were average... but the Coney Island Pilsner was the perfect beer for the meal. This burger bar is clean, lively, and very well managed with attention to detail. Excellent service from my man Chris and all of the staff were friendly. Just walk past the front desk of the Marriott New York Downtown and you’ll find Bill’s.

    Good place for a good burger and cocktails! This place is reasonably priced for the area and has some great burgers on the menu. Id have to come back to try the shakes next time but they look delicious! All in all, really good food with great portions!

    We ate out and drank here a good few times on our trip to New York. We managed to have 2 dinners (each time the burgers were lovely and very filling) and a breakfast (very large portions). The fries were extremely large portions at dinner time, could be shared by two people and alright to eat.The atmosphere in the bar is fun, lots of sports on and different people around the bar.Drinks weren’t overly expensive and for the good burgers and nice atmosphere i’d definitely recommend trying out bills if your in the area :))

    They have a great deal from 4pm-7pm on certain days where some appetizers are half off and the milkshake is $5. My milkshake was really yummy and had real strawberries. The quesdillas were nicely seasoned and there were generous portions of sides, although there are only four. The slider burgers were out of this world, cheesy and greasy. The manager Johnson and staff are all very friendly. I will definitely be returning!

    I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Sonia the at West Side Bar, a regular that lives close to the hotel. As we spoke about everything, I told her that my family and I were going to try Bills Burgers the next day. She advised me that her #1 was the Crispy Chicken over the burgers.     The Bill’s Bar & Burger restaurant is an amazing restaurant chain, known for offering highly delicious American cuisine, especially burger based entrees.In August of 2023, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at the Bill’s Bar & Burger restaurant, specifically the branch located at the New York Marriott Downtown.We very much enjoyed our dining experience. The staff kindly welcomed us when we arrived and we were quickly escorted to our dining table. Our server, Cassidy was impeccably polite, very helpful, and provided us with us with great tips on the menu options. We also like to thank Cassidy for periodically checking with us to make sure our needs were met.Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered and loved my Bill’s burger entree meal and my wife found her chicken sandwich entree to be quite delightful!!! We found our meals to be perfectly cooked, superbly seasoned and absolutely delicious!!!All in all, if you are fan of burger and chicken sandwich based meals, you should definitely visit and dine at the Bill’s Bar & Burger restaurant!!!

    Very positive experience. Considering Manhattan prices generally this is highly recommended place for a fast meal near 9/11 Memorial and with reasonable prices.     Lovely restaurant inside the NY Marriott Downtown Hotel. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Maria was our server at table 207 she was lovely!     Start to finish a great experience. Welcoming and friendly staff, plenty of seating including a booth that easily sat our party of 7.     The food here was fantastic. My daughter had the wings and I had the club sandwich and we shared sweet potato fries. The pinot grigio was very good and my daughter order a local beer that she said was really good as well. Service was ok, but just heard to get waiter to come back when we needed to ask for more ranch, otherwise it was a really good experience. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend.

    Me and my boyfriend we’re visiting from New Jersey and decided to try out this place. The food and atmosphere here was absolutely amazing! The prices are affordable and everything came out so quickly considering it was a Saturday night in the city.     If you crave a burger or a delirious milkshake, don’t pass this by! I ate here several times recently and each time I had an excellent experience. All the food was better than expected.     Bills Burger Bar is an awesome atmosphere to grab food and drinks. The servers are so nice and helpful. The food is amazing! Definitely try the breakfast burger, you wont be disappointed. We happened to stop in on September 11th with a group of 20+ and were accommodated immediately. Melissa and her staff went above and beyond to take care of us. I would highly recommend anyone to stop in and enjoy a good meal.

    Most definitely the best burger Ive ever had! The portion is huge, I got 100% full. You can taste even the last molecule of food. Excellent service and an amazing view from the tables that face the street. The place had such a great atmosphere too. You cant miss it out and also its relatively cheap!
