We always stop in when in New York. Great beer joint in the heart of the east village. Great tap list and friendly staff and locals. Never ate here but I am sure it is good.________________🌏Weight Loss Motivation Blogger.🔥Impressive Weight Loss. The Blind Tiger was recommended to me by my son. It did not disappoint. A great selection of craft beers. We also ate the mac and cheese. Great service and not too busy. -
Review 3 (2025-01-02 - Rating: 5)
Why did it take so long to find the best bar in town. Love it, great atmosphere and great beer. -
Review 4 (2024-12-29 - Rating: 5)
Really friendly service, great beer list and cosy atmosphere. Felt like a local hotspot in WV. Will definitely return -
Review 5 (2022-11-10 - Rating: 5)
Great little spot. Beer selection is fantastic and both times the staff have been so helpful and friendly and fun to chat with. As a tourist it seemed to be full of locals, and I understand why. Came twice on our trip because we loved it so much. Reasonable prices also. -
Review 6 (2023-01-25 - Rating: 5)
This is a great spot for craft beer and good food. We visited for lunch on Saturday. It was busy but we were able to get a table right away. We had both the Philly and the pulled pork. Both were delicious. -
Review 7 (2024-07-12 - Rating: 4)
Its a nice place, though not worth a special trip to be perfectly honest -
Review 8 (2024-10-13 - Rating: 5)
We went twice two days apart and a good chunk of the beers had already rotated through. Both times the selection was amazing! -
Review 9 (2022-10-03 - Rating: 4)
Their beer selection is world class and their food is good too. Everytime I visit I have to stop here. Never disappoints. They have cask beer and bottle specials. The atmosphere and decor is perfect. Dark place. Exposed brick, wooden beams, big fireplace. A great place to escape the hustle of the big apple. -
Review 10 (2023-05-02 - Rating: 5)
Always an amazing beer selection. Super authentic with the possibility of a few celebrity sightings here and there. -
Review 11 (2023-06-11 - Rating: 5)
There was a best draft beer bar in Newyork. I found out a lot of tastes on the beers like IPA, Sour beer etc. I will go again here when I come to the New york. -
Review 12 (2021-04-10 - Rating: 4)
This venue is a bar. They pour beer and wine. Don’t be expecting any fancy cocktails alright. Good covid protocol, as best they could at least. The food? It’s below average bar food. Okay to fill the stomach but not something you’ll tell your mom about. -
Review 13 (2023-01-21 - Rating: 5)
NYCs best craft beer spot for many reasons. The beers are out of this world, food is great and its old school. No frills or cheesy decor. Its NYCs best -
Review 14 (2024-09-10 - Rating: 5)
Good beer selection! Nice place to grab a drink with a couple of friends. -
Review 15 (2020-11-10 - Rating: 5)
Sure Blind Tiger is an icon in the craft beer scene but its also just an all-around pleasant place to go stationary and enjoy a beer and some food. Outdoor seating with table dividers means you can enjoy yourself safely. -
Review 16 (2017-01-31 - Rating: 5)
Great place to find rotating craft in that familiar rustic, wooden-clad tavern feel. Wide selection from top brewers, each tap is numbered for easier ordering. It can get pretty busy, but standing with your group is commonplace and theres plenty of room to do so until so thing opens up. -
Review 17 (2017-09-24 - Rating: 5)
I can see y this place is rated the best beer bar in NYC! Amazing beer selection plus great bartenders plus great local patrons equals nothing but great. A must visit for a craft beer enthusiast in NYC. -
Review 18 (2024-11-24 - Rating: 5)
Great selection of craft beer. We had a Guinness (of course) and a Dutchess Hypnose. -
Review 19 (2022-08-31 - Rating: 5)
Classic neighborhood pub with friendly and chill vibe. With over 20 craft beers on tap, this is a must visit when in the Village! Cant recommend it enough. -

They have a great list of craft beers ranging from sours to stouts to farmhouse. And the staff are cool as hell, will definitely come again! -
Review 21 (2022-02-28 - Rating: 5)
Love the bake wings either buffalo or barbecue you wont be disappointed with a cider of course. Much love to Tara and the whole blind tiger staff for always showing me tremendous love. -
Review 22 (2024-04-03 - Rating: 5)
I’ve been going here for years for their great beers and cozy fireplace. Here on a rainy day and I can’t help but notice and appreciate the insane amount of hooks they have to hang all our coats and such. What a great space! -
Review 23 (2022-11-08 - Rating: 5)
One of the gems in NYC for late night bar with an amazing rotating tap selection of highly affiliated breweries around, not only the tristate area, but country as well -
Review 24 (2018-06-22 - Rating: 5)
One of my Favorite spots in the city, I always make time to stop by for a brew. Taps change frequently, some food options, can get really busy on tap takeover events so plan to share a table and rub elbows with a few locals and tourists. Cheers n Beers!🍻 -
Review 25 (2018-05-15 - Rating: 5)
Best beer bar I have ever been to. Love it here and visit Everytime Im in NYC. -
Review 26 (2024-06-18 - Rating: 5)
Solid beer bar. Decently sized tap list and had patrons in there during the afternoon. Didn’t try the food but the menu looked good. Even had a spot to charge my phone. Would pop in again if I was in the neighborhood. -
Review 27 (2024-11-17 - Rating: 5)
Perfect bar with a great atmosphere and beer options. -
Review 28 (2024-04-15 - Rating: 5)
Really good craft beer selection and huge selection. -
Review 29 (2017-11-02 - Rating: 5)
Go here if you like good beer. Serious good beer. Lots of delicious draft, including Gose, Sours, and other fruity deliciousness from across the USA.They have a daily chalkboard of beers as well as a few cask on draft. Probably my favourite old timey yet good beer spot in lower Manhattan.Bar snacks only - head to the Mexican spot ‘Tacombi’ next door for food before and then spend the rest of your night trying delicious brews at Blind Tiger. -
Review 30 (2018-07-06 - Rating: 5)
The OG craft beer bar in NYC, always with a stellar list of beers on draft and sometimes a surprise can of something special. Have been coming for years and will always stop by when Im in the area. A must visit for all the beer nerds out there -
Review 31 (2023-10-26 - Rating: 5)
Simply put, if you like good beer, great food and super duper service this is a must go destination. The Tiger has been doing craft beer longer than half their customers have been of legal drinking age and they show zero signs of slowing down. -
Review 32 (2022-12-16 - Rating: 4)
Reliable local staple thats great for food if you come at a time when its not too crowded. There are often individuals taking up entire tables working on laptops (during the day), so I recommend arriving between 5 and 7 - after they leave, but before the drinkers arrive. Its a nice spot and the bartenders are all very nice. -
Review 33 (2021-10-26 - Rating: 5)
Cozy bar with excellent beer. Service is great! Def recommend trying Equilibrium Photon or the Tribus Goodie Bag. Both great beers!! -
Review 34 (2018-12-02 - Rating: 4)
Cozy corner pub with an impressive offering many precious ales on draught. Fireplace and w oody environment make it a fine choice to sit and sip with friends. -
Review 35 (2024-04-07 - Rating: 5)
They have a big selection of beers to pick from and I’m glad we stopped by for drinks. The decorations are more on the simpler side, but there’s several tables and chairs. For people who don’t like bitter beers, I’d recommend their half moon mosaic dream ipa or espresso martinis. We will definitely come back to try more drinks and have more of their espresso martinis. They also have a two drink minimum for credit cards. You can keep an open tab for the night and pay before you leave. -
Review 36 (2024-08-21 - Rating: 5)
Great beer. Great people. -
Review 37 (2024-10-20 - Rating: 5)
One of the best beer bars in NYC -
Review 38 (2024-10-27 - Rating: 4)
A Village staple for good beer and tasty food. The beer taps offer a wide variety of mostly NY and nearby regional brews. Worth a visit if you love a great beer -
Review 39 (2023-06-28 - Rating: 4)
I had the Mac & cheese and orange cat beer-- both very good and reasonably priced! However the menu doesnt include burgers, which some folks in my party expected to find here. Overall a great experience -
Review 40 (2023-10-25 - Rating: 5)
Great atmosphere, excellent beer selection (26 taps of US & international craft breweries) and reasonable prices. My favourite pub in the Greenwich Village! -
Review 41 (2016-12-30 - Rating: 4)
I went here late night after working a long day in Manhattan. I am not from the area and was looking for somewhere in NYC to hit my craft beer fix. This place was recommended by many. When i first arrived i was surprised to see that it was not that busy and extremely low key. We arrived roughly around 10 PM. The first thing we did was sit at the bar and have some beers. They dont have a super extensive list of craft beers but the ones they do have are quite amazing. After talking to the bartender, who was nice, we decided to get some of their chicken wings. AMAZING. Maybe just the beer talking here, but they definitely seemed to hit the spot. The service was great throughout the night, and the food, although bar food, was great too. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again. -
Review 42 (2023-08-21 - Rating: 5)
I stopped in on a whim for a late Sunday brunch. Neat little pub with an excellent beer selection. The Chilaquiles Verdes were delicious. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere. -
Review 43 (2020-08-14 - Rating: 5)
This has long been my favorite bar in nyc. Just rolled through for my first time in months. Outdoor seating was full. But I was by myself, and they set up an individual table on the street as soon as they could. I love this place with all my heart and am so glad to have been able to stop by for a couple beers in this weird time. Best staff in town!! -
Review 44 (2018-02-10 - Rating: 5)
Large selection of beers on tap. Pretty small pub with a nice atmosphere, it can get extremely crowded on a weekend night. Mixture of high chairs and small tables and a pleasant fireplace. Service was quick with very short ways regardless the endless crowds. I will definitely come again. -
Review 45 (2023-09-14 - Rating: 5)
Craft beer lovers, GET OVER HERE! The chalkboard is always getting updated with new brewskis to try. (They even have good N/A ones, I swear.) Big fan of the spicy pulled chicken quesadilla, and Teresa is a very funny and engaging bartender! Catch me at the bar, mid-day and say sup? -
Review 46 (2018-07-04 - Rating: 5)
One of our favorite places in the city. The place is usually packed, but we were lucky to arrive at a quieter time and enjoy great seats at the bar.Blind Tiger was featuring mash-ups between the Sierra Nevada brewery and others. Wonderful unique beers that you cant get anywhere else. Mine had ginger in it and it was perfect for a hot summer day. The barmaid also shared samples of many others happily. We ordered a meat and cheese plate as well. What came out of the kitchen was truly a work of art. Served brilliantly with warm pumpernickel bread. Our server was especially amazing. Theres a reason this place is so popular. -
Review 47 (2016-04-16 - Rating: 5)
The Blind Tiger: Fantastic selection of craft beer (on tap and in bottles)! Great food, friendly mixed group of patrons - what else are you looking for? There is no Bud, Miller, or even Guinness here, but dont let that discourage you. Just tell the bartender what you like and they will suggest something you might like from the many beers on tap.Usually crowded. No table service. -
Review 48 (2018-10-21 - Rating: 5)
If you like local and craft beer this is the place to go in Manhattan. They have about 20 very well curated taps that are constantly rotating out. While there at least 3-4 new beers were tapped so you can be sure that anything they have is very fresh. The bar tenders also really know their beer and will make great recommendations if youre wiling to just ask them to pick. -
Review 49 (2024-09-03 - Rating: 5)
Fantastic and ever-changing selection of craft beers. Comfort food available and bar get busy so sometimes takes a few minutes to order. Beer in a nice atmosphere is the main thing here. -
Review 50 (2024-02-02 - Rating: 5)
Great beer selection, great food, unpretentious vibe. Great happy hour spot. -
Review 51 (2018-08-02 - Rating: 4)
Best bar in NYC for craft beer and real ale. Great selection. Would get a 5 star rating but gets too crowded at times and there is not even adaquate standing space let alone seating space. If its half quiet...this is an absolute gem. -
Review 52 (2021-05-29 - Rating: 5)
My favorite craft beer bar in the city and frequently rated among the top craft beer bars in various reviews. The food is everything you could want in a reestaurant, and the staff and customers are friendly and easy to talk to. They close the side street, Jones, in the evening and have wonderful outdoor space, some of which is covered from the rain and sun. The bar tends to get crowded, though it hasnt been too crowded during COVID related restrictions. -
Review 53 (2022-03-01 - Rating: 5)
One of the first places I ever reviewed on ratebeer.com, back in July 2009.Came here for Two Brothers night in late July. The place was packed but still got great service. The bartenders were attentive and very accomodating. I wanted to sample the many beers they had on tap and the bartender accomodated my wishes by serving me in small-sized glasses. And the selection was miraculous. About 15 Two Brothers beers on draught, either standard taps or in actual casks - very cool. I had a fantastic experience and I look forward to returning. -
Review 54 (2023-03-19 - Rating: 5)
Great vibe, great crowd, great beers. Busy on a Sunday night (in a good way - stillgot a seat.) -
Review 55 (2018-01-18 - Rating: 5)
I love this place. The selection of beers is always amazing and the location is super cozy. The place is very tiny so gets packed especially on the weekend. But if you don’t mind that and love craft beers you’re in the best place. Also great as part of a bar hopping tour around the village! -
Review 56 (2015-09-01 - Rating: 5)
Every beer lover in NYC knows about Blind Tiger. its one of the best places to try obscure, small-craft and foreign beers. The bar is fantastic, although it tends to get quite packed. ¿Best kept secret? The food menu is incredible, even though on any given day youll see most of the patrons only drinking. If you can, grab some Mac & Cheese or Sliders to go with your favorite ale. -
Review 57 (2021-09-28 - Rating: 4)
Small, but decent selection of draught beer with plenty of local taps. I was a little disappointed they do not have a bottle list though. A little under-whelmed based on the hype surrounding this place, but the bartender knew her stuff, and the beer was fresh. -
Review 58 (2017-11-04 - Rating: 4)
Ideally Id split this review in two categories; 1 for drink and 1 for food. For the drink, I would without a doubt give them 5 stars for the amazing beer selection thats always fresh and on rotation. Ive recommended this place to dozens of people that want good beer.Regarding the food, Id rate them between 2-3 stars. Ive had multiple things and everything seems microwaved, premade and generally fluctuating temperatures depending on where you bite. I would expect a place that prides itself on having amazingly fresh beer to have MUCH better food to pair along with it.Ultimately Ill keep coming back but only for the beer. -
Review 59 (2017-11-16 - Rating: 5)
Incredible beer selection, and a decent wine selection too, although Ive never bothered with that at this place. Can be a bit packed but thats never kept me from getting a drink quickly. Great corner place to hang out! -
Review 60 (2024-04-26 - Rating: 5)
One of the most beloved (and rightfully so) bars in the area & I come here every time Im in town. -
Review 61 (2014-02-01 - Rating: 4)
Very cozy atmosphere, with lots of wood and a fireplace. Great beer selection! 28 varieties on tap, including Belgian-style ales from local Ommegang Brewery. Was too crowded for me to get a seat and try their food, though! -
Review 62 (2014-04-15 - Rating: 5)
My favorite bar in NYC, hands down. Possibly the best Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Ive ever had too. I always come back here every time Im in the city. Amazing beer selection, friendly service, in an energized yet unpretentious setting. -
Review 63 (2022-02-28 - Rating: 5)
Nice little friendly pub to nestle yourself into on a cold day. They have an open fire and a great list of Craft beers to enjoy. Easy time in here with buddys. -
Review 64 (2016-11-01 - Rating: 5)
A great selection of beers and a lively atmosphere have made this one of my favorite spots in the Village. Situated near some of the coziest restaurants in New York (Fish, Joes Pizza, Murrays Cheese Bar) - this alehouse is a great stop before or after enjoying some local eats.Special events at the bar are an additional draw, serving up special kegs of unusual, rare, or local brews that you might not see anywhere else (its NYC so might is the key word). Their staff are knowledgeable and can make suggestions if their extensive menu feels a bit overwhelming.Bar staff are generally friendly despite the constant crowds. Typical clientele are generally different from the NYU Bleecker crew (who can get on the nerves of those of a few years out of college). -
Review 65 (2014-10-27 - Rating: 5)
Great craft pub atmosphere in the middle of a great area. Definitely a place to go if youre looking to try a new beer on tap. A bit too many IPAs were on tap when I went but the beauty of a revolving selection means theres always new things to try. -
Review 66 (2011-12-20 - Rating: 5)
I love this spot. Great environment, especially to escape a cold night (fireplace!). The beer selection is great and was impressed with how many IPAs they had on tap. Reminded me of a favorite English bar, would definitely recommend. -
Review 67 (2015-11-18 - Rating: 4)
Great beer selection and a cool ambiance. Can get a little crowded but the bartenders tend to be quick and handle it well. Theyve also got a pretty excellent brunch. The breakfast tacos are legit. -
Review 68 (2016-02-21 - Rating: 5)
Great selection of beer and friendly bartenders. It can get really crowded though and its tough to move around and get to the bar. Bartenders do a great job though and dont keep you waiting too long. A must visit if you love good beer. -
Review 69 (2012-09-21 - Rating: 5)
The Blind Tiger was my second apartment when I lived in NYC. The best bar I have ever been to hands down. The beer list is ever changing and always a fantastic array of GREAT beer. I worked in the village and was there after work pretty much every day with my coworkers. I LOVE this bar, and you should too. Ian is a heck of a bartender, with a smashing beard and excellent customer service. If you are in the area and you do not stop in The Blind Tiger you are definitely missing out on a great time. -
Review 70 (2021-12-28 - Rating: 5)
Awesome stout, really liked. White beer is good as well. Prices are ok-ish. The place is simple, but I liked it - I would say it is how a decent simple pub should look like.Definitely worth visiting. -
Review 71 (2022-06-09 - Rating: 5)
Had 2 IPAS (4 and 14) and a dark medium (#3) and they were simply delicious! -
Review 72 (2019-03-13 - Rating: 5)
I love Blind Tiger, it’s such a cool spot. They have a huge selection of great beer to pick from and the ambiance is so cool. Great music as well. I love getting some friends together and coming by to hang out near the fireplace. -
Review 73 (2018-10-31 - Rating: 5)
This place knows their beer. As I sit here at the bar there are 28 different beers on tap listed in the chalkboards. The bartenders will discuss the different beers on tap with you and are super friendly. Had a great time. -
Review 74 (2018-01-20 - Rating: 5)
Always an awesome selection of craft beers. Good bar bites too. -
Review 75 (2017-11-20 - Rating: 4)
Love the place and staff was awesome. Im an old timers from their place on Hudson many years ago. Its lost that uniqueness, sadly. Its a great place to hang and enjoy quality beer. Its just different form the one of year ago. -
Review 76 (2015-07-12 - Rating: 5)
Amazing beer, ever-rotating selection, countless special events... ...if only you had room to breath! Still worth braving the crowds, but weeknights are much more comfortable. Cozy fireplace in winter and huge windows for summers breeze. -
Review 77 (2019-11-05 - Rating: 5)
Excellent selection of beer! We didnt order food, but I checked out what others ordered and it seemed delicious! Really nice place if your a big fan of beer. -
Review 78 (2012-09-20 - Rating: 4)
I love this beer place, the environment is great and I think I will be visiting them more often in the winter time, I love the combination of a cold beer while next to a fireplace, they do have one! They have a big selection of beer, its feel like being in a good pub in London! -
Review 79 (2018-10-04 - Rating: 5)
Top notch beer list always, friendly staff. Love this place. -
Review 80 (2019-04-11 - Rating: 5)
Looking for some solid craft bar options in casual atmosphere, Blind Tiger is the spot for you. I would say that its relaxed because depending on the time you go, itll probably be busy ... Service is always good though and been pleasantly pleased with the craft beer options. -
Review 81 (2016-03-19 - Rating: 4)
Really cool atmosphere with a mix of college students and young professionals. Their craft beer menu is really interesting and can give you really nice surprises, I tasted a cask beer that was made with coconut, curry, honey and habaneros... And it was surprisingly good. -
Review 82 (2019-05-11 - Rating: 5)
They pride themselves on being New Yorks original craft beer haunt and theyre still going strong. Seated is limited but its worth the gamble if youre looking for delicious hoppy nectar.Has a good selection of local brews and staff know their trade well. In the best part of NY so call in as part of a bigger drinking plan -
Review 83 (2013-10-10 - Rating: 5)
The Tiger has always been an amazing place to go for a beer, often a beer you cant find anywhere else in the city. But when they moved to Bleeker St. they added amazing comfort food and a very cozy atmosphere to that already outstanding mix. Dont forget to join their Beer Club and get a little bit of fame by getting your name on their wall. I was glad they moved the old plaques over, a little bit of the old Tiger in its new home. -
Review 84 (2012-02-24 - Rating: 5)
One of the best beer selections in the city, hands down. Youll need a smartphone to google all of their obscure selections. Or, just ask the friendly bartender for a recommendation. Service is great, even when its busy. I havent tried the food yet. -
Review 85 (2018-05-08 - Rating: 5)
I came here for lunch for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The interior is cool, breezy, and had a great atmosphere. The wait staff is great and the food and many draft beers are wonderful. Ill definitely be coming back. -
Review 86 (2023-02-23 - Rating: 4)
A local landmark in the West Village. I was a first time visitor. The space is quite small inside but the draft and specialty beer selection is extensive and quite unparalleled in this part of the city. -
Review 87 (2015-11-16 - Rating: 5)
Great beer selection with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It can get a bit crowded but its well worth putting up with. Great place to hang out with friends and enjoy some delicious beer. -
Review 88 (2019-09-16 - Rating: 4)
Fantastic Root Vegetable Napoleon lasagna - better than regular lasagna! Its not on the menu but they will always make it. Drink prices are a bit steep, and the restaurant could bring in more lunch business with a cheaply priced lunch menu (food + beer for $15 or something similar). -
Review 89 (2019-03-31 - Rating: 5)
This place can get crazy busy, but it really is a top notch beer bar with a pretty unique selection. The food is deceptively good as well and the service is quick despite the crowd. An institution - well worth the trip! -
Review 90 (2016-04-11 - Rating: 5)
One of my favorite bars in the city. Always an amazing selection of beers that they change often. Place gets really packed and is not huge, so dont expect a quiet sit down bar. -
Review 91 (2017-11-15 - Rating: 4)
Great atmosphere and lots of craft beer choice on draft. Good selection of microbrew . People who love to drink craft beer . I will recommend this palace . Cheers.🍻 -
Review 92 (2022-10-11 - Rating: 5)

Review 93 (2017-08-19 - Rating: 5)
One of the best craft beer bar in town and a must for anyone looking to enjoy good beer. Awesome tap list and the food there is great too! -
Review 94 (2023-08-21 - Rating: 5)
Blind Tiger has an outstanding beer menu for any craft beer fans popping in. Tons of options from all the local NY breweries youd expect.Atmosphere is pretty good, although a little more bro-ey than I was expecting, but its the West Village. What are you expecting—nothing to be held against the bar. -
Review 95 (2017-11-13 - Rating: 5)
Great beers and the best grilled cheese & tomato soup around -
Review 96 (2022-06-21 - Rating: 5)
Must go beer bar in New York. Its nice to sit down here after strolling around the neighbourhood. Great selection of draft beers, there is always something legendary on tap. Staff is very helpful and friendly and will gladly recommend something if you cant choose. Prices are decent for New York terms. Seating is great, especially outside on Bleecker street. Fun atmosphere, good crowd. -
Review 97 (2016-09-17 - Rating: 5)
Knowledgable barmen/women can keep u swigging or sipping through 30 varied clean crisp and delightful taps. A refreshing breath in Manhattan. Truly craft beer taps, not just a bunch of mass produced American and euro taps. Food is tasty n affordable. Great stop. -

Excellent pub, great selection of beers on tap, most of them IPA. Didnt eat but the food looked great. I was unlucky to discover it on my last night in NYC. -
Review 102 (2018-06-21 - Rating: 5)
Always busy, large selection of beer, a few wines and no liquor so its perfect if youre up for a microbrew, not great if youre up for anything else lol. Bartenders are super friendly and helpful! -
Review 103 (2017-10-11 - Rating: 5)
Nice people. Great wine. Mostly great beer. -

The food is amazeballs. Blind Tiger is on my list to eat through the whole menu. I highly suggest the BLT and Pigs in a Blanket (I prefer to call them hogs in a duvet, b/c they are huge). Theres a great fireplace in winter and big windows to open the rest of the year. Also, spectacular people watching along Bleecker. -

I want to love this place, but it was way too crowded and noisy.I do love the beer selection and the bar it self. I also love that they have a fireplace.I will come here again, maybe before I go to johns pizza :) -

An Austrian-style beer place. Both domestic and offshore beers are available. Outside tables as well as crowded bar seats are the options. Reasonable price. -
Review 115 (2018-09-13 - Rating: 5)
A lot of places claim to be craft beer bars. This place actually is. Lots of taps with actual variety not just a bunch of IPAs (though of course they have those too). Wings seemed expensive but we’re quite large in size. -
Review 116 (2021-03-03 - Rating: 5)
Its great to go to a place with a balanced beer list and not just 100 ipas and thats it. Staff is chill and very helpful. Great place to grab a chair and chill with some friends -

Review 121 (2017-12-31 - Rating: 5)
Awesome bar with a wood burning fireplace to cozy up with your drinks on super cold nights out, they only serve beer and wine but theres sooooo many options. Great vibes always, especially if Taras there!!! -
Review 122 (2017-08-28 - Rating: 4)
Best beer selection in Manhattan, and their charcuterie is on point. Its usually packed, though, making it difficult to get decent service or find a seat. -
Review 123 (2015-11-18 - Rating: 5)
Blind Tiger has been serving craft beer before it was cool. Great list, including beer engine and gravity pours. Food list is small, but pretty solid. -
Review 124 (2019-06-23 - Rating: 5)
Excellent variety of beers. Tried two great IPAs. Alao had the spicey turkey sandwich, which was not spicy, but very tasty nevertheless. -

Come for the beer list, stay for the beer list. And then have another. And another. Oof, feeling tipsy? Get some of the eats. Deviled eggs, preferably. Ok time for another beer. Yeah that one was real good. Ok now try something adventurous. How was that? Good? Good. Tip well, and come again soon. -

Review 132 (2017-08-01 - Rating: 5)
NYCs granddaddy of craft beer bars. Can get pretty crowded, but they always have a range of great beers on tap and helpful staff. For beer geeks, they have a Randall they dig out periodically. -
Review 133 (2022-09-26 - Rating: 5)
Nice little spot in the heart of the village. With over 20 beers on tap there is a beer for anyone after a good walk. -
Review 134 (2012-02-28 - Rating: 4)
Ive had mostly good experiences here. Other than the time that some strangers tried to drink from my friends girlfriends drink, Ive never had a problem here. And the beer selection is good, too. -

Review 139 (2019-11-04 - Rating: 5)
Without a doubt the best beer bar in Manhattan. The tap list is always outstanding and diverse, and the staff is always super helpful and patient, which is not the norm in craft beer joints. It’s a must-go any time we’re in NYC. -
Review 140 (2022-04-25 - Rating: 5)
Legit draft menu, cool bartender and laid back chill joint to grab a few beers. -

Review 149 (2017-05-27 - Rating: 5)
This is the greatest bar in NYC for craft beer and ales at their best. The taps move so quickly one day to the next. The food is delicious at reasonable prices. My favorite time to relax here is early in the day as it gets packed quite soon.I have been drinking craft beer since the early 70s. Way back then there were only a few good places with craft tap ales.I am glad the Blind Tiger came around. -

Turns out Blind Tiger is good at any time of day! While I knew it more as an evening spot, I was absolutely in love with the Green Goddess salad I ordered here at lunch (and even tried a yellow bleu cheese for the first time)! The beers on the rotating menu are always great, but so is the food. -
Review 156 (2019-05-19 - Rating: 5)

Great bar with lots of beers available, well worth a visit! -
Review 158 (2017-10-09 - Rating: 4)
Cool spot with a great craft beer tap list and tasty bar food. My only gripe is a weird policy of different size glasses for different beers with no rhyme or reason. It didn’t seem to be related to the alcohol content. Just a small complaint so go check it out for yourself. -
Review 159 (2021-11-02 - Rating: 5)
The original place to serve craft beers and still the best. Come for the beer, stay for the surprisingly good food! -
